Es ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man benötigt. Die Informationen zur Anreise waren klar und ausführlich.

Wir fanden ein äußerst liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment (sogar noch mit dem Weihnachtsbaum wie auf den Fotos, sodass wieder Weihnachtsstimmung aufkam und den Besuch im Santa Dorf komplettierte :-) ). In der Küche fanden wir zur Nutzung Kleinigkeiten wie Salz, Pfeffer, Kaffee, Tee etc. vor. Das Apartment war rundum sauber und wirklich einladend, sodass wir gern zurückgekehrt sind von unseren Touren und Ausflügen. Wir waren rundum zufrieden mit unserer Auswahl des Apartments.

Good communication with the flat owner, flat was as described - comfortable for 4, well-equipped kitchen (though no apron or proper kitchen towels), warm even on very cold days (it was -28 when we were there) and had its own little sauna. There was almost everything you need for a short stay including coffee, oils, sugar, salt etc and they were not stingy with toilet paper or shampoo. The supermarket (Sale) was nearby and you could find what you need for a quick meal - and there were no restaurants nearby so unless you make your way into the city centre you may need to cook. It was easy getting a Bolt or Uber as Rovaniemi is small, though it is not a cheap place being very touristic. The flat is lovely and safe, but it’s south of everything. You could have a nice walk to the forest or lake nearby. Easy to manage the recycling as the bins were in front of the building. We have enjoyed our stay though we wished it wasn’t so cold.

Having to pick up the key from another location on the way to the flat which cost up to 10€ extra on Uber. However we appreciated that we could leave the key in the flat when we checked out.

Apartment exceeded expectations. It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Stylish and cozy it was great for snuggling down in after a long day out in the cold. We had a hire car, we found everything easily reachable from this location.

A cozinha é bastante equipada e a calefação do quarto quente o suficiente. A sauna é ótima . E há dois trenos para crianças brincarem na neve. A cama é excelente.

Very clean and nice apartment with a sauna and everything you need. The bed was great. The sofa wasn’t really comfortable for me, but my kids liked it ;) There’s a small hill right next to the apartment, so my kids were happy sliding there. A supermarket is about a 5-minute walk away. If you want to stay in a quiet place, this is perfect. And the host is amazing!

The apartment was really nice, comfortable, clean, and warm. And the host was so helpful and kind! We felt right at home! Highly recommend!

Хозяин постарался, красиво украсил квартиру к нашему приезду, чистая. Очень удобные кровати, на кухне есть все необходимое. Хозяин быстро отвечает на все вопросы. Недалеко от Санта парка. Расположена квартира в тихом месте, парковка за домом, все отлично! Если есть возможность раннего заезда-всегда сообщают.

To be honest, the apartment where we were is not the one on the pictures, but pretty similar. I chose it because of the location, but the address mentioned in the advertisement was only the address of the key lockbox( Maakuntakatu str). The actual apartment was on Heinamiehentie str which is further from the city center. The neighborhood was nice and we had a rental car, so it was ok for us, but if you don’t, that could be uncomfortable.

The stay in Rovaniemi was awesome! Such a lovely place with the added bonus of a sauna!!!! It's local to everything you'll want and need and we even had a mountain hare running around outside the accommodation which was lovely haha

We had a great stay. I can highly recommend and would definitely stay again if coming to Rovaniemi. Thanks for everything.

Since we had a car, we didn't mind to pick up the key from a different spot but not having it, it could be quite a hassle. Also, don't misunderstand as we did thinking it is a two bedroom apartment.. but overall it is cozy and spacious.

Everything was very, very beautiful and more wonderful and the host was very cooperative and I am very pleased to stay in this place. Thank you really.

It was a perfect place for us to stay with a car. We saw a lot of northern lights on the balcony, too. Highly recommend it!

It was a nice air bnb but you needed to travel 15 minutes away from the apartment to pick up the key. It was 40 minutes walk to the local shops. For the money I spent I expected more.

We had a wonderful time during the Christmas holidays. The flat was comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed for our stay. Michael was really kind and was quick answers our questions when we arrived. Thank you so much.

Location is a little far from city center , but only 10mins ride by taxi. We have to use every time we go out.

The building was comfortable, quiet and clean. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, spacious. The kitchen had everything that one would need for any length of time. Children enjoyed playing PS4. Sauna was easy to use and clean. Host was extremely responsive and kind.

As the name goes, it is the most adorable cozy apartment for a family stay, especially if one plans to drive around in Rovaniemi. It is conveniently located near the city centre yet in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is equipped with everything for a comfortable stay. The host Mikael was very responsive in replying our messages. We asked him anything we wanted to know about Rovaniemi and Finland including the weather, tips for road trips, winter gears etc and he was super kind and always replied us earliest he could. Thank you again Mikael!!

It was a fantastic apartment and had everything we needed for our stay. The host was amazing, very accommodating and friendly, and was quick to answer any questions we had. Very cosy, homely, and surprisingly spacious, we loved it so much. Adored the decor as well! We didn't make use of the sauna much but it was nice to have the option if we wanted to and there was a list of everything we needed to know, how to use the sauna, what to do with rubbish, what the surrounding area had to offer, etc. It was an absolutely amazing stay and we had a wonderful time!

Mikaels flat is amazing and has everything you need for a vacation. We stayed in the flat for one week and enjoyed our comfortable stay in Rovaniemi. Everything is clean and tidy and the kitchen is really good equipped. We didn't miss anything for cooking and eating. A really nice extra is the sauna in the flat and the parking spot outside. We had a car and liked the location of the flat in a quit neighborhood. Mikael was always available and helped us with all our questions.
