Reviewed May 3, 2026Senang nak akses dengan kedai makan, KTCC, Mayang Mall hanya jarak perjalanan kaki sahaja.
Tak sempat bermalam disebabkan terpaksa tinggal katil yang empuk untuk join Terengganu Marathon 2026. Tapi, yang penting anak² dan isteri berbahagia.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2025Lokasi strategik, jarak jalan kaki berdekatan dengan semua kemudahan kedai makan, KTCC mall, kedai runcit, pemandangan laut untuk kesemua bilik, ada A/C yang berfungsi untuk setiap bilik, blok pangsapuri tidak sibuk sesak, parking seperti sedia ada & rumah rasa luas dan tak sesak dengan saya dan keluarga 6 orang.
Lain orang lain selera, saya saja prefer bantal lembut & nipis. Bantal yang disediakan seperti bantal hotel baru, jadi bagi selera saya tak selesa. Setiap katil diberi 2 bantal, mungkin boleh pelbagaikan jenis. Lagi satu, lantai pemisah antara ruang tamu & dapur ada sedikit cerun menurun tidak perasan yang betul2 dihadapan kabinet + lapik kaki dapur agak licin, bahaya tu & nasib saya perasan, dalam keluarga saya ada orang dh berumur. Kepada owner yang baca ni tukar lapik yang lain & letak penanda yang jelas seperti Yellow stripe tape or something di lantai yang ada cerun tu.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025We liked the size of the apartment, that it has 2 bathrooms, the pool was OK. The washing machine is most welcome, the owner even let detergent for 3 times washing there for us. The location is very convenient, there is a water dispenser for hot or cold water. The view is very nice. Well equipped kitchen.
The walls must be repainted, are stained/dirty. The couch has several stains. Very cheap furniture and towels. In one bathroom there is some water from the AC driping . There is no shower curtain or glass door/cabin, so half of the bathroom gets wet when you shower. There are very small sinks and no racks/storage elements or surfaces in the bathroom. The apartment is very noisy because of thin windows, you hear a lot of traffic sounds at night.

Reviewed Aug 4, 2025Alhamdulillah penginapan yang selesa. Aircond sejuk. Pressure air kuat. Location memang strategic. Kedai makan senang dan banyak pilihan. Barang dapur pun complete dengan coway. Mudah berurusan dengan owner dari sehari sebelum check-in sehingga check out untuk pemulangan deposit.

Reviewed Jul 26, 2024This apartment building is quite well located and walking distance to KTCC mall. The apartment itself is quite spacious with 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms. Apartment is clean and well maintained. There is a sea-view, which was nice.
No wi-fi. No toilet roll provided. Only 1 lift was functioning, but luckily the block is not busy so didn't wait long for the lift.
