Windfall Service Apartment

Location was good with quick access to the highway. The property manager was very helpful and responsive. The apartment was spacious and a good match for a 3 week stay. Having the ability to wash clothes & dry on a rack was very useful.

Breakfast was good but would be nice to have more variety daily during a longer stay. However, that may not be likely or expected in a service apartment.

Staffs

The toilets are not clean; Although I had it cleaned with staffs, the stains didn’t go off. Old and broken closets. Rooms are just ok. Staffs were really helpful with luggages and early check in.

The apartment is spacious. Very welcoming host and staff. Very fast response.

All services are available but need to be asked. I would have preferred to have all available within apartment by default. e.g. Had to ask for towels. Staff could not clearly mention breakfast arrangements. Even though Breakfast was included.

Nice place to stay for families. Friendly staff. very good location if you wish to stay nearby to airport and at the same time not far from Bangalore city.

Facilities, cutlery and utensils are available but not the ingredients for tea etc, if you are arriving or leaving at odd times.

The property was well maintained. The owner, Mr. Naidu hosted us like family. Mr. Praveen, who manages the day to day activities was also very helpful. The apartment was spacious with excellent WiFi (free). The hall has a 50" TV which can be used to watch your favourite shows. Both rooms also had individual TV with Dish connection. The hall is spacious with plenty of sofas. The dining table can seat 4. The kitchen is well equiped with gas, fridge and utensiles including a mixi. There is even a washing machine if required. Overall, a very good property which is just off the main road and well connected.

No negative reflection on my stay, it meets my expectations

The location is spacious and Mr. Naidu and team made sure we were at ease. We are a family of four having child on wheelchair and got to experience superb hospitality from each and everyone. The breakfast, the space, the amenities and the convenience to call for any help made our trip wonderful. I thank Mr. Naidu for ensuring smooth and comfortable stay in the apartment end to end.

We had a wonderful stay with our family and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The location was extremely convenient, making it easy for us to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and perfectly suited for a family visit. What truly made our stay exceptional was the friendliness of the staff and management. Everyone we interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, making us feel right at home. It’s clear that they take great pride in providing excellent service. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would happily return. Highly recommended!

Owner of the property not talking properly with customer since m in business trip my client came to meet me in the room that time staff behaved rudely even called owner of the property and threatened 😑 since my client told came to meet for few min only will not stay than also he threatened it's worst feel for me in my experience. So kindly stop going this apartment

I stayed here for 2 nights! It was a great location to where I needed to be and the hospitality from Mr. Naidu and the staff have been excellent. The rooms were clean and spacious. Highly recommended!

Me and my Big Family (10 persons) went from Sweden to Bangalore for a wedding in early December. We are all really experienced global travellers. We choosed Windfall Service Apartment primarily for the proximity to the different wedding cermonies. Directly when we arrived I realized that this is metaphorically speaking a Home Away from Home. The owner and his staff was amazing to us and made us feel home. They really exceed our expectations. After our first 4 days at Windfalls we went to Kerala for 3 nights. When we returned to Bengalore we went back to Windfalls for another night. We all loved to be back home♥️. We will definitely come back here when we travel to Bengalore next time. Thanks for everything Windfalls.

The location is perfect, nestled in a great locality with plenty of eateries, grocery stores and malls nearby. Accomodation was in very Good location and the Front Desk staff were very cooperative. .Even though we checked in very late in the night,They welcomed us on arrival and arranged all things in order. The Host Mr. Naidu is a perfect Gentleman who took good care of us.

I really like the location of the property , very close to airport and city . Service was excellent. I was with my parents they looked after very well. Hotel in front of the apartment serves very good breakfast home made and very good customer service. Overall we loved our stay at Windfall Service Apartment. Highly recommended for home stay experience. I would love to go back again.

The owner Mr Naidu was courteous and helpful, check in process was easy, staff was very responsive and polite. Room service is excellent. the apartment was big with all facilities needed for two families including kitchen utensils, refrigerator, washing machine. all appliances were working well. I will definitely stay there next time and also recommend to anyone who needs to stay in north bengaluru.

Staff and owner were helpful, kind and nice. Very welcoming. The apartment is well equipped with what you would generally need and well located with a shop nearby and easy access to the city.
