Knusse cottage.
Lovely rural location with 350 year old character cottage. Well equipped and very cosy, even having a wood/peat burning stove.
Nothing
Nice spot
Very rural, 20-30min from bus stop. Older facilities.
Very atmospheric location - remote and surrounded by beautiful nature. The fireplace is great - really adds to the whole experience.
Staying in a renovated 400 year old cottage was a dream come true.
Without a car the distance from town was a bit of a challenge but worth the stay
Nice quiet spot. Clean an comfortable
We wanted somewhere remote but also close enough for a short drive to the beach etc that we could chill out with our dog, and this cottage exceeded all of our expectations. There was a lovely fire pit and seating area outside with a great view of the Burren landscape and we got a gorgeous sunset the night we stayed as well. The hosts provided fresh brown bread, jams, cereal, milk, tea, coffee and juice which we weren't expecting at all - we had a lovely stay and a lovely morning.
Nothing
We had absolutely amazing time in Glynn's Cottage. It is situated close to beach, mountains and so many attractions. Definitely we are will be back. We were welcome with homemade bread which was delicious. We are so grateful for having our dog with us. Thank you Patrick and Jessica.
I didn't like cutting board which was worn-out and the mattress I would recommend to replace it.
Lovely cottage on working farm but all modern amenities.
That is rained but that isn’t really a problem because the cottage was cozy and comfy.
Beautiful, peaceful location
Farm driveway and parking a bit tricky for city drivers
The utterly charming cottage was in such a quiet, serene location. We were so cosy with the turf and wood fire in the stove that sometimes it was hard to tear ourselves away. Though we enjoyed exploring the nearby villages and sites, and the sheepdog demonstration. The Burren is amazing. Jessica and Patrick were so friendly and helpful. The kitchen was well stocked with food for the first night and breakfast, and most everything we needed.
Amazing
Location was perfect. Absolutely beautiful renovation on part of a stone building at the farm. Stunning views. Close to the amazing Caher Bridge Garden
Excellent all-round. Ideal location near the Atlanticand the Burren, Clean, warm and well-equipped traditional cottage. And a great host in Patrick.
Really nice small cottage in a remote location yet perfectly located to enjoy what county Clare has to offer. Would recommend for a weekend!
Super süßes Häuschen, top ausgestattet und sauber. Check-in und Check-out absolut unkompliziert.
A cute little cottage in a beautiful location. The beach at Fanore is stunning and just adds to the charm of the area. The cottage was warm and cosy, especially with the turf fire which smelled amazing. It was well equipped with everything we needed, and communication was easy throughout.
Beautiful cottage in peaceful surroundings. Very cosy and had everything you needed and more. Extras like the butter and milk in the fridge were appreciated. Our dogs also had a great time, especially lying in front of the fire on a rainy day.
Nothing
Very charming and clean! Loved using the fireplace
Lovely, cosy property perfect for exploring a stunning part of the Irish coast & The Burren.
Would be improved by a two seater sofa.
The location and the facilities. Everything was ready on our arrival. Thank you Jennifer.
Lovely location peace & quietness .
Great Location. Well equipped with everything you could need
No suggestions for improvement. Everything was perfect.
Being on a farm and a typical country cottage
Nothing!
absolutely dreadful place hard to access road dark and dreary and host very rude when we complained to gim
location met bt two barking dogs no daylight in house paid in full but didnt stay host very rude
Brilliant location, wonderfully quiet and allowed us to walk directly up onto the hill.
It's a tiny cottage but that's okay. However another small easy chair could be added in for relaxing. The current sofa is somewhat of a squeeze for two!
Compact and cozy
Nothing

It was such a wonderful stay in a remote cottage which was very peaceful and relaxing.

The location in the Burren was excellent. Very quiet and delightful little cottage, perfect for two.
WiFi a bit dodgy, but you’re in the middle of nowhere, so enjoy the peace:
GLYNN'S cottage met all our expectations. Quiet location in the heart of the Burren and very friendly host. All facilities present including internet (!) and house was very cool in the exceptionally hot weather which was a big bonus for our dogs.Loved hearing the cuckoo throughout our stay ........ thank you Patrick and Jessica!
One small thing would be a bigger kettle , that's all!

Beautiful cottage and lovely people. It is a little remote, but if you want peace and quiet in a farm setting, this is perfect 👌
It is a little remote, and Google maps leads yiu very astray
Cottage was almost in the mountain. Old little cute stone house for two with small yard. Host left for us bread, juice and milk. We were greeted by two hospitable dogs and a cute cat.
The floors are cold, but that's to be expected from a stone house.
Beautiful property, beautiful morning views. There was a lovely loaf of bread waiting for us
Everything was perfect
Nice and private, stunning area allowed to bring our small dog.
Rough driveway
The remote location, the cleanliness of the property, the ease of communicating with the host, the place is remote, you can really feel connected to the wild side of Ireland
Nothing, it was perfect
Lovely little spot, suited my needs perfectly especially when travelling with a dog.
The cottage was very cute and cosy, and set in an idyllic location. Everything was spotlessly clean and well presented. The kitchen, though compact, was fully equipped and I was very impressed to find fresh food such as cereals, pasta, bread, milk, and orange juice were provided. The solid fuel stove and plentiful supply of turf made for a very pleasant and cosy atmosphere. Bathroom and bedroom were both of a high standard. The surrounding area was also very peaceful and quiet. I slept very well both nights of my stay.
The access road to the cottage is quite rough and bumpy. It is not ideal for cars with low ground clearance. I would have felt more comfortable at night if the windows in the kitchen and sitting area had curtains or blinds. The TV in the bedroom was mounted to one side on a very high shelf, making it difficult to see and hear.
A lovely rural cottage experience, peaceful, cosy and with everything you’d need for a short stay. A short drive off the coast road, easy to get to. Beautiful area. Communicative hosts, easy access to the accomodation.
Amazing location, quiet and secluded with the most amazing scenery surrounding it. Sitting at the foot of a small mountain which makes for an amazing walk with outstanding views of the coastline, the Aran Islands and Galway Bay. The fire was toasty warm too. A wonderful place to relax, refresh and get to know this amazing area from. The friendly owners were around for advice and even left an amazing loaf of soda bread for us.
Kitchen could do with updating but it is rustic
Close to Cliffs of Moher Comfortable -the host left freshly baked bread and other items of food. Fireplace was very nice. Had a washing machine.
Needed new pillows
Private, warm,clean. Affordable.
Very remote only pub in area closed Tuesday reopened on Friday .
Beautiful location. Clean. Cosy.
Would have been great to have twin beds that could be fixed for couples and split for family stays.
Really cosy and cute. Super comfortable and loved the turf fire. Very clean
Kettle was broken. While super clean, there may be a small wood louse issue - I lifted the bath mat and was met with 5 of them, and we had a few of them on the walls around the place. Totally harmless, we just swept them out but may want to be looked at as they're getting in somewhere.
Quiet location, nice cottage with everything needed for a short stay.
Outdoor area could be improved/tidied up. Garden furniture wasn’t in great condition and the overgrown adjacent area with damaged poly tunnel spoils the nice view.
Lovely cottage for a night in Ireland. Especially liked the visits from the owners cat and dog.
No plug in fan available, we are Australian and like airflow when we sleep but we still had a comfortable stay.
Absolute perfect location in the middle of a the Burren. It seems like your 30 minutes drive from everything great County Clare has to offer. The cottage is so beautiful too, full kitchen on offer, washing machine too. Was a perfect stay.
Wouldn't change anything.
Very nice place, great evening with fire place. Very nice atmosphere in quiet location
Home away from home! Close to the beach and in the middle of Burren. Easy check in and detailed information provided prior our arrival. The owner left for us in the fridge some milk, orange juice, butter, jam. What else you could ask for?
-
Located in the heart of the burren, beautiful little cottage and our little pup loved it too 🐾
Setting was idelic but for us it was a bit isolated ,you would need a car as it was min 10k from any restaurant ,a very nice shop available in village and a pub at weekends.perfect for someone who enjoys walking and peace.
Isolation but yet very peaceful
Most of all - the location!!! Peace and Quiet, in a green lush valley, easy to get to. We heard cuckoos! And it was right on our Caher Valley trail.
Everything was perfect.
Absolutely everything The location is amazing
Nothing , we loved it
Convenient location
Uncomfortable bed. Cold flooring. No outlook. Hairdryer provided but no mirror.
It was fantastic experience very quite absolutely relaxing! If you love the burren there is no better place to stay! There is a walk path just behind the house going straight to the hill where you walk around and see a breathtaking view of the landscape! Even a little cat come to say hello to me in the evening and I felt at home!
Remote cottage in the Burren, 10 minutes from Beach, 30 minutes from Cliffs of Moher.
Floor wasn’t clean, no matter how many bugs we killed/removed, they just regenerated. Outside could use some cleaning up. Overgrown garden, piles of rubbish. Furnishings not comfortable, didn’t sleep well at all.
