Reviewed Sep 1, 2026Lage ist Fluch und Segen zugleich, Parkplätze in hauseigener Garage, alles fußläufig erreichbar, eigenes Restaurant, Klimaanlage im Zimmer, Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer hat eine schöne Größe
Zimmereinrichtung ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen, eine Renovierung würde nicht schaden, ist jetzt aber auch keine Totalkatastrophe, man sollte darauf achten ein Zimmer zu buchen das nicht zur Straße geht, der Verkehrslärm ab 6 Uhr morgens ist schon heftig, Frühstück ist okay aber ausbaufähig

Reviewed Jul 13, 2026Lovely modern hotel in the town centre. Great underground parking which provided complete security for my motorcycle. Great too to have efficient and controllable air conditioning which was a godsend in the very hot weather. Breakfast was excellent. I also ate in their retaurant which was very nice indeed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Que una de las ventanas no estaba cerrada completamente, lo que tuve que hacer de madrugada y al estar frente a una iglesia y en plena esquina, el ruido se notó. Fue imposible dar oscuridad a la habitación, las cortinas laterales son eso, cortinas laterales, imposibles de cerrar.

I skriver dog at i skriver at “Morgenmadsbuffet er inkluderet”, under “faciliteter”, i beskrivelse af hotellet. Desuden blev jeg først gjort opmærksom på den ekstra udgift, efter at have indtaget måltiderne de 2 morgener. Derved kunne jeg ikke fravælge dette.😡

Reviewed Aug 29, 2023we like the location as close to train station. staff was very nice and helpful and put our cases up in our room when the airport lost them.
couldn't see out of window, only one chair for 2 people sitting at table and as room was big they could put extra clothes storage in EG wardrobe or drawers. breakfast times were a bit mish mash .there online advice about the hotel needs to be updated as they don't do minibars in rooms since covid but still advertise they do. we were ill for 3 days of our visit never getting out of the room and only the cleaning staff noticed. would have liked tea & coffee in room for price. shower very tight EG. Small. Church bells going all the time but that's Switzerland not down to hotel

Reviewed Jul 20, 2023The breakfast was great. A very good variety of foods drinks and the staff was super. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and large. The location was convenient to trains buses and Wils main shopping area.
Air conditioning was the only bad part. It was in the 90’s a couple of days. On normal days it was fine.

Reviewed Jul 1, 2023hôtel parfait mais je retire une étoile car le carillon du clocher de l'église proche qui sonne tout les quart d'heures est insupportable , cet hôtel était une étape pour couper ma route afin de me reposer ce qui n'a pas pu être le cas , dommage car l'hôtel est vraiment top ainsi que son personnel.Excellent petit déjeuner.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2023Last minute booking which was actually overbooked. However the manager still accommodated me and made sure I had a room although it was later in the evening. Had a early 4 AM check out and they made sure I was able to get my rental car out of the secured garage at that time. Used the restaurant after check-in which had excellent service and excellent quality of food and beverages. I normally stay at the big name hotel brands but due to no availability I choose this hotel last minute and now will definitely return back here. What a gem!
