Non-smoking room still smelled of decades of cigarettes.

Hotel was quite far from train station. The air conditioning was quite loud at night that we couldn't sleep properly. Fridge was so warm that nothing could be put there. I didnt like that there wasnt real coffee mugs.

Reviewed Mar 27, 2026Spacious & Practical: The rooms were surprisingly spacious with plenty of room to open and store all our luggage. Great Amenities: Loved that toiletries and pajamas were provided! The room also had a bathtub, which my kids really enjoyed. Comfortable Sleep: The beds were very comfy and gave us a great night's rest. Excellent Location: There are lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance from the hotel. Convenient Parking: Having free parking located right behind the hotel building was a huge plus for us.
Separated Rooms: We booked two rooms, but unfortunately, we didn't get adjacent ones. Our rooms were completely separated, requiring us to use two different elevators to access them (possibly because there are two different towers sharing the same lobby). This made coordinating between the rooms a bit inconvenient.

強いて言えば、大浴場が無いことと、せっかくの富士山が見えにくいこと。

Reviewed Jan 10, 2026Absolutely love Fuji, and for the price, the rooms are ridiculously good. Generous space, clean, comfortable, and a great view of the surrounds. Extremely easy to find, staff are excellent and can accomodate most requests, and lots of little shops/adventures located within extremely achievable walking distance.
Unfortunately no roof access (for taking better photos of the view), but this is normally the case with most buildings.

Reviewed Dec 19, 2025買収型アパホテルでしたが、十分アパクオリティを満足しております。 バスルームがアパ標準より広く、バスタブ、便器にも余裕があり快適です。 枕元のコンセントが外付けでUSB-A端子がついた物に変更されておりました。 使用者のニーズに合う変更で、将来的にUSB-Cへの変更も可の柔軟性があり 好感が持てます。 コンセントの総数も十分です。 ベットは快適でした。最近新規アパさんに泊まってませんが、こちらが 良かった気がいたします。アップグレードされたのでしょうか。個人的には 硬すぎず、軟すぎず好みでした。枕が２種類標準で用意されているのは アパ標準ですが、嬉しいです。 机は広めです。１７インチノートPCも余裕で使用できます。 椅子にキャスターが付いているのいは、下への騒音を気にしなくて良く 嬉しい配慮です。 全般的に痒いところに手が届いている感じで快適でした。 元々結構式場併設ホテルなので駐車場から屋根付き通路が確保されており 助かりました。 久しぶりにアメニティーを使わせていただきましたが、やはり部屋にあるのは 便利です。歯ブラシ柄がしっかりしている、カミソリがShick３枚歯等 ワンランク上の仕様で流石です。
ユニットの縁が角張っていて頭は預け難いです。（標準よりはまし？） 珍しく浴室カーテンが臭かったです。 交換時期と重なったのかも知れません。 BGMは流さないように設定されているよですが、ノブが取れて驚きました。 たまたまそういう部屋だったのかも知れませんが、ロータリースイッチを殺す 手段としてであれが、驚く方がいらっしゃるかも知れません。

Reviewed Nov 25, 2025Séjour agréable, l'hôtel est un peu vieux mais bien entretenu et rien ne manque. Petit déjeuner très bon, un petit peu cher cependant. Serviettes et yukata changés tous les jours. Un peu à l'écart des gares il faudra de préférence prendre le bus pour s'y rendre.

Le seul bémol est l'emplacement, l'hôtel est assez loin du Mont Fuji malgré que l'on puisse le voir depuis la chambre.
