Reviewed Oct 28, 2025The location was great, 5-min walk to everywhere (Train/Bus Station, Supermarket, City Centre). The house was fully-equipped (Kitchen has all the appliances and tools you need to prepare food). Room, bathroom, kitchen were all neat and tidy. Hosts are very friendly and support your freedom and privacy - self check-in and check-out.

To bad we couldnt meet as we were so short in Stavanger and had to leave in the middle of the night, our own fault but would have been nice to say hi next time :)

Reviewed Oct 4, 2025The room was in Gee and Bani's home. The room was quiet although there is a busier road outside the window. The bed was very comfortable and access to the shared bathroom worked well. We arrived by train and the accommodation was only a short walk from the station. The main part of the town is also within a 10 minute walk. Good value accom.

Reviewed Jun 7, 2025I had a wonderful stay! The hosts were incredibly warm and friendly, making me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is excellent—convenient and easy to get around. The house is well-equipped with everything you need, and the room was very clean. Everything was just perfect. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to stay here again!

Reviewed May 14, 2025The room is in a flat where the two hosts are living. Therefore, you share the facilities (kitchen, bsthroom) with them. The contact with the hosts was very friendly and uncomplicated. All the facilities were very clean. The location is great; very close to the old town and also close to the city centre. At the same time it was quiet at night. There is a free parking space in the back of the house which can be reached by a pretty narrow pass-through (I was driving an VW ID7 GTX, which just passed through. Bigger vehicles might be complicated). The drive from the location to the Preikestolen parking area was 40 min, which was ideal for my plans of going hiking there in the morning. All in all a pleasant stay that I can recommend.

Hosts super friendly let you feel like home and family. Would be happy to book it again on return for longer stay in Stavanger.
