여기너무깨끗하고 직원들 너무 친절했어요 입지도넘좋아서 시르케지, 아야소피아, 근처웬만한건 걸어서든 트램이든 접근성 너무 좋았구요 아이가 아파서 체크아웃1시간정도 늦게 해달라고 요청했는데 흔쾌히 허락해주신것도 너무 감사했습니다

Sehr sehr freundliches und engagiertes Personal, das Hotel bietet zu jeder Tageszeit kostenlos, türkischen Tee, Kaffe, Wasser, Limonade. etc. . Die Lage ist top und trotzdem ruhig. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert einwandfrei. Sehr nahe zu U-Bahn, zum Hafen und viele Attraktionen und Restaurants sind zu Fuß erreichbar.

Für unseren Geschmack waren die Matratzen etwas zu weich.

The staff is the best part! Majd and Utkan took wonderful care of us always helpful and very caring. They speak Spanish, English and very knowledgeable about the city everything to do!

The hotel has an excellent location, close to restaurants and shops with a great view to the Bosphorus.

The staff was phenomenal with ample advice on what to do and very responsive every time we had questions or requests! They were always very warm and welcoming. Fantastic place to stay with gorgeous views!

Great boutique hotel in strategic location, 10-15 mins walk to all the attractions, close to tram and ferry terminal. Perfect for exploring the city. It's also very quiet as the rooms are not facing any busy road or restaurant. Sound insulation is great too. I'm a light sleeper and I had an amazing sleep. Room is clean and well maintained. The hotel has two highlights that make it an outstanding stay: the helpful staff, especially Utkan, who went above and beyond to provide us with recommendations about restaurants, tours, etc. and made us feel very welcome. The rest of the team is amazing too. Second thing is the great rooftop terrace from which you can admire the city sllkyline. Absolutely beautiful! On top of that you can order free drinks (tea, coffee, etc) to be served either in the lobby or at the rooftop terrace. The place was refurbished fairly recently and so it feels almost new.

They don't serve brekafast. Having said that, there are plenty of great restaurants with breakfast within 5 mins walk from the hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind specially my brother Utkan he was very kind and helpful welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere made us feel at home. One of the biggest advantages of this hotel is its excellent location. It is very close to the city’s main attractions, making it easy to explore Istanbul on foot and enjoy the surrounding area. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality throughout our stay. Thank you for making our trip even more memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul.

Totul! Personal extraordinar de amabil, dispusa să ajute cu orice informații, sugestii pentru trasee turistice. Curățenie impecabilă, camere frumoase, cu atenție la detalii, terasă superbă. Priveliște superba către Bosfor, locatie aproape de obiective turistice importante. Băuturi răcoritoare, apa, ceai și cafea la discretie.

Ar ajuta să ai și mic dejun la locație sau măcar câteva opțiuni de mâncare. Ar fi util un suport pentru a pune trolerele pe el.

The location is excellent, right next to the Bosphorus, with everything within walking distance. It’s a perfect spot to explore Istanbul. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and it’s not far from the Grand Bazaar and Taksim. The staff are incredibly polite, and coffee and tea are available 24 hours a day. The hotel is very clean and pleasant, making the stay truly enjoyable.

Very convenient location, a clean neighborhood, and plenty of attractions and restaurants nearby. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. They gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped arrange boat trips, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The best feature of this hotel is its staff. They are very kind and very helpful. The hotel also has a very good location. The bed was very comfy and the room was quiet.

The location and view of the hotel is great. The hotel is just nearby the train station. They provide 24hours coffee and tea. The service here was really great. They recommend us very good restaurants which were much better than what we googled. A very nice stay here.

Very cozy, clean, well maintained rooms. Excellent location (3 minute walk from the Sirkeci Tram station, 1 minute walk from the sirkeci train station). Wonderful staff, very helpful and welcoming, answered all our questions as first timers in Istanbul. Mr Magd, Mr Uktan, and everyone really made sure we were well taken care of. The reception provides complimentary drinks and desserts, and the rooftop view is breathtaking.

No breakfast, but we knew that when booking, and one of the rooms I booked was a little small.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing—extremely helpful, friendly, and always ready to go the extra mile to make our stay perfect. The location is beautiful and very well-placed, it's close to most of the tourist attractions and it's full of restaurants everywhere. The staff is friendly and will give recommendations and advice any time. While Medeni and Ali, friendly and nice every day, helped us in the morning and were always quick to help us with anything, Majd drew on the map exactly where we need to go, told us great places to eat and was here to chat with us in the evening even about movies. Overall, everything was beautiful, the staff was the most helpful I've ever met and so I deeply recommend it.

Amazing staff, especially Utkan who checked us in and out, very helpful and extremely polite. Room was very comfortable and very clean. Location is just perfect. Complementary drinks in the lobby was a nice touch. Roof terrance open 24hrs with amazing view. Little website to order anything you may need (glasses, tea, luggage scale, extra pillow) is a very smart idea, wish more hotels adopted it.

There is no room service, but there are so many nice restaurants right downstairs, so we never felt we needed it

Spent a great stay at Golden Horn Bosphorus Hotel. The position is great to reach all the main points of interests of Istanbul by walk or by tram. A terrace at the top of the building gurantees a wonderful view on the Bosphorus. The hotel and the room were always deeply cleaned and with every tool needed. The service and assistance provided by the entire team, especially Utkan and Majd, were outstanding. Every information and need were always accomodated with smiles and politeness.

El hotel es muy bueno, las personas son muy atentas, en especial UTKAN, en recepcion dan aguas ,minerales ,galletas y tes de varios sabores las 24 horas, la habitacion se limpian todos los dias, esta super bien ubicado ,las atracciones principales estan muy ceeca caminando ,la movilidad en transporte de autobus y tren es muy buena ya que hay estaciones cerca y economica. No se recomienda los taxis ya que son muy caros.

La Ubicación, y la disposición del personal, hablan bien el español, olor entienden bien, muy amables todos!

No hay comedor, por lo tanto no hay desayuno, pero es lo de menos.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, sehr zuvorkommend! Zentral zu vielen Orten. Auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung.

Terras is zeer mooi de uitzicht op de bosphorus is geweldig! Vriendelijke personeel vooral Utkan aan aan de check inn was zeer behulpzaam. Hotel werkt samen met de gesloten parking om de hoek. 1min van het hotel en was inclusief. We verbleven er 5 dagen met ons gezin van 5.

Located in the Old City (on the European side), the hotel offers excellent accessibility, being just steps away from Sirkeci Station—the terminus of the Orient Express. Landmarks such as the Hagia Sophia are within walking distance, and the terrace offers a beautiful view of the Bosphorus Strait. I stayed here with my two-year-old son for a week, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, ensuring we had a smooth and pleasant stay. Gülhane Park is right next door, providing a great place for children to play. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

Alles was schoon, netjes en goed onderhouden. De kamers waren comfortabel en de sfeer was prettig. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, waardoor we ons welkom voelden. Al met al was het een fijne plek om te verblijven en zeker een aanrader.

Замечательный персонал, все расскажет и подскажет. После жаркого дня предложат охлаждающий напиток, а вечером могут принести в номер или на террасу на последнем этаже - чай или кофе. Номера чистые, каждый день убираются, есть вода, гигиенические принадлежности. Удачное расположение отеля, тишина, несмотря на железную дорогу рядом.

Все хорошо, расположение отлично, на крыше можно пить чай/кофе с видом на Босфор, небольшой минус - отсутствие кухни, нет завтраков, но рядом очень много кафе, в которых можно поесть, поэтому минус действительно незначительный. Персонал старается помочь во всех вопросах, расположение отеля отличное, в пешей доступности немало достопримечательностей

Все было отлично. Отличный персонал. Менеджер на рецепшене UTKAN был очень вежливым, все объяснял, заселил в отель утром так как у меня был ранний прилет. Кофе, чай и сладости без ограничений и бесплатно в любое время.

Очень хороший, новый отель. Расположен на очень тихой улочке( вся шумная жизнь за углом), вдоль вокзала который не слышен совсем. К отелю есть свободный подъезд на авто, что для этой части Стамбула большая редкость.

The service, amenities, and location were outstandinf. This is a 4 star hotel with an attention to detail that exceeds most 5 star hotels. Utkan and Ali at the front desk went the extra mile for every guest.

Great location, walking distance to everything, exceptionally clean, excellent service, Utkan was a great concierge and organised great bookings for us. If you want to stay in the old part of town then this is the place to stay.

Beautiful room and excellent service especially from utkan who was so solicitous and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Less than 15 minute walk to Grand Bazaar, 5 minutes to the Whirling Dervish experience and 11 minute walk to the best Hamam (Turkish bath) in town.

I stayed with my parents for two nights in a family room. They really loved staying at the hotel. Clean and comfortable and central. Most importantly great service and kindness from the team. Thank you Utkan and Cesur.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and newly renovated. Great attention has been paid to every detail. The complimentary rooftop terrace and café are among the hotel's standout features.
