funky and disturbing smell outside the house. No towel were provided by the owner, but in the descriptions were mentioned that towels were provided.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026The host is really helpful and easy reachable, the check in and check-out process was smooth. The house is super clean, and the host prepared all the necessary needs and all were complete for the comfortable stay.
All good but if the living hall can provide air conditioner (due to hot day season) will be a bonus.

Nearby to amenities Safety: calm neighborhood, with car porch for 2 Cleanliness: tip-top Household facilities: complete 💯 (lengkap kemudahan asas sebuah homestay) Ada water heater, towel, bilik ber-aircond, sejadah utk solat, cawan&pinggan),fridge, microwave, iron etc. Sangat selesa duduk dengan keluarga (family of 5) Terima kasih banyak Mr Yap&Ms Kam!
Water heater berbunyi agak bising . Water pressure pun agak slow. Mgkin kena tukar kepala paip shower. Paip lain airnya kuat dan okayy. Lain2 semua okay.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2025We had a wonderful stay here. The homestay was impeccably clean, and I especially loved the fresh smell of the sheets on the comfy bed — we had such a good sleep! The place is well-ventilated, making it very comfortable throughout our stay. The host was very generous and kind to allow us an early check-in, which we truly appreciated. Location-wise, it’s not too far from town, making it convenient yet peaceful. Highly recommended! 🌟

Reviewed Oct 9, 2023The house was clean and tidy. Nice equipment provided such as water filter, microwave, washing machine, kitchenwares etc. Also provided with towels, single mattress, comforter, extra pillow and praying mat (sejadah)
There was this weird smell during certain period. However, it's not strong and only for certain time. Otherwise, the stay is quite pleasant.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2023Excellent facilities. Everything from microwave to iron is available. Even WiFi is available. Everything from Bath Towel and Kitchen are clean. Friendly and accommodating Host. Bonus points for being walking distance (5min walk) to the nearest 99Speedmart.
Funny smell coming from neighbours yard. Smells like burnt rubber. Not the Host's fault.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2023The home is clean and comfortable. It’s convenient for elderly as no need to climb stairs. The owner is friendly and did contact me to make sure everything ok. The facilities is good. Have fridge, microwave, small oven, hair dryer, many cups, fork and spoon also alot.
There is an unpleasant and pungent smell during the night time. Suspect from manufacturing factory nearby? The sofa is slightly sunk and difficult for the elderly. The knob for the kitchen sink is hardly tighten, might need some maintenance.

Reviewed Jan 3, 2023Owner very helpful. House is super clean and comfortable to stay. Self check in and check out procedures are very convenient. Facilities like fridge, water filter, kettle, coffee and washing machine are provided. Worth the value and highly recommended.
There was an unpleasant smell at the housing area on day 1, but none noted on the 2nd day during our stay. We closed all glass windows and door and managed to block/reduce the smell from entering the house. I didn't notice any towel provided. Didn't seek clarification with the owner as we have our own towels.

I think the neighbour have lot of cats . And it cause a very weird / unpleasant smell inside house along the stays and it felt uncomfortable. Others are okay and fine with me
