A large comfortable modern apartment with all necessary facilities. Situated in a complex of 8 blocks (with common underground parking). Very quiet location not far from a large motorboat harbour.

Better location instructions should be provided: SatNav leads to the property - but there was no obvious way to reach the main entrance. It took a search of 8 blocks to find the entrance to our apartment. Joining instructions were also too late to be useful (they assume that everyone is internet connected all of the time) - which required a phone call to receive the instructions. A little pricey for the location.

Całość dokładnie zgodna z opisem i naprawdę warta polecenia!!!

W zasadzie brak. Jedyną trudnością była budowa w okolicy, przez co chwilami ciężko było znaleźć właściwą drogę do garażu.

Es war ein sehr sauberes, modernes und sehr sicheres Apartment mit einem schönen Blick auf das Wasser und die nähere Umgebung. Die Einrichtung war ebenso sauber und modern. Die Lage des Apartments ist ca. 20 min zu Fuß und 5 min mit dem Auto vom beliebten Hafen in Stavanger entfernt. Für uns war das vollkommen in Ordnung.

Es fehlten uns ein paar Haushaltsgegenstände in der modernen Küche, wie ein Nudelsieb oder eine Rolle Alufolie. Was in der Nacht noch negativ auffiel, waren leise Windgeräusche, auch wenn nur ein Fenster offen war. Ich denke durch die Lüftung zog es bei geöffneten Fenster ausreichend, so dass auch die geschlossenen Schiebetüren und Türen zum Flur anfingen zu klappern. Meine Frau hat das nicht gestört. Ich hatte jedoch Mühe mit dem Einschlafen. Bei geschlossenem Fenster war das Apartment wieder so dicht, dass es sehr warm wurde. Ich möchte diesen Punkt aber nicht allzu sehr gewichten, da wir wirklich sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt im Stay North sind.

Sehr gemütliches Apartment mit großem Badezimmer. Das Zentrum erreicht man in 10min mit dem Bus.

De kwaliteit en het comfort (ruim), nagenoeg nieuw, op loopafstand (25 minuten) van centrum, fijne parkeerplek in parkeergarage. Goede mogelijkheid om op 50 meter afstand in het water een duik te nemen. Was geen probleem om auto ook na de uitchecken nog een aantal uur in de garage te laten staan.

We had originally booked an apartment with two bedrooms (we were two couples), but as there was an issue with the apartment we were supposed to have, the owners offered us two single side-by-side apartments, which was even better. The rooms were clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We'd stay here again.

It was a 40-minute walk to the harbour area, as we didn't want to drive and deal with parking.

Apartment was really comfortable and of a high standard, booking (including prompt replies to additional questions) check-in etc were easy and well detailed. I used the underground parking which was a great bonus (good as was travelling by motorcycle).

Not a negative comment about the accommodation in any way and just posted as fyi - when arriving following Google maps it tries to send you down Consul Signal Bergesens - which is currently blocked both directions due to construction (May 2025) ,- best (only ?) vehicle access route is by the ramp coming off Stromsbrua - and then back under the bridge and immediate left (took a while to figure out)

The building is new (probably a year old), and everything even smells new. Absolute silence. Equipment almost complete (lacked laundry detergent, even capsules). Internet super fast. TV and Chromecast work. Full range of applications (including Apple TV+), full AirPlay 2 support. Price could quietly be higher by about 25% looking at the standard, and it would still be worth it. Next to a beautiful marina, plenty of places to run and train your runs too. Close on foot to the center and in general everywhere. To the airport by bus from under the house. It's a new place, clean, well equipped and only around 2 from city center, so you can walk there if you feel like it, takes about 40 min walk, or 8 min by bus/car. The staff was absolutely wonderful.

Due to it's location below the street level, there is no fast way to walk to the supermarket or to the bus station, it takes around 15-19 min walking to get there. While it takes 2-3 min by car.

Amazing new, clean and big apartment! Everything you need is there. Very comfortable space for a couple of days.

The shower kept changing temperature and the location is a little far from the center with a lot of construction going on.

Was so happy with our stay we cancelled another hotel to stay again before we flew home. Very clean, nice location on the water, great parking in a garage, shower was excellent and kitchen had all the basics we needed to cook dinner. Close to grocery store and easy access in and out of Stavanger.

We knew it was just outside the city center and did not mind the 20-30 minute walk as it was very easy but others may not enjoy as much.

I stayed at Stay North Paradis during my ONS visit, the place is really great. What i liked most is possibility for online checking, cleanness of the place, closeness to public transport, nice morning walk and much more

I recently stayed at this apartment and had an excellent experience! The apartment is very new and exceptionally well-maintained, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing me with some of the best sleep I've had in a while. The bathroom was spacious and modern, adding to the overall comfort and convenience. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and pleasant stay. It truly exceeded my expectations!

The only downside was the limited kitchen space, which made it a bit challenging to prepare meals.

New and clean. All appliances were there and in good condition. The bed was comfortable. Number that needed to be called for fixing the code answered immediately and issue resolved immediately.

The distance to nearest bus stop is 6-10 minutes so make sure to bring an umbrella.. Stavanger is quite a rainy place.

The cooking top is way too sensitive to anything that drips on it. Suggest either turning off this function or providing short points how to do it. There were no ceiling lights in the kitchen, it was too dark in that part but it seems like there was a socket prepared for lights so I guess it needs to be installed.

I visited stay north last week with my husband and we loved the apartment very much . It is extremely nice and clean we enjoyed our stay and we would love to visit again

Absolutely brilliant property and brand new. Quiet, great sunny balcony, parking and excellent facilities. Only downside for some is it's a walk to town but we enjoyed it along the Marina and through two very nice graveyards. There's a sauna outside by the water, Stavangers most loved outside space and walk over the bridge, two supermarkets nearby all at a superb price. With the savings on parking, food ( we cooked all our own food) and compared to hotels you can easily treat yourself to a taxi home if needed.Brilliant. Ps, good WIFI.
