Purtroppo un’esperienza molto deludente Avevo scelto questa struttura alle Maldive leggendo le numerose recensioni molto positive, ma la nostra esperienza è stata completamente diversa. Ci è stato riferito che la struttura ha cambiato gestione da circa tre mesi e, purtroppo, abbiamo trovato una situazione ben lontana dalle aspettative create dalle recensioni precedenti. Durante i nostri 3 giorni di soggiorno, la camera non è mai stata pulita, nemmeno una volta. Anche per avere semplicemente degli asciugamani puliti era necessario cercare qualcuno all’interno della struttura e chiedere personalmente di poterli cambiare. La colazione è stata un’altra grande delusione: veniva portato un piatto con pane e marmellata, ma senza posate, tovagliato, bicchieri o acqua. Bisognava chiedere praticamente ogni singola cosa. Anche il ristorante proponeva esclusivamente cucina cinese, cosa che sarebbe stato corretto sapere prima della prenotazione. Non ci è stata inoltre proposta nessuna escursione o attività, cosa che in una guest house alle Maldive ci aspettavamo almeno che ci venisse illustrata. L’episodio più grave, però, è avvenuto il giorno della nostra partenza. Il proprietario sapeva perfettamente che dovevamo prendere un public ferry per raggiungere un’altra isola. A causa del maltempo, l’orario del traghetto era stato modificato, ma non siamo stati informati. Di conseguenza abbiamo perso il ferry e siamo stati costretti a pagare 150 dollari per una barca privata per poter raggiungere la nostra destinazione. Anche il proprietario della guest house dell’isola successiva ci ha confermato che, essendo a conoscenza del nostro viaggio e del cambiamento dell’orario, il proprietario della Pearl avrebbe dovuto avvisarci. In generale, abbiamo avuto la sensazione di dover sempre chiedere le cose più basilari, invece di ricevere un servizio attento e organizzato.

Unfassbar schöne Lage, direkt am öffentlichen Strand. Da dieser kein Bikini Strand ist, hatten wir den Strand jeden Tag für uns. Einfach Schwimmshirt und Hose an und man kann auch dort schwimmen. Ein Traum. Das Personal im Restaurant war super lieb und haben versucht uns trotz des sehr geringem Angebot an Speisen, das Beste draus zu machen

Leider sehr spartanische Einrichtung. Zimmer nicht sauber. Betten sehr unbequem. Wir hatten Halbpension aber Abends war 80% der Karte nicht verfügbar. Morgens gab es nur drei Scheiben kalten Toast mit einem Omelette und Würstchen aus der Dose. Das war’s.

Ausgezeichnete ruhige Lage. Große Zimmer mit vielen Ablagemöglichkeiten, kleiner Balkon. Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Speedboote und Tourenbuchung hat einwandfrei geklappt. Wurden bei Ankunft am Pier abgeholt. Toller Ausblick von der Dachterrasse aus. Auch das Restaurant auf der Terrasse hatte richtig leckere Angebote, vor allem das Curry war mega.

Schade, dass es Intercontinental Frühstück gab. Hätten uns auf maledivisches gefreut.

Вид из номера не соответствует фотографиям в бронировании. Вместо вида на пальмы вид на гараж и свалку. Администрация знает о несоответствии и ничего не делает Номер на первом этаже, поэтому много комаров и уединиться с открытыми шторами не получится, в номере сыро, воняет плесенью, плесень в ванной Администрация отеля работает ужасно. Стойка ресепшн постоянно пустая, на сообщения в whats app отвечают с задержкой в 9 часов. Обещали встретить на пристани, накануне подтвердили, в итоге никого не было, пришлось звонить и ждать. Просили завтрак на вынос, обещали сделать, в итоге ничего не дали Недалеко местное кладбище и свалка мусора острова, которую постоянно жгут

出海项目安排不合理，海钓出海时风浪有点大导致晕船。且钓鱼点很难钓到鱼，包括船员。

服务人员都超级友好，特别乐于助人，楼顶餐厅还可以谷歌评分也挺高。

部屋も綺麗でトイレやシャワーも快適 椰子の木からのオーシャンビューで モルディブ感あり

4階を階段の上り下りがキツイ スーツケースは当然自分じゃあ運べなくて スタッフが運んでくれたが宿泊するなら 1階を選らんだ方が良いと思う。

Tutto come descritto sul Booking. La stanza familiare è comoda e pulita. Nel bagno c'è sia la vasca che la doccia. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile a soddisfare tutte le esigenze. Il boss non era sul posto ma rispondeva subito su whp a qualsiasi informazione e ci ha aiutato anche per prendere la barca pubblica per cambiare isola. Un ringraziamento particolare a Ravee sempre con il sorriso sulle labbra, gentilissimo e disponibilissimo.

Nulla..... Unica cosa l'acqua puzza ma non dipende da loro, è un problema che abbiamo riscontrato in tutte le Maldive, non so se possono risolvere questa cosa.

Polecam hotel obsługa mega miła, dzięki managerowi za organizacje wycieczek w dobrych cenach, ba nawet lepszych niż na mieście gdzie chcieli 25% więcej niż cena z hotelu. Kuchnia naprawdę dobra jedna z lepszych na wyspie, kelner- czy szef kuchni przemiły człowiek. Pokoje w stosunku do ceny idealnie dopasowane, duże czyste, sprzątane na zawołanie - oczywiście nie są idealne ale też cena jest adekwatna co do stanu a nawet stan hotelu lepszy niż cena jaką za nią zapłaciliśmy. Osobiście gdybym był kiedyś drugi raz na wyspie - zatrzymał bym się tam - Polecam.

É un edificio a più piani, grigio e anonimo, alla reception spesso non c’è nessuno. L’hotel non fornisce (né sembra interessato a farlo in futuro) né lettini né ombrelloni per la bikini beach, dove sarebbero utili essendo la spiaggia molto assolata (nelle zone d’ombra non c’è vento e si soffre un po il caldo) La stanza era abbastanza grande, scomodo l’affaccio sul ballatoio, non ci sono finestre da dove entra luce naturale. Terrazzino sempre in ombra Colazione ok

Het restaurant personeel was heel aardig en de persoon die ons hielp met de koffers naar boven en naar beneden brengen. De chef van het restaurant kookt met hart en ziel, zijn eten is heerlijk. Chili chicken en sweet and sour chicken waren heerlijk en mals. Het ontbijt is overal op het eiland best wel basic, maar je krijgt er wel wat watermeloen en een sapje bij dus dat is fijn. Ook degenen die schoonmaakten waren top, er werd goed gepoetst.

Wij hadden helaas kamer 11 op verdieping 2; dit is een van de kamers waarbij een ranzige geur uit de badkamer de hele badkamer en slaapkamer laat stinken. De geur is echt ondragelijk. De eerste dag merkten we het nog niet echt, maar de rest van de dagen was het zo erg dat we bijna moesten overgeven. Het is niet de badkamer die vies is, maar een geur die uit de leidingen komt; de geur lijkt op een rotte eieren geur en het verpest echt je genot van het verblijf. Zowel de badkamer als de slaapkamer stinken zodra de geur uit de leidingen begint te komen. We hebben gevraagd of we iets van een refund kunnen krijgen, omdat de host uitlegde dat enkele kamers deze geur hebben en anderen weer niet. Wij vinden het oneerlijk dat wij dan dezelfde prijs betalen voor een stinkende kamer, terwijl anderen een normale kamer hebben. Deze vraag werd helaas niet opgepakt maar genegeerd. Daarom adviseren wij jullie om er zeker van te zijn dat je geen kamer met rioolgeur/rotte eieren geur krijgt vóórdat je hier boekt. Het is spijtig om dit te schrijven, omdat dit eigenlijk het enige negatieve was aan onze ervaring. Maar de geur is zo erg dat het écht je verblijf verpest, en daarom geven wij een lage review score.

Good location on the island, close to everything. Public beach is just around the corner and there is 10 min walk to Bikini Beach. A Restaurant in the 5th floor has great view around the island.

For Maldives quest houses this is quite big hotel with 16 rooms. They are spread across 4 floors with the restaurant on the terrace.

I honestly don’t even know where to begin. This was the best accommodation experience of my life. The value for money is absolutely incredible, what you get for the price is far beyond expectations. The rooms are large, spacious, and beautifully designed, making you feel comfortable and at home from the very first moment. The restaurant upstairs is another highlight, a spacious terrace with a stunning sea view, excellent food, and very reasonable prices. Every meal was a pleasure. But above all, I have to praise the staff. Truly wonderful, warmhearted people with soul. They went above and beyond for us. We spent a lot of time talking, getting to know each other, and building genuine connections. I have honestly never met such kind, sincere people who wish you nothing but the best. You can feel their warmth and authenticity the moment you speak with them, they truly love people and help you with genuine care and knowledge. Leaving was incredibly difficult. We also went on an excursion and we had a private manta ray snorkeling experience. It was absolutely perfect, total peace, just the two of us, and an entire boat to ourselves. I think it’s extremely rare to experience this level of luxury in the local Maldives. La Pearl, thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this unforgettable experience. We will carry it with us forever. 💛💛💛

Hotel nuovo con terrazza panoramica all'ultimo piano. Camere grandi moderne e funzionali. Avrei voluto avere un piano alto ma non mi è stato possibile, in ogni caso la vista giardino dal piano terra non era male, nessuno passa davanti al tuo balcone. Una nota di merito al personale, si sono prodigati per accontentarci e quando ho avuto un piccolo incidente mi hanno aiutato e supportato. Grazie mille per tutto!

Scomodo fare colazione al 4 piano a piedi

Le persone!! Il cameriere del ristorante e il cuoco sono stati splendidi hanno reso il nostro soggiorno molto bello. Vi consiglio di mangiare la sera su al rooftop, ci vuole del tempo perché cucinano sul momento ma è il migliore ristorante di mathiveri. Se avete dubbi vi consigliano bene! L'hotel si è anche occupato di organizzare la speedboat andata e ritorno, ti vengono a riprendere e ti portano al molo.

Abbiamo soggiornato tre notti, la camera era molto spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort , il personale super disponibile ci hanno aiutato ad organizzare trasferimenti con le speedboat e le escursioni, colazione da scegliere tra tre opzioni : maldiviana, continentale o pancakes.. tutte buone...asciugamani per la spiaggia forniti

Ci siamo trovati benissimo. La struttura era molto carina e con un bellissimo rooftop. Stanza ampia e luminosa. La parte migliore del soggiorno è stata la gentilezza dello staff! Tutti i ragazzi, in particolare Ravi e Gassan sono stati piu che disponibili per qualsiasi nostra richiesta e anche di più. Hanno contribuito a rendere i nostri giorni a Mathiveri ancora più belli.

The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly. We got beach towels and free transfer from and to the ferry. Breakfast was good.

1. There was a horrible smell in the bathroom leading to the whole place smelling unfresh. There were stains on some towels. There was a bright green light on some device on the ceiling which you could not turn off and it illuminated the room at all times, making it hard to sleep. 2. We had a tour organized through the hotel which we would not recommend. They charged us 50$ per person for a boat trip to snorkel with sharks and see a ship wreck. The guides did not communicate (didn’t even reply to a „hello“). The boat did not have a roof, so we were left to bake in the direct sun. The trip was over after 1.5 hours.

Rooms are good for long-time stay. And breakfast is amazing.

Me gusto mucho este alojamiento, pues además de que está como nuevo el personal es atento y cordial. La habitación es muy grande, bien insonorizada y con un balcón para disfrutar de las vistas con privacidad. Baño amplio, cama cómoda y un gran armario. El restaurante de la terraza donde se desayuna tiene unas vistas maravillosas y sirve tambien muy buenas comidas y cenas a la carta. Dos personas magnificas que conoci allí fueron Ravi que se encarga del servicio de restauración y Suma que es el cocinero. La limpieza de la habitación se hace a petición lo que a mi me pareció bien.

Mooie ruime kamer met fijne badkamer en balkon. Dakterras ook erg mooi, hier kun je over heel Mathiveri heen kijken. Daaronder zit het restaurant waar wij ook hebben genoten van het ontbijt en avondeten. Prima plek!

Klein puntje voor de ouderen dat er nog geen lift is in het gebouw. Dit was voor ons 50 plussers geen probleem op 2e verdieping. Ook vaak nog naar dakterras gelopen voor het mooie uitzicht. Zag dat er ruimte voor lift is gemaakt dus wellicht in nabije toekomst. Maar zoals gezegd voor ons was dit geen probleem.

The accommodation has all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay, the rooms are spacious and equipped with very comfortable mattresses. The manager, Gassan, was always helpful and kind in responding to every request. The main strengths of this accommodation are Shamal (the best chef on the island) and Ravi, who made us feel at home from the very first minute.

Komfortables Zimmer. Frühstück wird jeden Morgen frisch für jeden Gast nach Vorbestellung am Vorabend zubereitet. Auf Wunsch tägliche Reinigung möglich. Sehr sauber. Alle Mitarbeiter sehr aufmerksam. Würde jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel buchen.

I had an amazing two-night stay at La Pearl, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentiveness. They were always friendly and ready to help with anything I needed, making my stay even more enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The food at La Pearl was another highlight of my stay! The traditional Maldivian Kotthu Roshi was excellent and I liked the rooftop restaurant for sunset. One of the most beautiful parts of Mathiveri is the sandbank, which is just a short walk from bikini beach. It felt like a private paradise, surrounded by crystal-clear waters and soft, white sand. Thanks to the manager Umair for making my stay incredible. Can’t wait to come back

The food was delicious at the rooftop restaurant was a highlight, offering breathtaking views and a fantastic dining experience. La Pearl hotel is an excellent choice for your stay. The hotel boasts a fantastic location,is newly built and beautifully designed. The ambiance is delightful and the rooftop offers breathtaking views. The food in hotel restaurant was absolutely out of heaven! However, the true highlight of La Pearl is its people. The staff are genuinely warm, friendly and accommodating. They go above and beyond to meet every need, always greeting guests with smiles and cheerful energy. Their kindness made us feel not just like visitors but like part of their family. Staying at La Pearl was an unforgettable experience and we will return. Highly recommend!

We,ve stayed for one week and it was amazing here ! staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed during our whole holiday ! We get a room one hour earlier than check-in time which was really helpful after long traveling. Room very nice and comfortable, food delicious (we love their maldivian breakfast and also egg noodles with pappadam ! 😋) Ravee made the best cocktails which we really enjoyed ! and Gasan took care about all our queries 🙏🏼 We’d like to thank you all guys, because you made our stay like a real vacation. Very nice and accommodating staff. Mantas nearby. Everything is good about this place except if you want to see whale sharks; because they ate about 4 hrs boat ride away.

Almost new . The roof restaurant was good enough and the prices were fair .

You have to ask to have the service every day . The safe box doesn't work . Reception is not always present. The courtyard is really full of garbage . But it is a problem of all the Maldives

Clean, new, big, perfect accomodation for longer/shorter stay too with amazing staff and nice breakfast. They were all the time looking after us, offered unlimited water and helped whatever we needed. 100% recommend to stay with them. Close to the shops, restaurants. Thank you for everything😊

The bikini beach is far by walk but in exchange the shops restaurants and public beach is really close

The room was big. The food at alla card dinners was ok. Breakfast was poor only continental not buffet. The staff is very kind and helpfull.

The hotel is not finished yet.Not even the rooms. The furniture is unfinished. There is no TV, no fridgerator, sef is not working. Around the hotel is garbage.

Best hotel in Mathiveri, quality/price is amazing! Rooms with balcony, clean and comfortable. Restaurant on top with nice terrace where you can see all the island and the sea around, eating good food with variety and friendly staff. You might not want to leave!

The guesthouse look new to me, they just renovated, location near beach and at fair price. Also they have a restaurant on toproof but it's still not fully open yet. Overall the room and is very comfy and clean, and island is very beautiful, I had a good time with my fiance here.
