We stayed for 3 nights.The rooms were beautiful and clean. Room service was on time each day. Staffs were very kind and warm. Food was good. Will highly recommend. Kids enjoyed too

⭐ 1 STAR – THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER If I could give zero stars, I would. UNHYGIENIC Walked into a room that clearly wasn’t cleaned properly — found hair from previous guests. Not exactly the “welcome” anyone expects. DISCRIMINATORY SERVICE They assumed we were foreigners and served us plain nasi instead of the nasi lemak we ordered. Apparently, accuracy depends on how you look? ZERO COMMON SENSE The door was faulty, so we requested a room change. The excuse? “Fully booked.” Funny, because the entire floor looked completely empty. SAFETY? NON-EXISTENT We had to spend the night with a damaged door, using a chair just to feel somewhat safe. A hotel where you have to DIY your own security system is unacceptable. RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL When we raised concerns and requested a refund, they filed a complaint against us instead. Instead of accountability, they chose deflection. FOOD THAT SHOULD NOT BE SERVED The buffet looked decent on the outside, but once opened — still frozen, undercooked, and even slimy. Completely unacceptable and honestly concerning. Overall: Poor hygiene, questionable service, safety issues, and terrible food. This place should not be operating at this standard. Strongly do not recommend.

I like the size of the room and ofcourse the bed. i had a good stay.

All good except the carpet. it seem a little bit dusty.

On arrival, they’d given away our room and it took more than 20mins to check in once we’d resolved by suggesting they give us a different type of room. They then gave one of those rooms to someone else, who let themselves in to our room! Key cards didn’t work, maintenance had to be called, the staff had no support from management to resolve issues.

Wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment with good breakfast. Great for short stays while visiting Legoland.

Not much around the hotel, but 2 decent restaurants downstairs.

Housekeeping is not quite expected. When we enter, noticed that there was crumbs on the dining chair, and there was a piece of tissue paper on the master bedroom floor below the curtain.

It’s was pretty bad experience. The room door wasn’t able to be locked , change to another room and the lock was also faulty . Floors tiles were damaged at the lift area

We had dinner at Delish, ordered Melaka Nonya laksa and Korean Wanton Noodles. Laksa was tasteless and when enquired with the chef, he asked to add salt. The wanton noodles were clumpy, obviously in both cases, there seem lacking in passion in preparing the food. As a 4 star property catering for business and leisure, at least one of your restaurant should serve alcohol.

Stayed for 3days 2 night ..1st night ok , 2nd night was nightmare scary n make it me crazy no electricity in the room very hot cant sleep try many time direct call use my hndphone but nobody pickup phone to let me know what is going on if blackout or others not inform any notice to guest, had to cancel my holiday check out by 2am , met Duty Manager at front office , ask him why n what happend with this hotel but he very annoying and just told upon check in suppose receptionist already inform all the guest that was 20 August 2025 will be power outage by TNB , if early inform we noticed it but so dissappointed nobody inform😏 this is my first and last to check in this hotel and bad view in my life!!!

The staffs were very polite! The room was extremely clean!

Too crowded during the breakfast time…. Tables are too near too one another. However the food is reasonable good!

Quite spacious for the two of us and very comfortable. The swimming pools look nice, although we didn’t have time to try them. Breakfast had a good variety and everything we tried was delicious. All the staff—from reception, kitchen, housekeeping to security—were very helpful and always greeted us with a smile, which made our stay even more pleasant. Free parking is available and conveniently located on the first floor, making it very easy. Definitely will come again whenever we visit Johor or even just for a staycation.

The aircon at the master bedroom not as cold as expected. As it covered by the clothes wardrobe. Lucky its raining during my vacation so doesn't feels hot at all

Spacious and suitable for families, good water pressure, and a big swimming pool.

Early check-in came with an extra charge. I understand it may be the policy, but other hotels I’ve stayed at usually accommodate it without additional fees.

Cool and no leak ac. Water pressure in the bath is strong and not weak or trickling. Channels for movies which is awesome.

The bidet was broken but still usable via main pipe. Small restaurant and not much varieties for breakfast.
