It is a really nice modern, immaculate apartment with bbq facilities at the unit Awsomevl place. Will highly recommend.

Even though the apartment is in a large estate, the area is quiet. The décor is modern and balances comfort and style effortlessly. All utensils, appliances, crockery, cutlery, towels and linen of excellent quality. It was lovely to take long evening walks in the complex. Being in close proximity of various beaches and other activities allowed us to explore and have fun. The mall is around the corner and various retailers and restaurants deliver until 19:30.

The place is very clean and has everything you can ever need for a self catering place. Mandy is an excellent host and goes above and beyond in making sure you are settled in and if you have any queries.

It's the type of place that makes you feel at home. It is clean, modern and comfortable. The service received from the Host was amazing. She went out of her way to make the stay as special as possible. You are not treated as a guest but as a family member. It is rare to find a place with such high standards in terms of location, cleanliness and amazing hosting skills.

There was literally nothing I could find that I didn't like about the place.

The apartment is so lovely and the host is even lovelier. The complex itself has everything you need: restaurant, pool and (big) gym.

The apartment was very nicely appointed with all of the things we needed. An added bonus was an air-conditioner that was capable of cooling the entire apartment. The seaside / nautical theme with the colors of white, light blue and dark blue was very easy on the eye. What stood out most for me was the host. Mandy was one of the warmest and most welcoming hosts I have met. Her caring manner and attention to detail sets the benchmark for the industry. Thanks very much Mandy.

At times the access and egress at the security booms could be sluggish.

Mandy was the most amazing host. Communication with her was a breeze. She even left a little gift for us as it was our honeymoon. This unit has literally everything you can think of. A home away from home. Will definitely be back

We had a fantastic stay at Ballito Hills Modern Coastal Living! The apartment was beautifully designed with stylish, modern decor and a clean, coastal vibe that made it feel like a true getaway. It was well-equipped with everything we needed from the kitchen to comfortable bed and even a washer/which came in handy. The location was perfect just a short drive to the beach, shops, and restaurants, yet still peaceful and quiet for a relaxing evening on the balcony. We also loved the complex's facilities the pool, gym added a resort-like touch to our stay. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in/check-out was hassle-free. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again highly recommend it for couples or anyone looking to enjoy Ballito in comfort and style!

We appreciated that you went the extra mile. Although it was self catering we were were provided with the little things just to make us feel more at home,from the warm greeting to the coffee,tea,sugar spices,cutlery even the little sachets of milk...you can see one takes pride in paying close attention to detail. Everything was wonderful. We appreciated all that the staff went through to make it such an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Absolutely stunning place, too beautifully furnished, decorated and kitted out with everything one could need for a short or long self-catering stay. Loads of lovely, thoughtful little touches like some milk for your first cup of tea or coffee, also supplied to get you started. Such a comfortable bed with lovely soft linen (always a plus!!) Strong Wifi, the unit has a beautiful view from the balcony towards the ocean with several great seating options outside. Mandy is excellent with communication, and she is more than happy to assist with any queries or advice. She is an absolute pleasure to deal with! Overall, a fabulous apartment and host, I would highly recommend a stay!

Everything was amazing. The location was close to nearby attractions. The accommodation was so clean and cozy. Everything that we needed and more was found at the accommodation. This was my second time staying at Ballito Hills Modern Coastal Living and we were celebrating our birthday me and my partner, and it felt like coming home and the host surprised us with something 😊. The apartment is tastefully decorated with a fresh coastal style that adds to the relaxing atmosphere. It’s clean, modern, and very well-maintained. I really appreciated the small touches like the well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and cozy lounge area. The complex itself is quiet and secure, with great amenities nearby. It’s also a convenient base to explore Ballito and the surrounding beaches.

A slice of oceanic heaven - Cannot recommend enough! Pictures simply do not do this stunning apartment justice! The host was incredibly accommodating, warm and welcoming and made sure we were comfortable right from the start. The attention to detail in each of the rooms and beautiful, beachy decor throughout the apartment really made us feel like we were transported away from Ballito Hills and into our very own secluded Beach villa. The apartment was immaculately clean, fresh linen and towels and very considerately stocked with kitchen condiments and bathroom essentials. Complimentary WiFi and Netflix access was the sweetest cherry on top of an incredible stay. It was an absolute joy to experience this little slice of oceanic heaven in a very convenient and well-kept estate in Ballito. Can not fault a single thing (except for the fact that our stay had to come to an end). We cannot wait to be back!

The kitchen is a standout—fully equipped with modern appliances, including a washing machine, oven, and fridge, which made it easy to prepare meals during our stay. The bedroom was a dream! The bed was incredibly cozy with soft, clean linens, and we loved the large sliding glass doors that opened to a private balcony. Waking up to serene views of lush greenery was such a treat. The bathroom was spotless, with modern fittings and excellent water pressure in the shower—small things that make a big difference! The Amenities: The free Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, which was perfect for streaming movies or catching up on work. Having secure parking included gave us peace of mind and added great convenience. The complex itself is quiet and safe, ideal for those looking to escape the busyness of city life. Final Thoughts: This property truly ticks all the boxes for a modern coastal getaway. Whether you’re a couple looking for a romantic escape or simply need a break from your routine, this is the place to be. We can’t recommend it enough and are already planning our next visit. It’s clear the hosts have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel right at home.
