Die Adresse war für meinen Taxifahrer nicht auf Anhieb zu finden, durch die telefonische Unterstützung des Portiers kam ich aber gut ans Ziel. Ich wurde gut eingewiesen in die Technik des Zimmers und bekam Hilfe bei der Bestellung eines Abendessens bei einem Lieferservice. Auch der Check-Out war komplikationslos.

Reviewed Mar 1, 2025The manager was very kind and helpful ! The room was very nice and clean. Not too far from the airport with a tuktuk that they can arrange (120-150 inr if I remember well?) They have a delivery service for food and it was nice.
Everything was nice, except the pet bird they have and that can be very noisy in the afternoon. But except that, everything was great !

Reviewed Jan 19, 2025A quaint homestay nestled amongst local houses. Gives guests a glimpse into living like a local. SERVICE: Excellent service by all the staff from check-in till check-out. We checked-in on Christmas eve and they very kindly gave us cakes to mark the celebration. Anytime we needed anything, staff were quick to address them. LOCATION: I wanted us to be near the airport so this was perfect. SPACE: Spacious and great for groups.
FOOD: There was a third party food delivery menu placed at the dining table but we did not try it as the restaurant's Google rating and reviews were not promising. CLEANLINESS: Can be slightly better especially toilet and kitchen. The kitchen condition was not great but it didn't bother us too much as we did not utilise it.

Small capacity instant geyser in the bathroom. Storage type 25 litres geyser would be ideal.

Upon arrival, i was warmly welcomed by the host. The family was extremely friendly Host and the staff are perfct team, a very down to earth people and will take care of your each and every need. The service, ambeince, food and hospitality is amazing. Beds are great, everything is very clean, and the rustic, cozy atmosphere is … real. I would highly recommend this place. Very close to airport, team will guide about the city, transport etc..

The location is very convenient, being close to Cochin International Airport. Even though it's near the airport, the place is very calm and peaceful. It's perfect for relaxing and getting some rest. I highly recommend Swapna Homes for anyone looking for great service and a quiet stay near Cochin International Airport.
