- muffiger Geruch - Ameisen im Badezimmer, die jegliche Sachen die man abgelegt hat befallen haben - auf der Bettwäsche waren Blutflecken, nachdem wir was sagten, teilte man uns mit es sei aber ja gewaschen, also „sauberer Dreck“ - Pool bzw. die gesamte Etage mit Pool/Bar ist „tot“, nicht nutzbar - Gäste beim Frühstück laut und halbnackt, Personal sagte nichts - Straße zentral, dafür aber auch laut

Perdimos la tarjeta y pedimos que nos la desactivaran y nos dieran una nueva, obviamente haciéndonos cargo del coste de la tarjeta. Nos dijeron que tenia un coste pero que no podían cancelar la tarjeta que perdimos, es decir, que si alguien la encontraba podía entrar… estuvimos inseguros toda la estancia.

L’emplacement proche de la plage et dans une rue animée est le plus de cet hôtel. Petit-déjeuner varié et bon. Équipements modernes et fonctionnels.

Nous avions pris une chambre avec balcon qui s’est avéré être un endroit très étroit sur lequel on ne pouvait même pas se mettre debout. Il serait également appréciable de chauffer la piscine.

Preis Lobby und das Zimmer bei Ankunft immer unklimatisiert. Braucht dann immer ewig um ertragbar zu werden. Sehr verzogenes Parkett. Pool war unsauber und hatte Pflaster und andere Dinge in sich. Keine schöne Aussicht vom Zimmer oder aufs Meer (okay auf die Stadt aber auch nicht von unserem Zimmer aus)

Was a good value option, room was spacious with large bed. Location was good, although we didn’t realise how big Da Nang was so we ended up getting grabs everywhere as it was too hot to walk and everything seems to be at least a 25-40min walk away. A few nice restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was not great, cereal was stale and some of the other options were not to my liking.

The hotel is very clean, spacious and convenient for its location.

Avevo effettuato una prenotazione standard tramite booking ma al check-in mi è stato negato alla reception perché il personale riteneva che, in quanto cittadino italiano, avessi bisogno di un visto per entrare in Vietnam. Ho spiegato che il governo vietnamita stesso ha concesso l'esenzione dal visto ai cittadini italiani (e a quelli di molti altri paesi) per soggiorni fino a 45 giorni dalla data di ingresso ( il mio ingresso in Vietnam era del 13 agosto, quindi ampiamente dentro i 45 giorni), indipendentemente dal tipo di passaporto o dallo scopo del viaggio. Mi sono offerto di mostrare loro le informazioni ufficiali sul portale del governo vietnamita e sul sito web dell'Amministrazione Nazionale del Turismo. Ho chiesto di parlare con un responsabile o di far verificare la questione dalla polizia locale, ma non è stato fatto nulla. Mi è stato invece detto di recarmi io stesso in polizia per "denunciare" l'assenza del visto (che non occorre) sul mio passaporto (dalle leggi emanate dal Vietnam occorreva semplicemente prende atto che dal 13/8 al 24/8 decorrono meno di 45 giorni). Risultato: ho dovuto andarmene. Una struttura che ignora la politica del proprio governo – pensata appositamente per attrarre turisti stranieri – e si rifiuta di verificarla anche quando il cliente fornisce i relativi documenti, non è idonea ad ospitare viaggiatori internazionali. Non la consiglio.

Apartment shows it's age: damaged floors, cracked tiles, AC in bedroom does not work properly (AC in living room fine), provided fan cannot be used efficiently due to short lead and lack of power points etc.

J’ai bien aimé le style de l’hôtel - très chouette ! Cela donnait vraiment envie d’y séjourner

J’ai réservé de la faute les dernières chambres - qui donnait sur des travaux donc rien à dire à ce niveau là par contre la chambre commence un peu à se dégrader en terme d’équipement ( humidité, mur craquelé, plainte qui se décroche)

Отель небольшой, комфортный. Два лифта в незамедлительном доступе. Номер удобный, вид на море и рассветы красивые. Но Стройка под окном и грохот, как ранним утром так и ночью, сглаживали восторг. Завтраки понравились, хоть и было много блюд со свининой, найти покушать себе можно было. На крайний случай классика суп фо всегда выручит. Понравилось что на выбор всегда несколько видов фруктов — бананы, арбуз, божественная маракуйя и еще что то зеленое и твердое. Также понравилось, что всегда были свежие багеты и сливочное масло. Десерты так себе, не разнообразные, но закинуть что нибудь в рот вместе с крепким кофе со сгущенкой, всегда было. Отдельно хочется отметить персонал, хоть ресепшен, хоть в столовой, хоть уборка номеров — очень милые и отзывчивые. Расположение на оживленной улице, в какую сторону бы не пошел услышишь — масса мадам массаааааа.

Khách sạn rất xinh, decor có gu, cảm giác dễ chịu. Phòng ốc cũng như sảnh, nhà hàng ăn sáng, khu bể bơi ... đều sạch sẽ, sáng sủa và thoáng. Bể bơi tuy nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ, view thẳng ra biển. Tôi đặt 2 phòng Deluxe City view phía trước, nhân viên đã xếp cho gia đình tôi 2 phòng cạnh nhau rất thuận tiện. Phòng thiết kế đơn giản, đệm êm rất sạch sẽ và dễ chịu, điều hoà mát sâu, khách sạn còn bổ sung thêm cả 1 chiếc quạt trong phòng nữa. Nhà vệ sinh, khăn tắm cũng rất sạch, decor gạch ốp kiểu tổ ong đẹp. Nhân viên chủ động dọn phòng hàng ngày ko cần phải nhắc. Giá phòng đã bao gồm ăn sáng buffet nên tiện ko phải ra ngoài tìm đồ ăn, hơi ít lựa chọn món ăn tuy nhiên cũng đủ dùng, nếu thực đơn món thêm khoảng 3-5 món nữa là tuyệt vời. Tôi thích món xôi mềm, salad tươi và sạch, bánh sukem. Các bạn nhân viên rất dễ thương, lễ phép và nhiệt tình. Vì KS full phòng nên gia đình tôi ko đc giữ phòng muộn hơn nhg các bạn nhân viên đã gợi ý có thể lên tầng 9 khu bể bơi nghỉ ngơi thư giãn, có khu vực vệ sinh, ban công rộng hóng gió nên nghỉ ngơi vài tiếng trước khi ra sân bay cũng thoải mái. Khách sạn nằm ở phố Hà Bổng cực kỳ tiện, đi bộ vài phút đã ra tới bờ biển, phố có rất nhiều nhà hàng ăn ngon như Quán Bếp Xưa, Hải Sản và Dimsum Hữu Nghị, quán bánh mì và cà phê Bếp Việt đầu phố (đoạn giao với phố Hà Chương) ... Các dịch vụ tiện lợi khác trên phố này như cửa hàng thuốc, minimart, đặc biệt có mấy cửa hàng giặt là giá rất dễ chịu 20k/kg đồ, giặt thoải mái hàng ngày. Có công trình đang xây dựng phía sau khách sạn, tôi đã hỏi kỹ nhân viên trước khi đến và phòng Deluxe City view tôi đặt ở mặt tiền phía trước nên tôi thấy ko ảnh hưởng trong thời gian ở đây. Tôi đã ở nhiều khách sạn khác nhau từ bình dân tới 5 sao nhiều nơi ở VN, Glomad Boutique là một trong số ít khách sạn tôi đánh giá cao về tổng thể từ cơ sở vật chất, nhân viên, dịch vụ. Nhất định tôi sẽ book lại Ks nếu quay lại Đà Nẵng trong thời gian tới.

Thực đơn ăn sáng hơi ít lựa chọn, nên bổ sung thêm khoảng 3 -5 món nữa thì tốt Khu vệ sinh sảnh chắc có nhiều người dùng nên cần làm sạch thường xuyên hơn. Đây là điểm tôi góp ý thêm cho khách sạn chứ cũng ko hẳn là ko thích.

Las habitaciones son súper cómodas y agradables, muy cerca a la playa. El personal muy atento y amable! En la misma cuadra hay un restaurante llamado Nap Be Xua, es imperdible!

The hotel is right in the center, very close to the beach, and super convenient for getting around with plenty of amenities nearby. The rooms are quite well-equipped with all the necessary amenities to meet your needs. The staff are enthusiastic, helpful, and have a great attitude.

However, the soundproofing is quite poor. During our stay, there was a construction site behind the hotel causing some noise, though this wasn't the hotel’s fault. The swimming pool is small, and the breakfast buffet is relatively simple. The most uncomfortable thing was that our room had no window or balcony, making it feel stuffy and have an unpleasant smell. The city view room is also not worth it (pictures attached).

I had just come from the airport after a 13 hour flight and was exhausted. I arrived at about 10:00 and had been told the room wasn’t ready until 14:00. So it was mint good how I had to wait 4 hours for a room in the concrete floor because there wasn’t many sofas to sit on. My only problem.

My luggage was lost but they welcomed me with open arms and continue to make the connection with the airline or the airport to make sure I got my luggage I was really happy about that that was going above and beyond

I did not like that I did not like that I did not stay longer I love and there was no hot tub I thought there would be a hot tub or a Whirlpool but anyway

Location, design

There is construction next to the premises, blocking a bit of the sea view and making noise. Good thing the Hotel informed me in advance but still the noise was quite considerable during the day.

Po przyjeździe do hotelu zostaliśmy poinformowani, że za oknem naszego pokoju trwają prace budowlane, a od wczesnych godzin porannych do wieczora pracuje ciężki sprzęt, co wiąże się z dużym hałasem. Informacja ta nie została nam przekazana wcześniej, mimo że hotel kontaktował się z nami przed przyjazdem w innych kwestiach. Uważamy, że jest to istotna okoliczność, która mogła wpłynąć na naszą decyzję o wyborze obiektu. Po zgłoszeniu naszych zastrzeżeń usłyszeliśmy, że możemy poszukać innego hotelu. Będąc już na miejscu, nie mieliśmy jednak realnej możliwości znalezienia alternatywnego zakwaterowania. Ostatecznie otrzymaliśmy jedynie zatyczki do uszu. Dodatkowo śniadania były bardzo ubogie i mało zróżnicowane w porównaniu ze standardem, którego oczekiwaliśmy po tym obiekcie. Korzystanie z basenu również było mało komfortowe ze względu na bardzo wysoką temperaturę i brak odpowiedniej wentylacji na piętrze, na którym się znajduje.

Excellent. There is a construction at the back of the building, but id didn't affect our sleep during the night and I was able to sneak peak of the sunrise in the morning. We only stayed in the room with ra view for a night snd it was not bad.

Aside from the room being so aesthetic, spacious and clean. It is quiet and organised. And location is really good too. And gish they are so sweet. They knew it was my birthday on the second day of our stay, so they left a birthday card in our room with lovely birthday message! Thank you so much!

シャワールームのボディジェルのポンプが壊れていて交換をお願いしたのですがされていないので伝わらなかったのは残念でした。見晴らしがいい部屋をとった方がいいと思います！

位置離沙灘算近～可步行到達

第一次有那麼糟糕的住房體驗，房間的空調和抽風機都壞掉，非常悶熱潮濕，換了他們的備用房間，又因為太久沒使用，而一直斷電，讓我們非常疲倦…最後是依靠電風扇度過 本來期待的早餐，也沒有預想中好的菜色，有點失望，員工是辛苦了，但處理的方式真的都不是很好，非常拖沓，甚至叫我們忍耐！重點不是忍耐不忍耐的問題，而是我們花了錢，卻要在無冷氣且潮濕的房間度過，真的難受 原本住宿也沒有要給我們補償，後來是換到他們久未使用的備用房間，有說要提供七折的優惠，但後來直到半夜房間又遇到重複性斷電問題，員工也修不好，才修改為免費一晚上，所幸還是有補償，但也造成我在訂房上的陰影了，明明已經選感覺還不錯的住宿了，還能遇到這種事…
