When I was sleeping, someone ringed my room and open the door at 5 or 6 am. It was weird and scared.

Pessima qualità dei prodotti per la colazione: bacon ad esempio immangiabile. Posizione lontana 15 minuti a piedi dalla mrt e dalla bst, ma soprattutto occorrono 40 minuti di metro per arrivare in centro. L hotel in genere è abbasta datato e non offre servizi.

离EM商圈太方便了，21商场也可以步行到达，枕头和床的软硬度也非常不错。bts去暹罗都方便，反正这是愿意再来住的地方，关键晚上睡觉安静，听不到摩托声，早餐也不错的，感谢辛苦的工作人员

Strategico per visitare bangkok, a dieci minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro . In un quartiere molto vivace, con locali e ristoranti. Camera spaziosa, pulita e dotata di ogni comfort. Personale gentilissimo. Consigliato.

プロンポン駅から徒歩5分程で立地は素晴らしい。朝、昼、夕と全く食事には困らないし、エムスフィア等のモールもあるので周辺のみで完結出来る程。 部屋も広めで清潔感もあったシャワーの水圧も問題ないし、トイレもペーパーを流せる。

アソーク駅からも徒歩圏内だがプロンポンの方が断然近く、BTS利用には問題ないがMRTを利用するには少し歩くことになる。 トイレの水圧が少し弱め。 他の人も書いてましたがひげ剃りはありません。

I really enjoyed the facilities. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of dishes, including salads. The staff were helpful and always welcoming. I also appreciated the sports facilities, such as the pool and the gym. Furthermore, the staff were extremely helpful and accommodating overall. In fact, this is the reason why this wasn't my first stay.

The mattress was a bit on the hard side, but it wasn't uncomfortable. However, there wasn't any hot water in the shower. It wasn't a major issue, so I didn't bother the hotel staff about it, although it would have been nice to have a hot shower. I must point out that this won't stop me from booking a room at this hotel again.

Great stay with spotless rooms and wonderful, welcoming staff. The location wasn't ideal and the shower was a bit small, but overall the service was top-notch and we’d happily recommend it!

Photo looks newish rooms but in actual everything interior getting outdated but good value for money Their kitchen closes at 1.30pm.

Loved this hotel! The staff were very service-minded and helpful at all times. The breakfast was brilliant and with a lot of options of warm and cold food, pastries, and fruits. The location was great, with a lot of access to malls, transport, and shops. The rooms were tidy and clean, well-equipped with highly functional technologies and strong Internet.

Super mooie appartement en heel erg luxueus. Zeer veel kastruimte en inrichting is helemaal compleet. Japans toilet bij de master bedroom maakt het helemaal af. Nooit eerder van dit luxe level genoten. Restaurants, markten en winkels op loopafstand.

Op dit luxueuze level zou iedere slaapkamer een badkamer moeten hebben, dus naar mijn mening 1 badkamer te weinig. De deur van de keuken naar de slaapkamer sloot niet helemaal af: aan de onderkant vd deur zat een spleet groot genoeg voor insecten om doorheen te kruipen. Het licht van de spiegel in de masterbedroom konden wij niet vinden.

My room's toilet was a bit leaky.

The staff are really lovely and helpful. We ended up booking again at the end of our trip. It's clean and the pool and gym were handy.

The location is right across Emsphere. I would like to commend this particular restaurant staff by the name of Pam. She really make my stay here extremely pleasant and felt welcome. She took the extra effort to remember my room number and food preference and importantly she is always seen to be polite, bubbly and cheerful and full of positive vibes.

The bathroom somehow is full of ants crawling even for the wash basin area though I am not exactly sure what causes it. Also, I was charged for a bucket of ice upon checkout (all hotels do provides complimentary ice bucket when requested). The receptionist did not even to inform me of the upfront charges for the request of ice bucket. This was my sore point as the hotel should have told the guest upfront on the said charges as a matter of principle instead of providing first and surprised you with the charges later. This to me is NOT ACCEPTABLE!

There's a split nail spot on the floor living to bathroom. Should be fixed before someone accidentally hurts May the Management could innovative having a look into going away of bathroom plastic amenities, shampoo, conditioner, body creamer, shower creme ...think of it...

I like everything about this Hotel. The location is perfect. It is close walking distance to Sukhumvit station. Basically across the road from Emsphere shopping centre and little further walk from Terminal 21. The rooms and room service was excellent. The Hotel reception and staff were so friendly. I liked the swimming as well. I highly recommend staying at Amora Neo Luxe.

By the time of return aft dinner out, non of keys 🔑 didn't work....however, the night audit fixed it, after 2 times up &down rides....

Great hotel with friendly staff and a convenient luggage storage room. Check-out was at 12:00, but I wanted to spend a few more hours before leaving for the airport. The hotel allowed me to store my luggage safely after check-out, which made my last day much more comfortable and stress-free. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would gladly stay here again.

Helpful staff and a nice stay. One receptionist could smile a bit more, as Thai hospitality is usually very warm and welcoming.

החדר היה מרווח, היה בו אמבטיה שזה היה מושלם. הצוות היה נחמד מאןד והכי חשוב החדר היה נקי!!!

בחדר לא היה ריח רע אבל במסדרון היה ריח ממש רע לא היה נעים לעבור בו.

Room was clean and well equipped. Close to eateries and BTS station. You dont need a key card to go up the elevator.

I checked out half an hour beyond the checkout time (it was not intentional), and was asked to pay extra. Most hotels would be more understanding.

The bed was rock hard, no topper. Breakfast was awful, scrambled eggs cooked to order were reheated in microwave. Noise from the street was endless.
