Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The host was very friendly, the room was very large, bright and well-furnished, and the kitchenette was also very well-equipped, featuring a large fridge, an oven, and plenty of nice tableware. The cleanliness was impeccable. Additionally, the room had a terrace with a small table and chairs where you could admire the view.

No wine glasses, no egg cups, curtails did not fit, blinds were broken in places, kitchen sink did not have a plug or a bowl, (which made washing up hard), no wooden spoons for cooking/stirring, shower could not be attached to the wall ( hand held only). Appt One was next to the laundry, where people were still doing washing at 2330hrs despite the notice saying no washing after 2200hrs. Internet slow to non existent. Comfy bed, good coffee provided, kettle & toaster worked well.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Excellent location with a view of the mountain glacier from our balcony! Room was very spacious and clean, the kitchen was well equipped. The staff was very nice & even allowed us to leave our car for a while. This helped us greatly. Train station is a quick walk away.
The room is in a basement next to the laundry room so it gets loud early in the morning… you must wear earplugs. Need better quality towels and toilet paper.

The shower was small, especially with a shower curtain on two sides. It would have been great to have some tea or coffee in the room, given we were only stopping overnight and didn’t need to buy a full sized pack. The laundry was only available 5-10pm and half of the machines had been loaded by the staff with 3-4hr cycles just before 5pm. Luckily it wasn’t busy, so we could wash our stuff but this may not always be the case.

Juste le rideau de douche qui n'est pas très pratique, risque de mettre de l'eau dans la salle de bain !

Reviewed Aug 8, 2026The unit we received ( 01 ) is part of the laundry section - you walk through the laundry lines and your bed is just the other side of the laundry room open till 10 pm for all guests .... if the very nice and polite housekeeping lady is not there when we arrive we would not find our room so easy. Bathroom is really mini size and let's say it is dated - some touch up would definitely needed. The room itself is a semi basement - and as you would expect slightly dump.

Reviewed Jul 10, 2026Great apartment with good facilities that you will need for your stay. Very clean and neat and with an amazing Mountain View. I would definitely recommend to stay. Moreover the staff was very helpful and they also allowed couple of hours of extended stay during my checkout.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2026Top Lage, schöne Aussicht auf die Berge, sehr sauber, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Parkplätze direkt vor der Unterkunft.
Beim Zimmer im UG ist direkt der Waschraum neben an, wenn die Waschmaschine läuft hört man das und auch wenn abends die Gäste runterkommen, um ihre Sachen zu reinigen.

Reviewed Apr 14, 2026Das Studio liegt an ruhiger Lage am Rande von Täsch mit schönem Ausblick aufs Kleinmatterhorn. Das Studio ist spartanisch eingerichtet, hat aber (fast) alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub benötigt. Weingläser wären schön gewesen :) Es war alles sehr sauber. Ich reiste mit dem Zug an und erreichte das Studio nach ein paar Gehminuten. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge. Und natürlich liegt Zermatt sehr nahe.
Während meines Aufenthalts war die Balkontüre defekt, d.h. sie war verbogen und somit nicht dicht. Es war ziemlich kühl deswegen. Die Verwaltung wurde informiert und ich gehe davon aus, dass die Balkontüre repariert wurde.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026Lovely compact apartment with a small but well equipped kitchen and everything was lovely and clean. It's less than 10 minutes walk from the train station which brings you easily into Zermatt. There was a lovely view of the mountains from the terrace and it was very peaceful.

Der Shuttle-Zug nach Zermatt ist somit sehr einfach zu erreichen (und fährt regelmässig, sogar während der ganzen Nacht). 2) Grösse des Appartements: Viel Platz zum Wohnen, Kochen, Essen und Schlafen. 3) Ausstattung Küche: Gut eingerichtet, inkl. Backofen, Wasserkocher und Kaffeemaschine. Top! 4) Preisleistungsverhältnis: Einfach top!

Reviewed Aug 20, 2025Апартаменты в Теш просто замечательные! Уютные, с прекрасными видами из окон и всеми необходимыми удобствами. Порадовал большой холодильник и духовка! Отличное расположение недалеко от железнодорожного вокзала делает поездки очень удобными.
Небольшой нюанс: апартаменты находятся на цокольном этаже рядом с постирочной, где стоят стиральные машины. Не смотря на график работы до 22.00, машины работали почти до 23:00, и это слышно в номере.

Reviewed Aug 11, 2025Le studio est bien aménagé et très bien situé. Nous avons adoré prendre notre petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse face à la sublime chaîne de montagnes et regarder les trains passer. Un vrai moment de bonheur et de détente !!!! Notre séjour a été parfait et nous recommandons également vivement de prendre un bon moment au restaurant en haut du Gornergrat face au Cervin ou Matterhorn !!!!

The shower is so small which you could deal with however should your back hit the tap regulator you may be either burnt from the hot water as it is so close in the shower to your body it’s a concern, the shower has a shower curtain which is fine if the water didn’t go all over the floor and pool as there isn’t a drain for the excess water Heating isn’t on during the summer apparently, tried to contact host to date no answer normally in summer you probably don’t need heating however coming from a much warmer country and there is a cold snap and heating is listed then you should get what you pay for

No coffee or tea. The kettle door was broken. The bathroom was a bit small and dark.

The room is next to the building laundry, and there are three washers which you can hear (none of which you can use before 5pm and then only one was available, which you had to fight for with other guests). The mattress/pillows terrible. Hosts notified via WhatsApp but no response. Tiny shower Not even a tee towel in the kitchen area. Find somewhere else, you can see the view elsewhere.

This apartment is on the Lower floor so not a “loft” (understand this may be a language thing) right next door to the apartment is the buildings laundry so noise of washing machines/tumble dryers until late, so if light sleeper may bother you. Bed very firm. Shower room tiny. Shower has curtain so difficult to stop water escaping. Could not find a hairdryer. No bedside lamps.
