Per la colazione abbiamo dovuto fare la fila per poterci sedere al tavolo in una stanza che era un corridoio, più che una sala colazione, faceva molto caldo per cui una volta trovato posto abbiamo aspettato che si liberasse un altro posto per avere un pochino di ombra. Le finestre si potevano aprire poco per il vento, le tendine ti venivano addosso oppure arrivavano i gabbiani. La camera aveva pochissimo spazio così come l'armadio. Nel Lavandino non scorreva bene l'acqua e lo scopettone era rotto. Il rubinetto si muoveva. Peccato!

Eine besondere Fürsorglichkeit. An unserem Abreisetag fand ein Maraton statt. Die Altstadt war gesperrt, es fuhren weder Strassenbahnen, Busse oder Taxi. Ein vom Hotel bereitgestellte Person begleitete uns 2 km bis zur U-Bahn und weiter bis zur Station wo ausserhalb der Speerzone das Transfer-Taxi wartete. Ein Service den wir noch nie erlebt haben.!!!!!!!!

Das man uns beim Einchecken eine Stadtrundfahrt für € 250,- aufschwätzen wollte!

Прекрасный отель с замечательным персонам! Очень хорошо встретили, отдельное спасибо сотрудникам, помогли с багажом, все объяснили, показали, подняли категорию номера, с шикарной террасой, что было приятным сюрпризом. Шикарный номер, чисто, уютно, тихо. Хорошее местоположение отеля, в пешей доступности площадь Султанахмет. Захотелось продлить свое проживание в данном отеле.

Oteli gerçekten çok beğendik. Konumu son derece merkezi ve çok kullanışlı. Topkapı Sarayı, Süleymaniye Camii, Sultanahmet Camii, Ayasofya ve Kapalıçarşı’ya oldukça yakın. Resepsiyonda çalışan Bedran Bey ve İsmail Bey görevlerini son derece profesyonel bir şekilde yerine getirdiler. Her misafirle birebir ilgilenmeyi biliyorlar; çok çalışkan, ilgili, güler yüzlü ve nazikler. Kendilerine kesinlikle 10/10 puan veriyoruz. Kahvaltıları da çok lezzetliydi ve her gün farklı yemek seçenekleri sunuluyordu. İstanbul’a tekrar yolumuz düşerse, hiç düşünmeden yine Great Fortune Hotel’i tercih edeceğiz. Her şey için çok teşekkür ederiz!

The hotel was very clean, elegant and beautifully decorated. The location was excellent, with many of Istanbul’s main attractions within easy reach. The staff were also very welcoming and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay and had no major complaints. Everything was comfortable and well maintained.

The hotel was very clean, beautifully decorated, and in a great location close to all the main sights. The staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay. We had no major complaints.

It was around everything. I didn’t have to walk far to get to all the good sites, restaurants and transportation.

The rooms were too small, no one e planned that there are 2 separate elevators that you must take to get to areas in the hotel and the room floors don’t match the room numbers. Extremely confusing.

Great location and very clean

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were large and clean. The hotel is centrally located in a good place and quick access to Tram Line 1 which is great for the tourist. Recommendations from staff for a nearby restaurant called Amara was good.

Breakfast needs a little bit more TLC. The breakfast area could be done up to look better. It has a great potential like using the outside terrace. Also more fruit would be good.

We only spent there 1 out of the 4 nights we have booked. In general, the room was OK. Some of the staff were sleeping when we got in the spa, but that wasn't a big deal either.

At around 22:30 on 29 August, someone opened our room door while we were asleep. We shouted, the person said "Sorry, sorry", closed the door and left. We never saw who it was. The next morning the staff acknowledged that one of their employees had opened our door by mistake while trying to access another room. They apologised and offered to move us to another hotel in the same chain, which we declined as we had already booked elsewhere. Our request for a refund of the three remaining nights, however, was denied. Probably an honest mistake, but we did not feel comfortable staying on, and we ended up paying for three nights we never used.

Das Zimmer war sehr überschaubar aber für eine Person absolut genügend.

En el desayuno mucho calor. Sin opciones pan y bollería sin gluten. En una ocasión la puerta de la habitación no estaba cerrada.

Overall the hotel is not great. For sure not what you expect a 4* hotel to be. BUT: 5* for Gurkan and Yasin (Front office reception) They were amazing! They're the biggest assets of this hotel. They made our stay so much better. Helped with everything, gave us directions and advice. It'll be an unforgettable experience and mostly because of them!

Breakfast was awful or something more than awful. I mean I've stayed to numerous hotels and among them some with not even stars...but this had the worst breakfast ever. Also their hammam. Seriously do NOT book the hammam in this hotel. Worst experience of my life. The girl that did it at some point she even closed my nose using her fingers without a notice before doing so, so she could rinse the soap off my head. With less money you get way better services literally anywhere else.

The hotel is absolutely lovely, with a very convenient location. There are many excellent restaurants nearby, and the hotel staff were very helpful in recommending great places to eat. The staff were incredibly kind, friendly, attentive and always smiling. The hotel itself was comfortable, welcoming and well maintained. We really appreciated the warm atmosphere and the attention to detail.

Los empleados son muy amables estoy muy a gusto en este hotel en la segunda vez que ha vuelto la ubicación genial

L'hotel si trova in una posizione davvero ottima. Vicinissimo al centro ma non sulla strada principale (quindi fuori dal caos) La Pulizia della stanza è eccellente. Lo Staff è molto gentile e disponibile.

La Colazione è stata deludente. La scelta di prodotti molto limitata, pochissimi (forse solo 1 !!) prodotti dolci. Assolutamente non in linea con gli standard internazionali. Dopo la prima mattina pur essendo compresa nel prezzo siamo sempre andati a fare colazione nei locali intorno all' hotel. Stanze abbastanza piccole.

Понравилась то что отель находился рядом с достопримечательностями и все было рядом. Приятно то что в кухне чайки прилетают и вы их кормите. Вид не очень конечно но само атмосфера приятная

Само размещение отеля то что такси не привез до локации, у них 2 входа в отель,но со второго входа дверь не открывается и долго искали рецепция только с главного входа. Завтрак не очень и мест столиков мало. Чистота и порядка нету . У администраторов что нибудь спрашиваете,говорят сейчас вам в номер привезут и забывают, пока не скажите еще раз. Сам номер не понравился в среднем. Попросили дать другой номер, сказали на следующий день освободиться другие номера , мы вас заселим, так и не смогла найти номер.

This hotel’s location is great for the old town and its surroundings. Walkable to all the attractions that the old town delivers. The hotel itself was clean and tidy, and the staff always at hand to help. Breakfast at the rooftop is a great way to start your day. You are able to spot the blue mosque and Haggia Sophia from there and feel the vibrant atmosphere of the old town. We booked tours with the hotel, saving us time. This included an evening cruise, trips to Cappadocia and Ephesus. A great thank you to Bedran for organising these; He simply went overboard with his respect to our needs. A special thank you to Benjamin who served the night shift with enthusiasm. Overall, this hotel’s facilities were excellent. The hospitality given was great and will return here when we visit Istanbul again.

Amazing hotel, very clean rooms, excellent breakfast and anything you could ask for. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, especially Yasin and the other boys at the front desk. They really made our hotel experience a wonderful one. Best hotel in Istanbul overall, 5 minute walk to the Grand Bazaar, Hagia Sophia and Sultan Ahmed Mosque, lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Amazing stay I had a wonderful stay at Great Fortune Concept Hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The reception team and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I felt very welcome throughout my stay. I’m definitely coming back to Istanbul, and now I already know where I’ll stay! Highly recommended

Întregul personal de la recepție foarte atent și ospitalier, exista hoteluri de 5* la care personalul din recepție lasă de dorit!

Camerele nu sunt deloc antifonate, orice zgomot se aude îngrozitor. Din păcate în fiecare dimineață și seara aveam senzația ca cineva muta mobila în camera vecina. Per total, a fost bine!

Staff were lovely and very helpful. Location was good, walking distance to a lot of good places, including the grand bazaar and the ferry. Room was nice. Quiet room.

Breakfast wasn’t great, quality didn’t feel very good and was a very busy space not very relaxing. Narrow room with amazing view of the city blocked as the blinds were down all the time to keep it cool. The bathroom of the room could definitely do with some upkeep, was fine but the door was a bit broken etc. But perfectly usable.

The view was incredible, the personel was amazing, specially Yasin who was of great help. I recommend the hôtel !!!

La chambre était trop petite, et puis la salle de bain était carrément dans la chambre protégé par un verre en plexiglas. La douche fonctionnait pas très bien y avait que de l’eau chaude parce que le robinet il était défectueux.

Die Unterkunft an sich war sehr gut - Personal sehr freundlich, Zimmer sauber und schön. Und vor allem Lage war toll!

Frühstücksraum könnte etwas besser organisiert und gestaltet sein, vielleicht habe ich mich zu sehr auf diesen Raum gefreut. Die war aber nicht so toll. Das zweite war - die Klima hat nicht funktioniert - wir hatten Vormittag ziemlich pralle Sonne auf unsere Zimmer und es war uns einfach zu heiß. Zimmer hatte einen tollen Balkon, allerdings waren die Arbeiten nicht abgeschlossen so dass wir keine Abtrennung vom Balkon der Zimmer nebenan hatten.

Posizione eccellente, se è la prima volta che si visita la città, è a 10 minuti a piedi dalle principali attrazioni. La stanza che avevamo noi era piccola ma funzionale e molto curata.

La stanza della colazione e la SPA sarebbero da ristrutturare/riammodernare.

Το προσωπικο του ξενοδοχείου, ειδικά τα παιδιά στην reception,ήταν εξαιρετικά . Επίσης πολύ καλή είναι η τοποθεσία που βρίσκεται το ξενοδοχείο.

Κάποια πράγματα στα δωμάτια πρέπει να τα φροντίσετε περισσότερο. Το πρωινό επίσης θέλει βελτίωση.

Located in a very nice area, felt safe. Good eateries and close to all major sites. We arrived early in the morning and they were able to accomodate us by giving us a room for a very small fee. Staff were extremely helpful and very friendly.

The TV should have had more English channels available. We were only to access two news channels.

Great Fortune Concept Hote is located in the old European district, within walking distance of central attractions such as Hagia Sophia. The area offers many local restaurants, convenience stores, ATMs, and trams, making it highly convenient for tourists. The hotel provides excellent, attentive service. Breakfast is abundant and delicious.Right in front of the hotel is the main road, making it very convenient to hail a taxi.
