Close to airport and taxi on time at 3.30 am. Take away dinner to have in our room with a little kitchen

All good

Der Shuttle Service vom Airport war gut organisiert und zuverlässig

Ein Frühstücksraum wäre nett gewesen

Location close to airport

Extremely poor hygiene and maintenance. The bed sheets had visible holes, the blanket was torn, and the towels were worn out with holes as well. To make things worse, there were mosquitoes inside the room. This is unacceptable for a hotel charging guests for comfort and cleanliness. Would not recommend.

Comfortable and roomy.

We thought that it was within the airport precinct so that we could walk there after our late arrival but it was a long way. Fortunately we were picked up but at a cost.

My heartfelt thanks goes out to the entire staff. I was already at the airport and had just reached the security checkpoint when I realized I had left my iPhone at the hotel. I called the staff in a panic, and they quickly confirmed they had the phone. Knowing I couldn't exit the secured area, I requested their help. A staff member rushed over and handed me the phone right there at the airport within just 10 minutes. This extraordinary effort under stressful airport conditions saved my day and showed truly phenomenal service."

Super gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis und gute Lage zum Flughafen

close to airport

I had such a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. What stood out most was the genuine hospitality of the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and even offered side by side room with a bypass door as I had my parents staying with me. I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next visi, highly recommended.

Attitude of the property people exceptional. Property is very convenient

Very clean/ spacious/ welcoming

Good

Place should be well cleaned

Dirty there

It was all as needed for a one night before early trip home.

Nil

Good located airport hotel, very close indeed. Used the shuttle service, staff were nice and friendly and it felt safe.

Spacious accommodation

Breakfast was not good. They ordered breakfast from outside - just idly with cold sambhar in a plastic pouch, no toast, no cereal, no fruits, no yogurt, no options.

Convenient location, very helpful staff.

The Wi-Fi was very bad

Nicely placed near to the airport, washroom, staffs, owner and their service

Nothing

Small kitchen, many consumables are kept in room which is rare in hotels

Location was good, not so far from airport. Loved the 24 hr check in, we could check in at the midnight

The property looks worn out and badly needs fix or renovation. Felt like it could have been cleaner too

Abin and the team were very sweet and helpful. It is very close to the airport.

We had asked for separate beds and was told we'd get them but didn't. The place is adjoining a railway track so be prepared for regular train whistles interrupting your sleep. Quite a secluded spot.

Not upto the mark. TV was not working. I have changrd the batteries from the second remote. The bed sheet was torned for the additional bed. The room boy was aware. Noisy exhaust in the bathroom

Good to pass one night if we reach late by flight. Staff are good, rooms are clean. Location is interior.

Affordable hotel near airport

NA

Nothing

The drop and pick up charges were quite high not mentioned before taking the room and disclosed at last moment to us and we were helpless. The owner took advantage of our helplessness and talked very badly and even asked us to take own transport to travel to Airport. He did not bother about our review. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. No Food arrangement in hotel, to be bought from outside. The blanket had stinking smell of sweat. Not clean.

Water heater not working, too much sound and light from outside.

All are good including the arrangements

Only receptionist was friendly

Unclean, bad location

staff was very gentle and helpful

bed sheets and towels old and stained.

The room is not like which shown in the website. It is not neat as shown in the pictures.

Very nice stay.

Good location, friendly staff & spacious room.

Dirty walls.

Rooms and facilities

Location was bit far

Clean and tidy hotel. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Near to airport.

I got the room in the ground floor and there was noise of people/bike going in/out when sleeping. So no proper sleep. I would have preferred a room inside or another floor with less noise.

Cleanliness was poor

Big rooms with bathroom, kitchen, living, balcony with every room. We booked 3 rooms, arrived 03:00 a.m. after airline delay. No problem, friendly welcome and comfortable stay. Breakfast (included) was delivered in the room.

Some train/airplane noise at night and early morning. Earplugs fixed it fine.

The staff was present at all time to fulfil the needs.. Good hospitality..

The room design

I loved everything

Service

This is closely located to the Cochin airport

A/c was not working properly. Water was leaking. Bath towels lost their white colour. The bed was not comfortable. The actual room looked entirely different from the pictures posted.

Receptionist was a good person.

Not advisable. Cannot be called as an airport hotel.

Comfortable. Great staff. Made to feel welcome

This is one of the best stays near the airport. The staff is exceptionally cooperative and the airport pick-up and drop-off service is conveniently priced. The front office, housekeeping, room service, travel desk, and room decor all exceeded my expectations. Everything was perfect for me. Highly recommended!

Very co operative staff, they have taken care of every thing for us. My family was very happy, it was homely stay with excellent facilities. We got timely drop at airport. Food we got there was also very good. Full marks for staff !!!! Very calm place near airport.

Nothing negative about the property.
