L’hôte a été vraiment adorable, très aimable, accueillant et disponible du début à la fin. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, qui était très agréable, propre, confortable et parfaitement adapté pour notre séjour. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’accueil, la gentillesse de l’hôte et le fait qu’il soit toujours disponible lorsque nous avions besoin de quelque chose. On s’est vraiment sentis bien accueillis et à l’aise. L’appartement est très agréable et conforme aux photos. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour. Une très belle expérience, je recommande vivement !

Adorei a estadia... Yassine foi sempre muito atensiosa, prestativa e acolhedora, qualquer coisa que necessitassemos estava sempre disponivel. O apartamento era lindo, confortavel e muito bem situado, apesar de estar numa zona muito movimentada nao se ouvia o barulho do exterior. O ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente, e nunca faltou agua quente no chuveiro. Resumindo, foi tudo incrível e quando voltar a marraquexe sem duvida ficarei aqui. Recomendo muito

Mieszkanie bardzo czyste w super lokalizacji blisko muzeum YSL bardzo duze i przestrzenne, na plus duzy balkon oraz basen. Bardzo mili i pomocni gospodarze dbaja podczas calego pobytu razem z ogarnieciem transferu z lotniska w nocy. Polecam!

Yassine fue un anfitrión espectacular, siempre atento a todo. La zona de ubicación del piso es estratégica, zona tranquila pero a un paso de todo. Si no te da pereza caminar este es un sitio estupendo en 15/20 minutos nos poníamos en el centro de la medina.

El apartamento muy bueno y con todo lo necesario. Los anfitriones de 10, se mantenían en comunicación constante por si necesitabas algo. Nos gestionaron transporte para ir de vuelta al aeropuerto y estuvo en tiempo

We had a great stay at this apartment. It was comfortable, and in a convenient location with shops and restaurants nearby! The highlight was the excellent service from the owners. They were always helpful, responsive, and available whenever we had questions. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. I recommend this place to everyone and when I am coming back to Marrakech I will stay here again!

Yassine s'est montré très sympathique et dévoué toute la semaine ! Il a géré les transferts pour l'aéroport, a répondu à chacune de nos questions pratiques, s'est assuré que tout se passait bien pour nous. C'était très agréable d'avoir un contact ici. Le logement était parfait, toutes les commodités, emplacement idéal, commerces à proximité, confortable bref rien à dire !

The apartment is beautiful - me and my Mum had such a lovely and relaxing time staying 4 nights in Marrakesh. This place has been designed very well and is a perfect modern style. The living area has so much space we were able to move the furniture around to suit our comfortability. There are two TV’s in the living room and bedroom with Netflix etc. The shower was nice and hot. Hairdryers and straighteners were also provided. I personally loved the lighting. Lots of different lighting options which created a nice atmosphere for us. Such great value for money, I would recommend anyone to stay here. It is within walking distance to the city center and just outside you can catch a taxi. Big shoutout to the security guard for helping us, we accidentally left without keys. He was very helpful. Unfortunately, we came in rainy weather but the pool looked really nice too! Thank you to the owners for checking in if we needed anything. It made us feel safe in Marrakesh that we were able to contact someone if need be.

There isn’t anything for us, outside can be a bit noisy but we didn’t mind - it’s the city and the owners have installed double glass doors and automatic blinds/shutters to block it out. There was construction going on - we were happy to see lots more being built, so the next people staying will have more shops/restaurants close by! :)

The main disatvantage was the temperature inside. While ACs helped to make the air warmer, the floor was extremely cold. I understand, that it's because of the weather conditions and building specifics, but I think it can be handled somehow to make stay more comfortable. It was not critical to us, but I would't say the appartment was perfectly clean.

Os proprietários foram muito atenciosos e prestáveis desde o primeiro momento da marcação do apartamento até à nossa saída. A localização é ótima. O apartamento é super confortável com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia curta, que inclui uma piscina para uns banhos em tempo quente.

Apesar do apartamento estar limpo, apenas nos faltou roupa de cama adicional disponível para as almofadas e lençóis. Estavam estendidos e foi resolvido com uma lavagem na máquina de lavar roupa do apartamento.

Апартамента беше точно до Majorel Garden като мястото беше комуникативно и удобно. На пешаходно разтояние от центъра на града и пазара. Наоколо имаше всичко необходимо като в същата сграда имаше и магазинче. На 2 минути беше магазин Carefur.

По отношение на чистотата има какво да се желае. Дебелите завивки не изглеждаха изпрани. Апартамента се отоплява трудно. Има 2 климатика в помещенията, но те не могат да загреят достатъчно добре, особено основното помещение.

La estancia fue perfecta y la ubicación es ideal si vas con la familia. Además puedes ver gran parte de los monumentos de la Medina andando ya que está todo cerca y accesible. Muy majo y atento el propietario, recomendable sin duda.

Well located property just a 2 minute walk to the YSL museum and Majourelle gardens. The property itself was clean and spacious with easy access via the keyfob. Fully fitted kitchen and plenty of clean linen. The Owner Yassine was most helpful and in constant contact during my stay to check if I needed anything.

Die Lage ist super, genau neben dem Jardin Majorelle und dem Busstop für die Linie L12 die genau vom und zum Flughafen fährt. Die Gastgeber sind super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten immer mal wieder Fragen und Anliegen, es wurde super schnell geantwortet und unsere Anliegen erfüllt :) Sehr zu empfehlen wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und es ist auch mega viel Platz.

Sécurité, emplacement et propreté

Comfortable, well equipped apartment in an excellent location. 24/7 minimart on the doorstep, a good supermarket nearby, relatively short walk to Medina and super close to Jardin Majorelle. Hosts were communicative and helpful with organising airport pick up and sharing local tips. Yes, there is some traffic noise due to the location, but it didn't bother us much, and over all we thought our stay was good value for money.

I stayed at this property for three nights and had a great experience. Communication with the host was absolutely perfect , everything was clear and well explained from the very beginning. The property was very clean, fully equipped, and centrally located, which made getting around easy and convenient. I would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you to everyone, and I wish you all the best.

Appartamento grande e luminoso bagno nuovo e materasso comodo, posizione perfetta a 200 metri dai giardini majorelle e 10 minuti a piedi dall'ingresso della Medina. Piazza Jamaa el fna raggiungibile con Uber con 50 dirham o a piedi in 40 minuti.Proprietario super disponibile.. ci ha permesso di fare check-in anticipato e checkout posticipato e in questo modo abbiamo sfruttato al meglio quattro giorni pieni. Consigliatissimo!!!

Cet appartement est très bien situé dans Marrakech, à distance de marche de la porte Bab Doukkala et juste en face des Jardins Majorelle. L'avenue en face est très achalandée, mais l'appartement est bien insonorisé et on y dort très bien. Yassine est un hôte très sympathique et disponible. Les équipements sont complets, c'est spacieux et confortable. Le parking privé à l'arrière est un plus.

Sehr zentral gelegen – Geschäfte sind fussläufig erreichbar, die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Haustür, und die Medina ist nur einen angenehmen Spaziergang entfernt. Das Apartment ist nachts erstaunlich ruhig und schallisoliert, sehr sauber und vollständig ausgestattet. Yassine, der Gastgeber, war jederzeit erreichbar, äusserst hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Ich komme gerne wieder!

The apartment was clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It has a fabulous shower and a comfortable bed. We didn’t want to stay in the Medina so the location suited us fine and it was an easy walk into town. Having the pool onsite was great and perfect for a quiet escape from sightseeing. The communication with the property was excellent and Yassine was really helpful.

It’s on a busy intersection which can be a real benefit for arranging transport and pickups but the traffic is very busy. Luckily the apartment is well insulated so there is no real problem with traffic noise.

Yassine é muito atencioso. Mandou todas as informações antes da viagem. Durante a estadia procurou saber se tudo estava a correr bem. Ofereceu-nos cartão SIM e mostrou-se super disponível para ajudar e recomendar. A casa fica numa boa zona, tem um café/restaurante muito simpático mesmo ao lado do prédio. Para ir para o centro, são uns 10 minutos de táxi, cerca de 50 dhr, 5€ mais ou menos. Para quem gosta de fazer caminhadas, vai-se bem a pé, cerca de 30 minutos.

Si c était possible de donner plus que 10 je le ferais. Très bel appartement, tout est propre, confortable. Cuisine équipée, salle de bain très propre, lits confortables. Mr Yassine vous prend en charge avec les plus grands soins dès la réservation jusqu a la fin du séjour. Je recommande vivement.

Just a minute after booking the apartment, Yassine texted me with some information about the apartment. Yassine offered a transfer service from the airport to the apartment. The driver held a sign with my name and waited for us just at the gate, The price was reasonable, and saved us a lot of time after a 4-hour flight. Yassine also helped me buy a local SIM card and answered my questions about Marrakesh. Yassine also helped me print out our boarding passes. He is not just a host/owner, he is the one you may trust and help you a lot when you are the first time to visit this country. The apartment was clean and good location, easy to walk to the Medina area, and within 10 10-minute walk, you can find more restaurants and supermarkets ( there is a 24-hour mini market just downstairs). The security guy was nice and friendly and helped us find the key and handed us the printed boarding passes. I highly recommend this apartment to everyone.

Only one thing, a bit noisy due to the apartment being just beside the main busy road, but it's not too bad.

The apartment is well equipped and very clean. The fiber wifi is very fast. The shower is warm. We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

To be honest, I was fully satisfied and didn’t see anything bad about the property. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, in a very good location and the hosts were very responsive and helpful. All amenities we needed were there, and we were very comfortable. It was beautiful and we would stay here again!

We had a little difficulty finding the keys, as the lock box is actually inside the building so it is not possible to access it unless someone lets you into the building first, so this was a little bit confusing for us, but not a big problem. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Host was helpful and very understanding when our plane was diverted. We eventually arrived at about 3am and had to wake him up. He was so good about it all.

Could have more cutlery and kettle kept turning itself off. Aside from that the kitchen was well stocked.
