Too much horses and camels in front in the building like stable parking for carriage it makes bad smell and too much noises all the nights

Was unclean with dust in room and toilet not cleaned properly. Only one light worked in the bathroom therefore it was too dark to see anything. Located in a congested area and not easy to find. Not like the photos shown. We didn't bother staying there, changed our clothes and left as it was so cheap.

Josef, who was the owner/manager was very helpful and spoke very good English. Ahmed and Mohammed were also amazing house keeping staff. Unfortunately they were let down by their two female colleagues, who were rude and abrupt to me. The final straw was when I offered them a tip as I left and they laughed and refused it, I think they wanted more money!!!! Very ungrateful. Josef was also let down by his drivers, who were either very early or very late but never on time; and with no communication. I was assisted with my luggage to my room on arrival, but not on leaving, when I hadn't been well it would have been very much appreciated.

UN educated recipeshionest he cancelled my booking after I paid and checked in for scam If u will by by card not cash they will charge u interest as normal scams do .not recommend for families room smells bad No fridge No coffee table They didn't serve cattle for tea in less you ask

It’s dirty (floors, bathroom, bedsheets, towels) and many things are falling apart (door handles, shower switch).

Family run, all the staff were absolutely fantastic. There was a honest mistake when we first arrived. The driver that picked us up took us to another hotel and just left us there. Thank God I had been chatting with Kareem on WhatsApp, he sorted it out swiftly, he sent another taxi to collect us. Our stay was very lovely, didn't get a local sim at the airport because I couldn't get Vodafone. I had read up on line how the coverage was good. Kareem got me a orange sim with data, he even ordered us dinner the day we arrived. He was a gem and so was his sister Nada. They arranged our tours and activities. Top notch throughout.

The hotel is very clean and calm and its prices are suitable

The proximity to the pyramids was the best. The hotel is few steps away from the Sphinx. It was great for limited budget (end of August is a slow season and the room was around 25$/night). I think there maybe was one other guest staying at the hotel. The people at the front desk are very kind and tried to help despite language barrier using google translate.

The bed base upholstery in room 206 needs to be updated. Wifi was not great.

The hotel is very close to the pyramids. They also have a delicious Egyptian breakfast with a view of the pyramids. Also, the workers team is very nice and they have tourism programs at an excellent price.
