Just 7km from hikkaduwa Town. * Rooms - Super clean, Large room with A/C, full room carpet (New Bedsheets and towels) * Washroom - Clean and big with Hot water. * Kitchen - Marden kitchen with fridge , all cooking equipment * All rooms are A/C, Double bed large living room and easily park 3 vehicles. * Owner very friendly and give full support to enjoy your stay. * They have sola system and no issues with the electricity. They even give us a welcome drink. Highly Recommended this place. Love to stay again.

Reviewed Jan 23, 2025The place was spacious, clean, and offered great value for money. Although it is a bit far from Hikkaduwa, it was easy to find. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We did experience an issue with the A/C in a couple of rooms, but it wasn’t a major concern for us, owner visited and sorted the issue. Overall, it was a good homestay, and we had a good experience.

The staff was extremely friendly, accommodating, and always went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and brand new place. The location was perfect for a relaxing getaway, and the combination of great service, cleanliness, and a beautiful place this is one of the best stays I’ve ever had. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and rejuvenating vacation in Sri Lanka. Thank you Villa Beach Heaven…!!🙏
