オーナーさんが 予約時から帰宅後まで とても丁寧にこまめに連絡をくださるので 事前から安心できました。 東大門からのアクセスがとても良かったです。 部屋も綺麗で、変圧器もお借りできたり。冷蔵庫も洗濯機も自由に使えるのはありがたかったです。浄水器もあり冷たいお水が飲めるのも良かったです。 ベッドルームが2つ その他ダイニングがあるのも ゆったり使えて良かったです。

エレベーターが無い点です。 予約時点でわかっていた点ですが、 5Fまでの上り下りが暑い夏には少し厳しかったです。 接触の問題かもしれませんが、 風呂トイレの電気が点いたり点かなかったりしました。 利用可能のコンセント位置が少しわかりにくかったです。

跟訂房網看到的照片一模一樣，看得出來房東很用心在維護，雖然是老屋翻新，但是感覺很棒，有回到家的感覺，鍋碗瓢盆一應俱全，洗衣服的洗衣精也都有附上，在這裡住了7晚 ，我跟孩子都很滿意，雖然是在頂樓，但是冷氣很涼， Wi-Fi速度也很快，沒什麼好挑剔的

美中不足的是一開始不好找，每天要爬5樓，門外環境氣味不太好聞

住宿地點方便，整體非常舒適整潔，並且提供很多廚房用具，甚至連洗衣機和曬衣架都有，因此住得很舒適！

Serdecznie polecam apartament Blue Home.♥️ Bardzo przyjemnie spędziliśmy tam czas, naprawdę fajne miejsce gdzie mieliśmy na wyciągnięcie ręki idealny dostęp do 2 lini metra. Bardzo blisko rowniez znajduję bardzo duzy market e-mart, sklepiki spozywcze, kawiarnie czy restauracje z smacznym jedzonkiem ( np. chicken mania), super atrakcje typu DDP czy fajne targowiska. obiekt znajduje się na 5 piętrze, ale mielismy świadomość tego rezerwując wiec nie był to dla nas zaden problem.😊 Mam nadzieje, ze jeszcze uda nam się wrocic do Seulu i na pewno z czystą przyjemnością wybiorę ponownie ten obiekt. 😊

The location was convenient, and the manager was a very nice person. Although it was a small place, it was organized in a way that made it very convenient.

De benodigheden zijn meer dan voldoende aanwezig. Zeer gemakkelijk met een apparaat voor gefilterd water, voldoende handdoeken en toilet papier. Heel schoon, hygienisch en praktische appartement. De host is heel aardig en behulpzaam met snelle reactie op de vragen via app.q

トイレにペーパーを流せるのがとても有り難かったです。オンドルも暖かく、シャワーの足元までオンドルが効くのでシャワーも全く寒くないです。 浄水器が付いているのでペットボトルのお水をたくさん買う必要がなく、コンパクトですが設備はとても充実していました。 東廟にも東大門にも近く、ローカルでディープな韓国を心ゆくまで満足できました！

地點近東大門地鐵站，周遭逛街很方便! 一進門光從房間擺設和提供用品就知道房東是個具有美感又細心的人~ 房內設有飲水機，除了比瓶裝水環保之外，也讓人免於需要外出買水的煩惱 入住前房東會傳送很詳細的住宿引導和注意事項 雖然房間位於沒有電梯的5樓，但其實一早出門後中途就不太會再回住宿，所以早晚爬樓梯對我們沒有甚麼太大的影響 住宿過程中有疑問房東都會耐心回覆，而且可以寄放行李這點對於觀光客來說非常方便! 最後一天首爾轉涼又下雨，朋友因此身體不舒服，房東還讓我們休息一下再離開，真的非常非常感謝!!ㅠㅠ 去機場路上還收到房東關心的訊息，讓我們感到很驚喜又相當窩心💛 然後覺得很可愛的一點是，退房後房東還稱讚我們把垃圾分類和房間清潔維持得很好，給了我們一個大拇指👍 謝謝blue home給了我們一個舒適的住宿環境，在這樣的環境下，不論是誰都會想要維持好完善的狀態ヽ( ^ω^ ゞ ) 雖然只是短期住幾天而已，但從入住前到退房後都收到房東和善又關心的訊息，讓我們整個旅途中都感到放心又溫暖! 下次還想再次入住!

遇到問題店家都能及時回覆，且服務態度親切良好，CP值不錯。

住宿房間位於5樓沒有電梯，搬運行李非常不方便，尤其是30吋的登機箱，且樓梯間有許多煙蒂及雜物感覺不是很好，這是唯一可惜的地方。

The building where the apartment is located is a bit old-fashioned, ou'll get to used to it.

The owner was incredibly helpful with directions and answering questions. The location is fantastic. Close to the city wall, Naksan Mountain walking trails, buses, and a short walk to multiple subway stations. The apartment has everything you need for a visit, we stayed for 10 days in December and it was warm and comfortable. The location is also right in the middle of a shoe, toy and stationery shopping paradise. Would definitely stay here again.

It was all great.

The location was perfect. We were very close to the subway station and pickup point for all the tours we booked. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms warm which was really important for us as the weather was so cold. The host stayed in touch to let us know if there were any weather or pollution issues ahead of time.

The bathroom was a little hard to ventilate so we had to leave the window open and the door closed most of the time.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, super eingerichtet und dem westlichen Standard entsprechend. Der Vermieter hat uns eine kostenlose Grundreinigung nach der Hälfte der Zeit des Aufenthalts angeboten. Wir waren mit allem zufrieden.

Uns hat alles gefallen an der Unterkunft. Wir haben nichts auszusetzen. Die Wohnung liegt im fünften Stock, allerdings gewöhnt man sich schnell daran (in der deutschen Zählweise der Etagen ist es der vierte Stock).

Fourth floor without an elevator was challenging with heavy suitcases.

Everything is very good. The accommodation is on the fifth floor, which is a great place to exercise in the winter.

So many amenities provided in the room, there was much love and care into this property. Everything was exceptionally clean and felt like home. It was near the metro and had convenience stores nearby, I would deffo recommend staying here

It was a little small

Апартаменты - просто супер! Очень довольны. Гостеприимный хозяин принял наш багаж на несколько часов раньше заселения - это было для нас большим облегчением. Апартаменты очень чистые и оснащены всем, чем только можно представить. Реально - есть все!!! Особенно порадовало наличие чая, кофе и вкусняшек - СПАСИБО))) Все работало. Полотенца в огромном количестве. Много милых деталей, украшений. В одной спальне стояла двуспальная кровать, во второй спальне - двухэтажная, мы жили семьей, втроем со взрослой дочерью, и очень обрадовались, что у каждого своя комната. Хозяин постоянно был на связи, просто замечательный человек)))

Район нас немного испугал сначала - кругом торговые точки, продавцы и коробки с товаром. Но оказалось - тихо и безопасно.

性價比及住宿位置

需爬樓梯到五樓，走廊燈光有點暗

La décoration, le prix, la propreté. Idéalement bien placé à Séoul. L’équipement.

Les 4 étages sans ascenseur dans un bâtiment industriel c’est pas avenant du tout, en particulier la nuit. Ceci dit Séoul est très sûr. Pour 4 adultes c’est petit, surtout s’il y a une différence de génération.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, bequeme Matratze, niedliche Elemente die es gemütlich gemacht haben. Gute Beschreibung um es zu finden. Ich würde eine Schlafbrille empfehlen (wer es dunkler braucht) da von dem Gebäude gegenüber die Belichtung recht hell ist.

Tesisten ne beklediğinize göre değişir, mesela yeri çok merkezi ancak ayakkabıcıların olduğu bir handa. Nehir görüyor , her tarafı çarşı ve marketlerle çevrili. Akşam saatlerinden itibaren hareketli, gündüzleri sakin. Biz kaldığımız mekandan çok memnun kaldık. İçerisi tertemiz kokuyordu ve tüm eşya ve giysilerimize işlemiş, dönüşte bile evin kokusunu alıyoruz. Tv de bir çok kanal mevcut. Banyo malzemeleri var, havlular ve tuvalet kağıtları bol boldu. Bizim için ramen ve atıştırmalık bırakılmış bu çok ince bir hareket. Teşekkürler 🤩

Önceden merdiven kullanacağımızı biliyorduk ancak o sıcakta , yoğun gezme temposunda ve nemde bize zor geldi. Belki biraz kondisyonlu gitmek gerek😃 onun dışında konaklama seçenekleri uygunsa kalınacak en iyi adres 👍🏻

L'appartement est très très bien équipé, les lits sont confortables. La climatisation ❄️ indispensable en periode d'été a parfaitement fonctionnée. Les 2 chambres séparées est un atout. Les échanges avec l'hôte très agréables. Il a multiplié les petites attentions pour nous guider au mieux jusqu'à destination 😊. Le lieu est déroutant car l'appartement est situé dans le bâtiment du marché aux chaussures, au dernier étage, mais le propriétaire a tout fait pour qu'on s'y sente bien, comme dans un cocon. Le double vitrage isole très bien du bruit de la rue. La décoration est sympa 🖼 Situé au bord de Cheonggyecheon, le quartier n'est pas le plus connu mais très agréable : il faut s'aventurer dans les petites rues derrière. En tout cas, nous ça nous a plu, nous sommes venu chercher du dépaysement : nous l'avons eu. Merci pour ce séjour. 👌

📢 Attention en effet c'est au 5eme étage sans ascenseur. Donc si vous avez de lourdes valises🧳🥵 ça peut s'avérer compliqué le jour de l'arrivé et du départ, ou si vous avez une poussette. Mis à part ça, les 5 étages, même avec 2 enfants, ne nous ont pas posés problème ✅️👍

Vermieter war sehr freundlich und hat uns gut informiert wegen der wegbeschreibung. wohnung gut für 4 personen sauber, klein und fein. ALLES BESTENS!

das einzige war nur der 5. stock ohne aufzug. kulinarisch viel gekostet und dann den ganzen weg rauf, ist schon anstrengend 😂

The location and apartment interior is great. Two bedrooms and small but functional living area was the perfect way to start and end the day with the family.

The apartment is a bit tricky to find inside an old apartment block. The host provided a detailed description with pictures that helped :-)

The host was super kind and considerate. He even offered to carry luggage for us.

cockroaches, 5 flights of stairs, someone knocking on the door we our child was upset for 5min at 7pm. owners knocking on the door at 10.30pm and calling me on my phone when I didn't open the door fast enough and waking the whole family up. the water not running for 1.5 days which after complaining, I got reimbursed 1 nights accommodation. hard to find and had to keep pushing to get more info on how to find the place and get to the place. if it wasn't for the pictures they eventually provided, we would never have found the place. they take at least 1 hour to reply or more. and do not speak any English at all. you can hear the road noise all night.

A clean, warm and beautiful apartment. It is very comfortable to live in and as convenient as at home.

It was clean, comfortable and well equipped. I also really appreciated the water filter so we didn’t have to buy lots of bottled water. The wifi and heating worked well and the hot water was good.

That there was no elevator and it was on 5th floor. The stairs weren’t too bad day to day when going out or coming back but with bags it was difficult up and down.

The property is perfect, we stayed for 2 weeks were a group of 3 people, it’s clean and light, facilities are great, and the host is super responsive.

There was nothing we really disliked.

We, a group of 3 adults, booked this accommodation just few days before reaching Seoul. We chose it as it was central enough for us and good value for money for the location : its facing the canal, along which you can walk to reach Gwangjang market, and from there, some of Seoul main temples. The flat is located at the 5th floor of a shoe mall with multiple independent sellers ; actually the entire street is lined with such shops, and across the canal/street you spot many clothing department stores. This makes for a lively neighbourhood during the day and evening (many small shops closed on weekends). The flat itself is really well equipped, one of the better equipped places we've stayed at during our entire trip : nicely equipped kitchen where you can reheat, cook and a small living room to chill in ; two nice bedrooms with comfy beds, a small but sufficient bathroom. Communication was rather easy with the friendly flat owner and timely, which helped as we reached Seoul late that evening (self check-in/check-out).

As others have mentioned, the flat is on the 5th floor and there is no elevator (not much the flat owner can do about this). If you have much heavy luggage and are not ready for a wee exercise, you may not like this. The street is quite lively with sellers and merchandise loading, notably in the very early morning as many shops operate 6am to 4pm this may feel a bit noisier to some at time. The flat has a double window to mitigate this, but you can still hear it, so if you have light sleep as I do, earplugs will help a bunch. Lastly, communication with the host could be improved : the host messaged in Korean, and while Papago/Google Translate help a lot towards English, this makes for extra steps in communication and sometimes lead to fun (mis)translations.

Very cute and cozy apartment, has everything you might need. The host is exceptionally nice and caring, checks up on the needs :3 They made us feel very welcomed <3 The apartment is close to a metro station which makes it easy to reach. Apartment is very clean and thoughtfully furnished, so everything is easy to find and store. The host offered a cleaning as well during our stay. There is a water purifier in the apartment which makes the stay comfortable. Apartment is equipped with a passcode lock, so every guest can have an access without sharing a key. Great apartment for a group of friends or family ☺️

everything is great, the only issue was that, if you are drying your clothes after washing it might take 2 days to fully dry. But it’s not an issue ;) one time we saw a cockroach that probably came from the building, it was only once within 14 days of our stay.

The appartment was very clean, had enough space for two people and a good central location across from Dongdaemun market / shopping area. In the street where this appartment is, there are several convenience stores closeby. We stayed for five nights, we had enough towels and toilet paper, a vaccuum cleaner, washing machine, kettle, cooking area, coffee machine hairdryer, tv and airconditioning. There was also shower gel, shampoo and hair conditioner if you needed it + there were also some snacks in the appartment on arrival from the host. We had a lovely stay here!

The appartment is above a shoe shopping mall, on the fifth floor with no elevator(!!). The building itself, however of no fault of the host, is not appealing - but that didn’t affect our stay here at all. Also only the room with the bunk beds had airconditioning, the other room didn’t. However: if you leave the door open a little, the airconditioning from the living room will cool that room aswell - so no problem!

It has everything: a washing machine, a coffee machine, a kettle, a sofa, a big fridge, a table, etc. Even a vacuum cleaner! That's a must for long stays. It seems like the place was recently renovated. We had enough space for four people so I think it would be just perfect for three. It's also really close to all of the main touristic places, the bus stop, and 2 subways lines (line 1 Dongdaemun, line 6 Dongmyo) and a lot of convenience stores around. Great places are also at a walking distance. The host is also extremely kind and accommodating, their welcoming aura made the stay ten times better.

It's unfortunate because it's something that can't be changed, but the building and the neighborhood aren't the newest. Plus, no elevator. But the host made such a great effort that once you get inside your home, you forget the unfortunate environment that's outside.
