AC not working at all. Even after raising a complaint with the reception four times, they did not resolve it. They were also reluctant to change my room, even after extra payment

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025I really enjoyed my stay here. The staff was extremely helpful, and the location—being fairly close to the airport—was very convenient. After traveling, it was the perfect place to rest and recharge. I’d be happy to return in the future.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2025For the budget, it was clean and neat. Very comfortable place. The staff allotted me a temporary room as I came early before check-in time. They didn't ask for payment until checkout. Cleaned up the room well. Nearby Krishna Sagar Hotel for breakfast and coffee was the best. There is a bakery cafe opposite, a grocery shop, wine store, medical store, local tea shop. It's like everything nearby.

The Ac was leaking water and the tv didn't work Also the wiring connections all fell out and just right above that was the Ac where the water kept dripping. We can get electrocuted. Also the price was toooo high. Please try keeping half day stay and charge accordingly. Request you to please keep a simple mat outside the bathroom

Reviewed May 30, 2023Super service of the very friendly hotel staff, in walking distance to the nice Jakkur lake with beautiful nature and lots of birds. The model village is also near by and worth to see. The accommodation is simple but clean and at a very reasonable price.

Could have been hire Kannada staff atleast one for conversation. But overall good behaviour and nice to visit again.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2023The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was also spacious. The bed and linen were clean. Room also had a small balcony.
I kept asking to fix the TV in the room but the staff didn't seem to care much. TV never worked during my 2 nights stay. Else everything else was addressed. The bathroom did not have any hooks or place to hang towels or clothes. Towel rod was broken and kept aside. Noisy air conditioning. The edges of the bed frame were very sharp.

Reviewed Oct 5, 2022We stayed for 3 days in a delux room with balcony and really enjoyed the stay. The big plus point is the well behaved staff with super fast room service. Daily basis cleanliness is much appreciated. Food can be ordered seperately using the menu card shared by hotel staff and staff deliver the food at your doorstep without extra cost along with cutlery. Though no seperate parking space but 4/2 wheelers can be parked in front of the hotel on road and it is absolutely safe (personal experience as my 4 wheeler was parked there for 3 days). Overall a superb stay.
