The area was very quiet and we loved sitting in the jacuzzi under the stars. You can see the ocean from the rooftop also. Close to shops and restaurants. The apartment had new aircon, bedding, sofa and curtains. It was well looked after. The jacuzzi was our favourite and functioned perfectly.

L’appartement est globalement fonctionnel, avec des chambres spacieuses et une terrasse agréable, ce qui constitue un point positif.

Certains aspects méritent d’être signalés pour que les prochains voyageurs aient des attentes plus réalistes. La propreté pourrait être améliorée et la cuisine manque un peu de vaisselle. Nous avons également été surpris de constater que les lits n’avaient pas de drap pour se couvrir. De plus, nous avons eu un problème avec la bouilloire, qui a fait disjoncter l’électricité. L’espace piscine ne nous a pas semblé très accueillant, car il est entouré de bâtiments en travaux, avec peu d’ensoleillement, et seulement deux transats disponibles. L’appartement se trouve au troisième étage avec de nombreux escaliers, ce qui peut être peu pratique, surtout pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants. Enfin, malgré le fait que le propriétaire ne soit pas responsable des travaux aux alentours, le bruit pendant la journée est assez présent, d’autant plus que les fenêtres n’isolent pas beaucoup le son. Pour cette raison, nous avons trouvé que la note affichée sur Booking semble un peu élevée par rapport à l’expérience réelle.

J’ai aimé le rooftop, on pouvait admirer les coucher de soleil. L’appartement était bien propre

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement, le calme, la vue.

J'ai pas apprécié l'escalier qui monte haut pour atteindre l'appartement, l'eau chaude qui n'arrive que quand il fait beau.

L'appartement est spacieux et lumineux. Il est très bien équipé. Le rooftop est très agréable et le jacuzzi est un vrai plus. Nous n'avons pas rencontré l'hôte mais il a été réactif à chaque demande et nous a fourni un contact sérieux pour le transfert aéroport.

Quasiment pas d'eau chaude dans la douche. Appartement assez excentré, compter environ vingt minutes à pied pour rejoindre le centre de Flic en Flac et la plage.

Le grand espace de l'appartement avec une très belle terrasse où un jacuzzi est fonctionnel. Les trois chambres avec lits pour 2 personnes chacune.

The apartment was clean and close enough to the beach. It was very economical.

Not a fault of the host but the there's alot of construction around the area. So there's a bit of noise.

We had an amazing stay, spacious and clean apartment with a nice view. Well equipped and the host is really helpful and responsive. 10-15 minutes walk from everything, quiet neighbourhood.

The apartment is very new and modern, located in a quite area of Flic en Flac. You can have an easy checkin with a key box. The apartment is really big, so coming with friends or family and having a good time (for perfect value for money) is easy. We got a bit sick during our holidays so we were really grateful for the huge rooftop terrace which had beautiful sunset views and a hot tub. Talking about views, we loved the view outside the kitchen window, watching the flying foxes in the trees. Having a washing machine in the apartment is very convenient as well! Last but not least, the communication with the owner was easy and she always made sure we were alright.

There is only little to improve: The apartment does not have any decoration which makes it a bit harder to feel cozy and "home". Also, there was no real blanket. The big living area does not have an AC, so we needed to put on the ones in the bedroom(s). And the water pressure in the shower was too low. Just be aware you need to walk ~15 minutes to the beach and restaurants.

Very nice rooftop with nice sunset view

The apartment was really brand new! It's located in a very quiet place, and the rooftop with a hot tub is stunning! There is a parking slot in front of the building, a common swimming pool, 3 separate rooms, a big kitchen, etc... The place is like 15 minutes' walk to the beach and restaurants, perfect. The owner is really nice and willing to help if you need something. Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

Since the apartment was brand new, there were a few items missing like a frying pan and else, but overall, nothing to decrease the quality of our very good stay.
