Apartamento amplio, bien comunicado y a una distancia aceptable de la medina. Estaba limpio.

Es un apartamento moderno pero está abandonado. Cajoneras que no cierran, la cocina no tenía prácticamente ningún útil (reconozco que les pusimos un mensaje sobre esto y al día siguiente nos trajeron ollas, fuentes y algún útil más), la cama estaba hundida por el centro, de las luces del salón solo funcionaba una, no había alfombrilla del baño y toallas solo 2 grandes.

​Confort et Équipement : L'appartement en lui-même était plutôt confortable, agréable et bien équipé. ​Emplacement : Très bon emplacement, le quartier était calme. ​Service / Concierge : Le concierge s'est montré très réactif et disponible dès que nous avions une demande (il nous a apporté des serviettes immédiatement).

​Hygiène et Propreté : Une grosse catastrophe. L'appartement était extrêmement sale, en particulier les sols. Nous avons dû passer la serpillière dès notre arrivée, ce qui n'est pas normal en début de vacances. ​Équipement défectueux : Le concierge nous a gentiment apporté un fer à repasser, mais il était impossible de l'utiliser car le dessous était complètement noir. ​Terrasse : Impossible d'en profiter, que ce soit le matin ou le soir, en raison d'un très fort vis-à-vis.

The reception service at the hotel is a complete mess. There are lots of mosquitoes and flies, the room provided doesn't match the one booked, and the merchant refuses to give a refund.

Great location in Gauthier nice area. Very quiet apartment well equipped.

Breakfast was not available during our stay.

Accueil courtois et personnel à l'écoute. Établissement très bien situé dans une petite rue calme à Casablanca. Appartement agréable sur l'arrière. Équipement très/trop sommaire avec le stricte minimum pour la vaisselle, pas de séchoir à linge ni de cintres

Prévoir des cintres et un étendoir pour compléter la possibilité de faire sa lessive puisqu'il y a un lave-linge. Wi-Fi de faible intensité et coupure la nuit.

Wir wollten um ca. 23 Uhr nach unserer 5stündigen Autofahrt in das Hotel einchecken. Obwohl wir uns im Vorhinein mit Uhrzeit ankündigten, mussten wir 10 Minuten lang einen Hotelmitarbeiter suchen. Auch die Rezeption befand sich komischer Weise nicht im Eingangsbereich. Nachdem wir dann nach langer und aufwendiger Suche, einen Hotelmitarbeiter fanden, kam dieser aufgrund von technischen Problemen fast nicht in das Zimmer der Rezeption und wir kamen nicht in unser Hotelzimmer (alle Zimmer hatten nicht funktionierende Login Codes). Zu unserem Glück hatte der Mitarbeiter beim Check-Inn vergessen uns die Handtücher zu geben und konnte somit noch den Code (nach5 Minuten langem scheitern) öffnen. Ansonsten hätten wir höchstwahrscheinlich auf dem Flur übernachten müssen. Nachdem er uns die Handtücher äußerst eilig überreichte, haute er so schnell wie möglich ab. Angekommen im Zimmer stellten wir fest, dass jemand gerade erst ausgecheckt hatte. Das Waschbecken war voll mit dreckigem, benutztem Geschirr, die Mülleimer waren überfüllt, die Kissen und Decken lagen auf dem Stuhl und im Regal verteilt (Haare und Dreck dran) und das Bad war auch ungenutzt und es lagen fremde Haare im Waschbecken. Im Endeffekt haben wir uns sehr geekelt in diesem unbezogenen und dreckigen Bett zu schlafen und da der Check-Out nur Online war, hatten wir nicht einmal einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort, an den wir uns hätten wenden können. Im Gegensatz zu allen anderen marokkanischen Unterkünften war dies wirklich mit Abstand die schlechteste. Es war nicht nur extrem respektlos, sondern auch unfassbar eklig. Ich kann diese Unterkunft keinesfalls weiterempfehlen!

It is a nice apartment and it was clean. Easy cheack in and out and friendly personal. They also arrange taxi back to the airport

Die Lage war gut und das es eine Küche hatte, sowie eine kleine Terasse.

Keine Ausstattung an Bad-Teppich das ganze Wasser lag auf den Steinböden was es sehr gefährlich machte aus der Dusche rauszu kommen. Kein Haarföhn und kein Bügeleisen wie auf dem Beschreibung. Ausserdem stank das Apartment extrem nach Zigaretten als wir reinkamen, mussten ein Nachmittag lang lüften. Wir sind nicht raucher daher nicht sehr angenehm gewesen, die Sofas stanken danach.

Location was good, wifi given, enough space, hot shower.

The cushions were quite hard (for our taste). No hairdryer and the first room we were given had no light in the bathroom - we got a different room right away though. Worst point: some staff member entered our room after midnight - to “check if the room was still occupied”. Not sure if this was due to the room change, but still unacceptable to just come in in the middle of the night.

There could have been a bit more attention to the small details, like kitchen cleaning materials, cutlery towels, bathmat, washing powder for the washer. But overall it was first rate. Very comfortable. And a great location.

Loved everything! The place is beautiful and well maintained. It was clean and in a good location. The staff was lovely and the process to check in and out was very smooth. Really enjoyed our stay!

A bin in the toilet + extra toilet paper would be welcomed :) 1 roll for 2 adults for 4 nights is definitely not enough! Also a sponge for the kitchen so that cutlery can be washed

Photos were misleading - the place was NOT bright & cheerful. It was quite small. Terrace was awful - not worth paying for. I had hoped to use the washing machine but it looked dirty.

Xxx Das Appartement überzeugt durch das Raumkonzept mit abgetrenntem Wohnbereich und kleiner Küche und schickem bzw. modernem Bad. Das Bett ist gemütlich, es gibt einen kleinen Flur zum Badezimmer hin, wo eine Art Schrankwand eingebaut ist. Die Lage ist super, zum Sport treiben ist gleich ums Eck der Parque de la Ligue Arabe. Super nettes Personal. Wir können es empfehlen!

Netflix was readily available and the couch was comfortable. It was really quiet at night and you couldn't even hear the mosque which made sleeping quite enjoyable on that part.

Some of the lights as well as the AC did not work. The ground was clean to the eye but my white socks were brown after half an hour. There was a stove but the frying pan was a catastrophe. We also had neither a dish rack nor a dish towel. Furthermore, there was a washing machine but no laundry detergent or a place to dry the clothes. The bed was really hard.

Property needed some basic maintenance ie curtains runner needs repairing. Washing up equipment needs to be made available.

Younes was very kind and helped us to get a taxi to leave, a very nice guy, he gets a 11/10.

The place was ok, we didn’t get a dryer as promissed and we were supposed to get an extendable sofa as well and didn’t.

Nice apartment, clean , cosy , with all that you need to feel comfortable, good A/C and wifi . Staff were always kind and smiling specially the guy ( I don’t remember his name ) who was on 17/3 afternoon he gave me many good advices , I was about to book a train to Rabat from a website that was costing 25€ instead of 4,5€ the normal price and he told me to go directly to the mainstation and but it from there so he made me save 40€ that I would payed with return , he also gave me advices where to eat and buy some moroccan spices and how to move in the city by taxi without being charged double or triple as a tourist from taxi drivers . Also the other man helped me with transfers from and to the airport

The blackout curtains in the living room were stuck and one had come off the rail so I had to keep them closed all the time but overall it didn't bother me too much as I was out and about all day.

Nabil is an excellent host, very warm and welcoming. We had an issue with the toilet, it didn’t flush, and he was very prompt to send someone up to remedy the issue. He made up for it by offering me a free breakfast. We have stayed at the StayHere hotel locations throughout Morocco at least a dozen times, and Nabil is by far our favorite host.

There is no room to walk around the foot of the bed as it is right up against the wall. You have to crawl over the bed to get to the terrace. Also, in the photo it showed a dining table, and there was not one present in the room.

Mon séjour dans cet appart-hôtel à Casablanca a été très décevant par rapport à ce qui était annoncé dans l’annonce. À mon arrivée, il n’y avait aucune serviette disponible dans l’appartement. J’ai dû moi-même contacter le personnel pour en demander. Ce genre d’élément de base devrait pourtant être prévu dès l’accueil des clients. De plus, l’appartement ne contenait pratiquement aucun équipement : pas d’assiettes pas de vaisselle pas d’ustensiles aucun produit de base C’est pourtant l’un des principaux intérêts de choisir un appart-hôtel plutôt qu’un hôtel classique : pouvoir vivre dans un espace fonctionnel et éventuellement préparer ses repas. Dans ce logement, cela était tout simplement impossible. Autre point très décevant : la terrasse. Sur les photos de l’annonce, on voyait clairement une table et des chaises, ce qui donnait envie d’en profiter. En réalité, il n’y avait absolument rien pour s’asseoir, ce qui rend la terrasse inutilisable. Par ailleurs, les draps étaient insuffisants, alors que la réservation était faite pour trois personnes. Globalement, la qualité de l’appartement est très en dessous de ce qui est montré dans l’annonce. L’expérience ne correspond pas du tout aux attentes que l’on peut avoir en réservant ce type de logement. Je pense qu’il serait important que l’établissement mette à jour ses photos et améliore l’équipement de base, afin d’éviter de décevoir les futurs voyageurs.
