Reviewed Apr 6, 2026Eine Unterkunft mit Charakter. Es hat seinen eigenen Charme. Die Bilder zeigen ganz genau wie die Zimmer aussehen. Es hat mir sehr gefallen, ist aber Geschmacksache. Die Lage ist unglaublich gut! Man kann zu Fuß an so vielen Orten und selbst wenn man abends den Uber nehmen muss, kostet das einen bei der Distanz bloß 2€. Felipe war unglaublich höflich und hilfsbereit! Gab es meist etwas gekochtes von ihm, sowie Käse, Brot und Kuchen (auch von ihm gebacken). Jeden Morgen habe ich mich mit Felipe unterhalten. Die Kombination aus der Herzlichkeit und Gastfreundschaft von Felipe, sowie dem Ambiente, hat einen fühlen lassen, als wäre man zu Besuch bei einem Familienmitglied. Es war sehr schön und angenehm. Immer wieder gerne!
Es gab keine Mülleimer in den Zimmern.

Reviewed Feb 10, 2026Excelente estadía, la habitación muy cómoda, tiene una sala de estar general muy linda, con pava eléctrica y una mini heladera compartida. Tiene terraza hermosa con vista al mar. Muy limpio todo. A 5 minutos de la parada de micros. A 20 minutos caminando está el reloj de viña. Felipe es una persona muy cálida y generosa, nos preparaba el desayuno como si estuviéramos en un hotel, muy completo, y acompañaba con una charla agradable. Me dio algunas referencias sobre cómo trasladarme y a qué lugares ir. Excelente 👏🏽 Lo recomiendo y seguramente volveré.
Una de las escaleras es un poco angosta y me costó moverme con la valija, pero fui despacio y listo, no es nada.
