I really liked the location and the head of security, Tony. He was really nice and welcoming. and he was the only one understanding my situation.

If you tip one person in the hotel, you must tip them all or all of them will treat you like you did something wrong. The location was nice. Air condition was good too good actually are too short and dangerous around 1 m are the railing only and I’m staying on the 21st floor.

The location is amazing. The breakfast was fabulous. The staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious. There is a shuttle bus that operates every 10minutes till 11pm that takes you up and down the soi road to the main road.

I liked everything. If I had to be picky, The only thing I would add is that the beds are not soft, but that’s majority of beds across Thailand. It didn’t bother us.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Besonders positiv fanden wir den kostenlosen Shuttlebus, der sehr praktisch war. Das Zimmer war großzügig, sauber und komfortabel. Auch die Mitarbeiter waren jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.

It was super convenient, free shuttle, spa available, gym, pool and in a great location. it is a bit too crowded in sukhumvit for my taste but all in all good area to explore the city.

the location was central but this also means taxi and grab gets stuck in traffic picking you up, but it wasnt too bad for me.

Die zentrale Lage ist einfach super. Raus aus dem Hotel hat man die Wahl zwischen innen Stadt oder Park. Der Skywalk im Park ist dennoch mit der Stadt verbunden. Perfekt für ein Spaziergang nach dem großen & ausreichenden Frühstück.

Zu Beginn hat die Klimaanlage etwas gerochen, jedoch wurde das schnell behoben.

The location is just great. Very close to Benjakitti Park which I love. Close to Sukhumvit and to usuale public transportation. I recommend a room with a park view. Great breakfast.

Ottima posizione centrale, vicino allo sky train. Il servizio dell'hotel (tuktuk) per raggiungere la strada principale e' superfunzionale. L'hotel e' ristrutturato con palestra, piscina, sauna, lavanderia, sale giochi per bambini, etc. Tutto in ottime condizioni. Colazione buona. E' vicino ad un parco per gli amanti del jogging

Peccato non ci sia un bar all'interno dell'hotel, pero' c' e' yn minimarket che pero' non vende alcolici

Il a tout pour lui. Situation. Le breakfast est très bien, super bon et super varié. Le staff est au petit soin malgré la taille de l’hôtel. Piscine, sauna, belle salle de sport. Navette gratuite pour faire les 300m jusqu a l’axe principale par forte chaleur c’est très utile !

Rien pour ainsi dire. Si je dois critiquer une chose, c’est le bruit du frigo, mais ce n’est qu’un détail car ce n’est que par moment ! Et ce n’est pas venu diminuer moins opinion générale…

It’s situated far enough away from Sukhumvit Rd so it’s quiet, but a very short shuttle ride from all the action.

The Staff here are exceptional, very helpful and friendly. Very clean facilities and have an amazing buffet breakfast option available.

لن اكرر الاقامه فيه بسبب الازعاج والصيانة ومعاملة موظفين الاستقبال

للأسف الفندق خيّب ظني وكان السبب الرئيسي لجعل اجازتنا سيئة في بانكوك

ظننته مثل باقي سلسلة فنادق سنتر بوينت الشهيرة يحترمون الضيوف ويقدرونهم ويقومون بمراعاتهم عالاقل. بداية من تسجيل الدخول الساعه 5:30 مساء الموظف كان بطيئى جدًا ومنشغل بالرد على مكالمات الآخرين وهو يقوم بإجراءات تسجيل الدخول مع العلم بأن تم تسليم غرفتين للذين أتو بعدنا . المصاعد 4 واقل شي تنتظر 5 دقايق حتى تصعد او تنزل وكتمة الطامة الكبرى حجزنا شقه من 3 غرف نوم في الطابق 23 طيلة فترة الاقامة اعمال صيانه وهدم وبناء ومطارق من اول الصبح لحد المسا بجانب شقتنا وتم ابلاغهم أكثر من مرة دون فائدة .. المفروض الطابق اللي فيه صيانه لم يتم انزل الضيوف فيه .. او يتم ابلاغ الضيوف اثناء الحجز خصوصًا اللي معه كبار سن او اطفال بعد اقامتنا لمدة 8 ليالي تقدمنا بطلب تسجيل خروج متأخر على الاقل 3 ساعات وكنت سأدفع قيمة الساعات الاضافية مثل سياسة اغلب فنادق تايلاند .. فوافقت موظفة الاستقبال بان يتم احتساب 25‎%‎ ومن ثم قالت 50‎%‎ وبعد ذلك قالت الفندق محجوز بالكامل ولا استطيع اعطائك فقط ساعه واحدة .. وعند الساعه 11:30 صباحا اتانا اتصال بتسليم الشقه فورا الساعه 12 فقالت بإمكانك حجز ليلة كاملة افضل لك .. وقبل ذلك كانت تقول الفندق محجوز بالكامل (غير صادقين) بالاضافه الى ذلك رائحة اصباغ في الغرف تسبب الحساسية وممرات الفندق جدًا حاره يبدو ان الفندق قديم ويتم تحديثه ولكن موظفين الاستقبال يحتاجون الى تدريب اكثر بالتعامل مع العملاء باحترافيه حتى لو لم يتم اتمام طلبي

When I went there for the first night I did not like my room it was clean and everything but I had a view of the air conditioner I went and spoke to staff and when I returned for the next day they upgraded me to a lovely room with a good Skyline view I was so happy and so as my grandson we had the best time

Das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet, die Lage sehr gut und die Zimmer im Hotel waren ruhig.

Wir hatten zuerst ein Zimmer mit Poolausgang. Leider war das Raumklima im Zimmer für uns zu feucht und nicht akzeptabel. Der Zimmerwechsel ging aber reibungslos und das neue Zimmer im 9. Stock hat sehr gut für uns gepasst.

Great location. Near BTS and MRT. Shopping centers and everything is near by. 40 minutes ride to the airport by Taxki.

All was great.

أعجبني الفندق جدًا، من أفضل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها في بانكوك. الموقع ممتاز وقريب من كل شيء، والمعاملة كانت راقية جدًا والموظفين بشوشين ومتعاونين. الفندق نظيف ومريح وكل شيء فيه مرتب. تجربة جميلة جدًا وأنصح بالسكن فيه، وبالتأكيد سأختاره مرة ثانية في زيارتي القادمة إلى بانكوك.. الفندق فيه ATM .. وفيه بقاله تفي بالغرض..

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel in ausgezeichneter Lage etwas abseits vom Trubel der Hauptstrasse. Sehr umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet auch mit warmen Hauptspeisen. Das Hotel ist ohne Alkohol.

Die Handtücher sollten erneuert werden.

The customer service was excellent, staff were polite and respectful, the rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was exceptional (huge variety of western and thai foods). The pool and gym were a lovely addition. The tuk tuk shuttle was a bonus.

Lo amplias de la habitaciones, el desayuno, la piscina, el servicio de tuktuk y la ubicación.

La puerta del balcón estaba al revés, con lo que se podía perfectamente abrir desde fuera, así estuviera cerrada por dentro. Algo que no entendimos. No tuvimos ningún problema, pero bueno lástima por eso o habría sido un 10/10.

Hotel moderno e con molti servizi

La posizione è centrale ma vicino a una strada continuamente piena di traffico. Peccato per la non-smoking policy applicata anche alle camere con balcone. Accoglienza molto fredda rispetto a tutti gli altri soggiorni in Thailandia.

La.camera spaziosa, ben organizzata. Pulizia decisamente accurata. Set a disposizione. Posizione comoda e navetta per la via principale. Colazione con buona scelta sia dolce che salata.

The hotel as always is well kept and clean

The situation with the lifts. At present there is 2 of the 4 lifts which the public aren't allowed to use due to renovation works. On top of this 1 of the 2 lifts you can use is out of service meaning only 1 lift is accessible. On my last day I waited 30 mins for the lift as it was constantly full and even being used by workmen with trolleys when they have 2 of the lifts for these renovation works. Spoke with reception regards this and he seemed to ignore my concerns

Clean and very spacious rooms. Great location near a big park and close to Asok skytrain station and Sukhumvit subway station which made it easy to get around.

The Staff is outstanding they make sure you don leave anything in the taxi. The concierge is top tier. Open doors all the time security is 24 hrs. Tuk Tuk available to take up the street. Close to many options ..BTW the bidet have warm water wash front back and dry …what in the world..also the seat stays warm 😊

Quand nous sommes arrivés, l’hôtel nous avais placé dans une chambre (dans le bâtiment annexe à l’hôtel) juste 1 grand lit de prêt alors que nous voyageons avec un enfant de 12 ans. Ce qui dérangeait le plus était une forte odeur d’humidité. Après un supplément financier nous avons été reloger dans le bâtiment principal qui est très bien

Location, location, location Breakfast was exceptional. Professional staff. Rooms and facilities were well maintained with a convenient high-tech bathroom facility. They have frequent free convenience transportation from reception to the main road which is only a few minutes casual walk to the main road. Easy walk along a less busy road with hotels and residential places.

Emplacement proche de la station Asok, beaucoup de restaurant proche soi 8, proche de différents shopping mall. Petit déjeuner varié. Taille des chambres, possibilité d'utiliser les machines à lessiver au rez-de-chaussée.

Les deux piscines sont mal agencées car pas de soleil en début de journée donc eau froide et peu de transat. Il aurait été plus avisé de ne mettre qu'une seule et plus grande piscine sur le toit et ainsi pouvoir aussi profiter de la vue. Le personnel de réception est assez froid et peu souriant tout en restant tout de même professionnel.

Large rooms, great breakfast

I would not recommend this property, nor will I stay here again, due to the 3 weeks and 10+ emails it took to have my deposit hold cancelled. This was not my experience with any other hotel in Thailand, nor has it ever been my experience elsewhere traveling.

Bien placé. Piscine ,salle de sport ,salle de jeux et supérette super. Accueil très agréable . Très propre .le tuk tuk de l hôtel pour rejoindre la rue principale est très appréciée !

La literie était moyenne , très dure .

De hygiëne, de grote kamer met het heerlijke grote bed. Het ontbijt was top en de akoestiek in de ontbijtzaal was zeer prettig. Heel grappig en nog nooit meegemaakt was de luxe toilet in de badkamer, met verwarmde bril en allerlei andere functies. De gratis shuttle service om je op weg te helpen naar het einde van de straat was fijn, maar niet noodzakelijk. De gratis fietsenservice (waarmee je wel alleen naar het park mag)

Het personeel was erg vriendelijk, maar kwam te onderdanig over. Een begroeting met drie buigingen bijvoorbeeld voelt voor ons wat overdreven. Hierdoor misten wij een beetje de authentieke, ontspannen Thaise glimlach en gemoedelijkheid. We wilden de kamer een paar uurtjes langer houden vanwege onze late vlucht, maar moesten hiervoor een complete nacht betalen. Omdat het zo midden in de drukte ligt valt het niet mee om een Grap te regelen, deze accepteren de rit niet.

Breakfast was great, the best of the three hotels on our trip! Loved the variety and the number of choices everyday. Staff was incredible! Between the very helpful, friendly welcome, the complimentary tuk tuk to the main street, and the concierge helping with tickets and taxis, I couldn't have asked for more. The location was incredible. Very easy to hop on multiple types of public transit.

The property showed a little wear. Nothing huge, but could have used a little touch up paint.
