Rucksack Inn Premium Melaka

L’emplacement

Great location right next to many of the sights including A'famosa, Jonker Street and the canal. Very friendly, competent and helpful staff team. Sometimes little snacks were available which our children loved and the breakfast was good. Great to have recycling available and a water refill to reduce waste. Pool was lovely in the heat and the communal area was also a very pleasant space. Laundry 2 minute walk was great for our family too.

Squad Room 5 is on the small side so maybe request a different one if you can! 4 was much more spacious :)

Everything was perfect. Amazing breakfast. Beutiful pool

Upper beds in dormitory are extremely close to the roof, you can't even bind the knees. Apart from that, everything was perfect

The free breakfast was a great touch! The location was also amazing.

Nothing

Good service nice place..

Het personeel was echt super lief.

Het ontbijt mocht wat uitgebreider.

boleh lah.. best

semua ok

Heerlijk bed! Superfijne douche! En perfecte locatie.

Ontbijt was wat minimaal.

Supersaubere Zimmer, alles sehr gepflegt. Zweckmäßig, aber auch gemütlich. Nettes Personal, hübscher Pool, perfekt gelegen

Alles super

Dekat dengan attraction places. Jalan kaki je boleh pergi banyak tempat. Bilik spacious. Staff bagus. Dapat 2 kad bilik.

Limited free car park, dalam bilik tiada cermin.

It was handy to everything easy walking distance, bed was comfortable and the facilities good. The pool was a bonus on the hot days. Breakfast was sufficient to get the day started. Room had opening windows which was good. Nice outlook into park next door.

Comfy beds, great central location, also nice to have a swimming pool

I'd serve packaged jam at breakfast for sanitary reasons. The twin rooms are a bit small if backpacking or with luggage.

Sehr komfortable Betten.

Breakfast included, a pool, water refill. Close to town!

The downstairs rooms can be a little noisy.

Ligging was perfect. Fijn zwembad. Bedden lagen heerlijk.

The location is very good, and the environment is also clean.

A curtain should be added to the bed in the single dormitory.

Awesome location, a couple minutes away from main attractions and walking venues. At the same time, close to services like laundry, restaurants, cafes, etc. The pool is amazing and perfect to chill after exploring around. Also the complimentary breakfast is pretty good and fulfilling (traditional Malay food). Wifi is good and it has a common area that you can use to work.

The only downside is that the room lacks windows so its a cave when the door is shut, cold lighting makes it feels like an office and no curtains on the bed, so no privacy at all.

Muy bien ubicado, muy limpio y tranquilo. La piscina está muy bien.

El desayuno un poco básico.

La.localització i que tingui piscina. El personal amable.

L'habitació de 6 és una mica justa. L'esmorzar és poc variat

good

Rien

Top emplacement

The room was comfortable and clean.

The breakfast is meager.

La piscine, la bienveillance du personnel

Manquait peut être des jus de fruits !!

L'emplacement

Dorms are good, complimentary tea and coffee in the common area & free breakfast, big size towel & comfy beds

Unfortunately i had a really bad experience at this hostel, an outsider entered the hostel pool area and sexually harassed me. I reported this to the staff & i initially thought the person was someone staying at the hostel, but on investigation this man had entered the hostel unaware of the staff and did that to me and left. The staff handled it well and comforted me as i was visibly shaken & upset - however i think it should be looked into how outsiders are able to enter the hostel and put a stop to it so this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Clean and nice staffs Located near almost all the tourist spots

Nothing

Very valuable price & the environment is comfortable

The cleanliness can be improved

Cleanliness, and it's location near a park and within walking distance of malls and Jonker Walk. Hotel amenities are acceptable.

For the price of the rooms, can't think of any that I don't like.

Nearby to main attraction

Super Hotel, Personal sehr nett, einfaches aber leckeres Frühstück, wunderschöne Zimmer, alles sehr sauber und ordentlich, innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu Fuß dir Innenstadt erreicht. Würden jederzeit wieder hier ein Zimmer buchen.

Endroit paisible

Petit déjeuner à améliorer. Peu de choix

Stanza bellissima e pulitissima, ben accessoriata, dotata di ogni cosa. Consigliatissimo.

Swimming pool very nice, staff hyper friendly, room comfortable, location very close from center

Nice place. The room was clean and the bathroom nice. Comfortable bed.

The breakfast was very boring. Just toast with butter and jam and boiled eggs. Generally I was disappointed. For that price I was expecting more.

Very limited parking

Walking distance to Jonker Street. Comfortable bed. Separate toilet and bathroom . Friendly staff. Simple breakfast included. Overall we had a pleasant stay and will consider returning if the price is lower.

Very limited free parking. Pillow too high, not suitable for children (but can request to change different types of pillows). Water dripped from air-conditioning at midnight, but they quickly fixed it the next day. The name is "Premium" but I don't feel anything premium about this inn. The price is a bit too high for us.

Location, room layout was comfortable

The breakfast buffet line should be reorganized better. Not convenient and space friendly. Basically only a max of 2 pax can be at the buffet table at a time. Cleanliness of the rooms to be looked into. A lot of mold left uncleaned behind the sink counter and corners of the shower. Bathroom lights should be added. It's too dim.

Nothing, we walked out after 10 minutes and forfeited our money, then rebooked elsewhere.

Pokey little room with no real bathroom. No fridge. Located at the end of a dead end lane. Did not fit description on Booking.com and totally overpriced.

2 times stay here within 3years and still good place to stay.

i thing only one it hard to get parking there but i know that not provide by hotel..accepted

I love the location very strategic

Leuke plek dichtbij bezienswaardigheden

Nvt

Morden, clean, and good location! Good place for a short stay :)

It was a small room and we could hear our neighbors. Fortunately it was quite overnight, so there was no trouble :) But if you're a light sleeper, you might hear the call to prayer from a mosque early in the morning.

Beds were comfortable, the bathrooms was clean.

Parking facilities to be improved as not much space for parking and it was difficukt to reserve for some of us. The tiolet room was a bit small for someone big size. Breakfeast could have had a more varity , add in more local malaysian dishes and frsh jiuces.

Gute Lage, Dusche und Wc einzeln was sehr gut war.

Clean, nice pool and good location. Staff were friendly and good security measures.

Fuss free. Value for money

Limited carpark lots

We werden heel gastvrij ontvangen.

Super Lage. Schönes Zimmer mit guter Dusche. Pool mit extra Pooltüchern. Kleines aber gutes Frühstück

Alles war gut
