Gezellige loft met twee slaapkamers

There is lots of space. The host was responsive with two small requests

The bathroom sink drains quite slowly (even after the host attended to it). The smaller bedroom suffers from mild fuel fumes from nearby garages.

Bardzo fajny apartament. Duża i dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Przestronna jadalnia.

We hebben enorm genoten van ons verblijf in deze gezellige loft in Ieper! De loft is sfeervol ingericht, comfortabel en biedt met de twee slaapkamers voldoende ruimte. Alles was netjes en verzorgd, waardoor we ons meteen thuis voelden. De ligging is ideaal om Ieper en de omgeving te ontdekken. Na een dagje eropuit was het heerlijk om terug te komen in deze gezellige en rustige accommodatie. Een absolute aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar een comfortabel en sfeervol verblijf in Ieper. Wij komen hier graag nog eens terug!

Een klein verbeterpuntje is het slot in de voordeur, de deurgreep maakt het wat lastig om de sleutel in het slot te krijgen en te openen.

Great location and useful communication

The property is perfectly placed in a quiet part of town but only a short, pleasant walk to the centre. It was exceptionally clean, spacious and everything needed was provided. It was also furnished very tastefully and highly imaginatively. It benefited from having covered, private parking attached to the property and a great outdoor terrace area. Any queries we had were answered by the owner immediately. This is a fabulous place to stay with more than enough space for four guests to be extremely comfortable.

Great property, comfortable beds and some very quirky touches. We had everything we needed. Would highly recommend

Poor cleaning: dirty shower screen, dirty windows, cobwebs, very smelly toilet Some of the basics missing: bedside lamps too dull to read by, bathroom needs a waste bin. No shower gel, no dishwashing liquid, very little hand wash. Being travellers it would have really helped to have salt and pepper and washing powder, rather than having to buy these for a few days stay

Prachtige loft op wandelafstand van het stadscentrum. Smaakvolle inrichting, mooi en ruim dakterras. Zeer originele deuren. De gelijkvloerse carport onder de loft is een pluspunt. Winkels in de onmiddellijke buurt: bakker en dagwinkel.

Enkele kleine details die makkelijk te verhelpen zijn. Afscherming aan de trap naast de deur van de badkamer ontbreekt. We hebben daar tijdens ons verblijf een stoel en een krukje geplaatst. In de keuken ontbreken een ovenschotel en een aantal goede messen. Maar we hebben ons plan getrokken. Wat meer keukenhanddoeken en rollen wc papier waren welkom. Ook dit was makkelijk op te lossen.

Excellent place in the heart of Ypres. Lovely outside space to sit in the sun. Secure parking for bikes.

10 Gehminuten bis zum Stadtzentrum --- Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich und jederzeit möglich --- Schlüsselübergabe zeitlich ungebunden im Schlüsselsafe --- Parkplatz an/vor der Wohnung --- saubere, helle Ferienwohnung mit viel Platz --- die Fahrstuhltüren als Zimmertüren sind eine tolle Idee --- große Küche --- Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen!!! Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt in Ihrer Ferienwohnung und Ypern! :-)

leider hat der Abfluss im Bad dauerhaft gemüffelt (durch das dauerhaft geöffnete Dachfenster im Bad ließ sich dies allerdings ertragen) --- ein 2. Geländer als Sturzsicherung an der Treppe wäre ratsam --- auf die steile Treppe zum Wohnbereich sollte in der Wohnungsbeschreibung hingewiesen werden (für uns war es kein Problem, aber ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen könnten hier an ihre Grenzen stoßen...) --- der Wasserkocher sollte regelmäßig entkalkt werden (sehr kalkhaltiges Wasser hinterlässt Rückstände - wir haben den Wasserkocher nicht benutzt) --- leider waren die auf den Bildern abgebildeten Outdoormöbel nicht vorhanden (wir hätten sie tatsächlich schon gerne genutzt)

Locatie, moderne look. Prima faciliteiten in loft. Top!

De locatie en voorzieningen in de loft waren echt top. Mooi landelijk ingericht ook.

Heel mooie ingerichte loft, op een ideale ligging, niet ver van het centrum van Ieper. Alles aanwezig wat je nodig hebt, mooi en ruim ingericht .

Enige minpuntje is dat de slaapkamer aan de straatkant ligt en het vanaf smoregens 5 uur wel lawaaieriger wordt ( ik heb altijd oordoppen bij dus geen last van gehad)

Prima loft op een uitstekende locatie. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Ieper. Carport om je auto in te zetten. Grote tv om lekker een film te kijken in de avond. Alle faciliteiten in de keuken aanwezig, balkon om lekker te zitten bij mooi weer.

Twee 1-persoons bedden zijn een beetje verouderd en oncomfortabel. Grote bed slaapt prima. Huis is wat warm doordat het een loft is direct onder het dak. Hangt een airco maar die doet niet veel omdat hij te weinig vermogen heeft voor de grote ruimte. Slaapkamer hebben geen airco.

Great location, easy walk into Ypres. Private parking which is a huge bonus and one of the reasons I chose this apartment over others in the area. The apartment is very well presented, bright, airy and spacious; it has a lovely, well equipped, modern kitchen. Very comfortable beds, lovely outdoor seating area. Contact with host was good. We would definitely stay again.

Mosquito’s - it was very hot so we had opened the bedroom windows and unfortunately mosquitos came into both bedrooms. So bring repellent and/or a plug in, or keep the windows closed!!

It was exceptionally well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfy and it was very clean. It is also in a good location to access Ypres on foot.

Outside chairs got damp.

Location was perfect, a short walk into the beautiful town of Ypres. The accommodation was great for our family, nicely laid out with a twin room for my boys & what felt like a super king size bed for my husband & I. The main bedroom has a large walk in wardrobe too. The car port beneath was perfect to keep our motorbikes safe & covered & if you bring a car that would not fit the car port you can easily leave it across the entrance to the car park as there is a ‘lay by’ outside so you are not parked in the road.

If you have young children beware that there is no balustrade at the top of the stairs ( it has a metal staircase) so there is a drop with no restraints but for older children it would not be an issue.

Location was ideal for visiting Ypres. Cosy, quirky appartment, we had a great stay

A guard rail around the stairs would make the loft safer.

Specious lovely apartment, close to town and market, balcony was lovely, car port. Host was good with communication & information.

Filter Coffee machine not sure how to use it. Brought filter coffee but wasn't able to understand how it worked.

No fault of the property owner but the messaging feature on booking.com is not great. Message with instructions to access loft was truncated.

No cutlery or anything to eat with. No coffee/milk - welcome pack for a hot drink. We couldn't eat food that we had brought with us, which was a bit disappointing.

Well located for centre of Ypres. Lovely outdoor balcony area. Really funky apartment design, great living space with huge TV!

Bedrooms really hot (even though the weather wasn't particularly), very noisy throughout the night from street outside. No thought given to simple, basic welcoming items - no soap, spare toilet rolls or waste bin in bathroom , no coffee left in the kitchen, no iron or ironing board, etc. No safety rail at the top of the stairs - really dangerous for small children or anyone moving round in the night, e.g to use the bathroom.

A lovely apartment ! Very well equipped and with an outside terrace. We were lucky with the weather so sat outside for drinks. There was free off-road parking which was also a huge advantage. It was a short walk to the supermarket and the centre. We would definitely like to stay again.

It's a spacious apartment if, like us, there are only two of you there. Even with 4 there is plenty of space in the open-plan kitchen/diner end of the space. The high ceiling gave a lovely light feeling. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen is modern and well equipped. No kettle, but the (induction) hob boils a pan of water very quickly. About 10 minutes easy walk into town. Off street parking in the car port meant no searching for a place to park. The decoration was quirky and fun (using old lift doors for the bedrooms and bathroom, for example).

The smaller, twin, bedroom has little/no storage space so unpacking would be difficult, unless sharing the separate walk-in wardrobe in the double room. The cushions in the outdoor area were in storage due to the frequent rain (not the owner's fault!) and it was a shame to miss out on sitting out there in comfort. The steps up to the living spaces are open/unguarded and a child could easily fall down if not careful. We thought that was dangerous (not sure if the hosts allows children). The bathroom basin is limited in size by the sloping roof.

Nice location, away from the centre where it can get a bit noisy . Parking in the alcove gave a sense of security. Large TV.

Unfortunately the stairs are very steep, there were also no bedside lights which would have been useful. No kettle.

Really cool apartment in an excellent location. Very comfortable and spacious. Parking in a reserved spot. We didn’t want to leave!
