Great location with two malls within walking distance

It’s not soundproof, so it can get quite noisy at night, especially with the mat rempit and traffic outside. There were also many random and unnecessary items left in the cupboards, which felt like leftover belongings from previous guests. The washing machine couldn’t be used, and some of the lights needed fixing. Hope these can be improved for future guests.

I like this homestay The Cotton Bleu..Very clean and complete for family to stay here.

Very nice apartment equipped with appliances. They have washer dryer so it is nice to get your laundry done. The house is comfortable and can fit our family of 8 comfortably since they have sofa bed at the living room. The location of the house is superb, nearby ktc, mayang mall, pasar payang. So easy to get around

One of the room has that kind of clear window which people can peek inside, so no privacy there. Also 1 apartment has 2 parkings + 1 extra for extra guests. So if you have more than 3 cars coming 1 of them has to park outside.

Logement sale. Rapport qualité / prix médiocre. Communication à améliorer. Et en prime il demande une évaluation à 10/10 pour une réduction de 5 rm. Nous demande une caution sans même que l'on ai vu le logement et nous impose d'attendre d'avoir vérifier le logement avant de la rendre! Bref nul de chez nul ,!!!!!

The room is spacious. Pillow and blanket were given and kitchen well equipped.

The unit is clean and updated. We love the sofa bed in the living room and the washer & dryer. Got plenty of pillows too! The location is great, near a mall, sea and food stalls.

Wish there's mirror in the common bedrooms, water heater makes a lot of noise when used (sound of boiling water), living room a/c not working, but luckily there are many fans in the house.

The living area air-condition is not functioning during my trip and the water pressure is low. One more things, the towels is quite small for adults. Suggest to provide bigger towel..

Provide wrong 2 wrong numbers, waiting for 1 hours to check in Guards is unfriendly, at least provide table/chair for fill up check in forms! May be the bed too soft/thin

the bed is broken but we manage to fix it and the host a bit late in replying our enquiry.

Everything about the apartment is nice..the cleanliness is top notch..the host is very kind and helpful..if you have kids 7yrs and below it’s the best place to stay cos it has lots of toys and space for kids to play. Thanks to the host we enjoyed our stay.

Everything is perfect, as comfy as my own house. The washer dryer is just perfect for us who have been travelling for days, Coway water dispenser is the best. Overall, it's perfect and worth for money!

The owner could be proactive to send us the guide earlier instead of me asking before check-in. The password for the key tah can give together too so that I no need to go ground floor again to check the mailbox, then only the owner told me the password.

The location very strategic..near to the KTCC mall and Mayang Mall..walking distance to nearby restaurant..the house very clean and spacious..good job to the owner..keep up the great work!!

The property is centrally located and across the road from a large shopping complex. The property is well equipped and has a good range of cooking equipment and utensils. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions I had and provided very clear instructions for checking in & out. There is also large Nasi Kanda shop called Ali Spices & Restoran Ocean (Chinese) nearby with nice food and even Johnny’s in the KTCC shopping complex was tasty.

It has been better to provide regular microwave. The electrical appliances provided is little of use because we didn't know how to operate it and plus i assume the appliances is more useful for cooking, not heating, based on the brief button/switch descriptions.

It is a good place to stay. My family really like it. Just the apartment lift need to improve.

Staying here makes me feel like I'm at home with some amenities and WiFi in this residence. It enhances the guest experience. Also close to facilities such as restaurants, malls and other interesting places

Immediate action is required from the building management that an elevator without air conditioning poses a serious safety risk that make guests could face discomfort or health issues due to extreme heat.

It was a lovely place to stay. Me and my family were very satisfied with the accommodation. The place packed with every essential thing and at the centre of Kuala Terengganu so convenient to go anywhere.

The view is superb! As you can see the sunrise FROM EVERY SINGLE ROOM! The location is right in the middle of town too and surrounded by shops and restaurant, KTCC mall is within walking distance as well. The room itself is spacious and cozy too, definitely suit for family trip or a group of friends.

spacious unit. +netflix (but no astro), enough towels, clean toilets, and good house equipment as they have iron+iron board and comfy matresses, +coway waterfilter and huge fridge, also have washing machine but didnt use them during our stay.walking distance to ktcc mall, near to pantai batu burok, pasar payang and few tourist spots.

island table top too high, no stove but ?+multicooker, no microwave but has oven airfryer(but no instructions), housekeeping forgotten to refill the shower gel but she bought a new one(only that i hv to take it from the guardhouse the next day), 2nd bathroom water heater not functioning during our stay (i bet they already fixed it by now). i hope they can provide hand soap and dish soap+sponge in the future.

The unit is very clean and nicely decorated. Suitable for family with 3 rooms and each rooms has queen bed. Location is good too. Eating place is just along the road and walking distance . KTC mall just opposite the road. No need to worry about car park as the owner has 2 dedicated parkings lot.Surely, I would like to stay here again in future whenever I travel to KT.

The service of the owner and their staff is really helpful. Our stay at the house is really comfortable. And we experienced a good stay there. They provide all the facilities that we need.
