Condo in Otematata

The property was very clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view overlooking the golf course. The location was also great, close to lots of shops, restaurants and other amenities. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it.

The only minor inconvenience was that you could only access the room from one side of the building. It would have been much more convenient if there was also access from the other end, especially when parking or coming and going.

Spacious room, comfortable bed with electric blanket. Good shower.

The carparks aren't just outside your room.

Was well Equipped. Had everything I needed . Heaters were useless though. Was quite cold and had two heaters going. Bathroom is like a fridge. Carpet needs replacing. Stains everywhere.

Black mold !!!!all around bathroom. I took photos of it. Very disappointed of a place that should be a lot better. Bathroom was cold as a fridge. Had no ironing board. Had no outdoor furniture outside to sit have a wine with the nice view. Bit sad really provide a small table and two chairs would be great. Carpet is grubby. Cobwebs everywhere. Again I took photos.

Location to pub for meals at night. Close to golf course and local shops/walks.

There is not adequate heating in the bedroom and the bathroom was freezing. The place needs a really deep clean. There was no bedding for the sofa bed and it has seen better days. The place needs some decor.

Easy to deal with great stay

Once I cleaned the window we loved the view of the golf course. The bed was very comfortable.

We didn't like the curtains unhooked. It wasn't clear instructions about lock box.We never knew there were two doors into the unit.We ran out of dishwash Shampoo and there was no soap in shower

Parking could have been closer

Loved that it looks out over the golf course, was nicely furnished big fridge with freezer for chilly pads extra touches like plunger, electric frypan all very helpful. Bed was very comfortable with extra cosy covers. Close to cycleway & even had on site a laundry & pub.

The bed was comfortable. Perfect views.

Bathroom was very small. There was a bug inside the bed. Things were outdated throughout the unit. Ripped net curtains. crockery in the kitchen not washed,(probably just rinsed and dried). We wouldn't stay here again,it's way over priced for what it is.

Mould on ceiling of shower and lifting wallpaper above the shower. A shower fan to remove moisture would be beneficial. Two ringed stove top was smeary with lots of use - may need replacement. Microwave oven/timer mechanism was difficult to use even though we followed instructions. Net curtain on lounge window had rips in it. One carving knife had a broken handle.

Le lieu calme que nous avions déjà testé. La chambre qui donnait sur le golf. Un très bon lit. Une connexion Wi-Fi très efficace. Comme le précédent, bien équipé pour élaborons repas du soir, son petit déjeuner. Un sèche cheveux appréciable.

Plus sobre, moins de déco sympa....tout en noir...pour les hommes c'est bien, pour les femmes, moins sympa...Télé un peu laborieuse à régler avec 2 manettes

Very clean unit. Was comfortable and good value for money.

We stopped here on the way to Mount Cook and Lake Tekapo. Easy to find. A small, very quiet town (though it was Sunday so couldn’t have made a difference) A wonderful restaurant nearby - something for all the family. Great atmosphere. We cooked our own meals on a hot brick! Novel. Room was well equipped, comfy bed, good shower and all we could need. Huge golf course in front of our room so nice views.

Apartment was clean and tidy. Door code was great . Didn't have to worry about a key. It has a good view from the front door.

We loved the location and views. Close to pub, shop and the lake. The unit had everything we needed was well appointed. Clean and tidy with a great shower!

Would be good to have outdoor chairs to sit out by golf course in sun. Just a suggestion 😊

Location and size was perfect for my needs. Kitchenette was well stocked with pots/pans, etc to make self-catering a breeze. Fridge and freezer was a good size. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, which was a welcome extra. Bed was comfy & electric blanket was awesome.

Wifi password was provided but had to guess the network name, signal was patchy and poor network security set up prevented me connecting my work laptop. I ended up using mobile data for most of my stay. It took a bit of guess work to figure out the heaters as no instructions were provided, but I did get them both going in the end.

Enough space for 3 people. Quiet location. Just for a bed for one night it was okay.

Not enough information to find the main door. Had to call owner to find the proper entrance. Couldn’t switch on the tv. although the owner sent a photo of the remote we could not switch it on. Proper instructions on the door and tv would be great. We were a couple and a friend. It was not comfortable as the bathroom was en-suite. Just for a bed for one night it was okay.

Did not have breakfast. Great central location for the Waitaki valley. Easy access.

Unit was located close to everything

Door was open on arrival. Bed had been slept in but not made, shower had not been cleaned and dirty towels were in bathroom. No clean towels available, rubbish bin was full. There was an issue with plumbing the following day (affected whole complex) and toilets were not able to be flushed. I messaged the owner to notify them cleaner had not been but did not receive a response.
