Central location in a quiet street with good public transport accesses. Restaurants, bars, shops in the nearby. Acces was easy. The equippment is appropriate.

I must say, that the name LUXURY is an overstatement... As we entered the flat, a special smell was experienced every time (we got used to it). We found some technical problems (broken toilet seat, broken standing lamp - reinforced by an adhesive tape :-D) and we had some problem with rodents in the kitchen and the response time of the owners was a bit slow...(2-3 days). But, at last they answered and started to solve the problems. So, maybe our negative experiences were transient...

La ubicación y la limpieza. La cocina tenía todo lo necesario.

La ducha sin seoarador cada vez que utilizabas se mojaba todo. La ausencia de cortina en la cocina siendo una planta baja. Era como cocinar y comer en el patio de los vecinos.

Tavanda örümcekler ve örümcek ağları vardı. Banyo giderinden çok pis bir koku geliyordu ve evde olmadığım zamanlarda tüm odayı bu koku sarıyordu. Klozet kapağı kırıktı. İkram için bir kaç kahve kapsülü bile yoktu. Özetle konumu dışında tam bir fiyasko

Bon emplacement de l'hébergement. Accès facile.

Mauvaise expérience. Prix trop élevés pour le type d'hébergements proposés. Propreté moyenne des deux appartements réservés. Pas de rideau de douche et pas de raclette à douche dans les appartements. Il manque une explication pour la mise en service du lave-vaisselle ; pas de produit pour le lave-vaisselle. Et pour l'appartement 1003 : vaisselle pas très propre, assiettes et tasse ébréchées, couvercle des toilettes cassé. Et surtout pour l'appartement 1003 une odeur nauséabonde (canalisations ?) impossible à éliminer pendant quatre jours même en ouvrant la fenêtre.

Man hört Geräusche in den Wänden als ob ein Tier da wäre direkt neben dem Bett, die Wohnung ist im Ergeschoss direkt neben den Mülltonnen vom Wohnkomplex, es riecht stark aus dem Abluss, Ausstätung war minim, Wohnung ist nicht angeschrieben man erkennt nich welche der Wohnungen im Ergeschoss man betreten muss, Fernseher funktioniert nicht, die Dische hat keine Abtrennung zum restliche Bad(Duschvorhanf oder Wand), Personal antwortet erst nach 3-4 Tagen, Matratze ist extrem dünn, Waschmaschine hat keine Taps, Man hört lautstark die Bewohner oberhalb, der Boden gnirrt, man wird von den Nachbarn im Innenhof beobachtet wenn man die Vorhänge nicht den ganzen Tag geschlossen hat, im Sommer sehr heiss, Sauberkeit war nur OK,

Lite märklig lukt i lägenheten.

Sijainti oli aivan yliveto, ja alue oli rauhallinen. Asunto oli siisti ja viihtyisä, sänky oli mukava ja lisää tyynyjä löytyi kaapista. Vaatteet sai ripustettua kaappiin, se oli iso plussa. Astioita oli riittävästi ja jääkaappi oli uudehko ja siisti. Ohjeet asuntoon pääsemiseksi tulivat tuntia ennen sisäänkirjautumista, ja ne olivat selkeät. Vinkkinä, että lähistöllä (Linnégatan) on viinibaari François, jossa oli aivan uskomattoman hyvä tunnelma ja erinomaista ruokaa ja viiniä!

Kylpyhuoneen viemärit haiskahtivat melko voimakkaasti, eikä auttanut, vaikka niihin laski vettä. Ei paljon oleskeltu majoituksessa muuta kuin illat ja yöt, niin pärjäisimme kyllä. Jätteiden lajitteluun kannustaminen olisi ollut kiva. Meille oli pussitettu vain sekajäteastia, mutta takapihalla oli myös biojäteastia. Lajittelimme sitten omatoimisesti. Keittiöpyyhe olisi ollut kiva lisä, samoin pesuaine astianpesukoneeseen. Muutoin kaikki tarvittava oli.

Rustig en goed gelegen dichtbij metro en supermarkt.

Geen verwarming bij nachttemperatuur van 1 à 2 graden. Radiator van centrale verwarming bleef gedurende heel ons verblijf KOUD. Appartement ligt op straatniveau vlak naast hoofdingang en trap, en heeft half afgeplakte ramen. Foto's op website van Booking.com zeer misleidend. Ziet er gezellig uit, maar is het niet. Je kunt niet zien dat appartement op voetpadniveau ligt, en het wordt ook niet vermeld. Dat is bedrieglijk. Personeel hele week onbereikbaar. Geen antwoord gekregen op vooraf vermelde wensen.

Supert. Lite mycket ljud från trappoppgangen ., Borde vara salt och peppar som standard lägenheter som uthyres. Kisar lit ich man behøver inte kjøpa själv ( man får ju inte använt fceks 1 kilo salt på npgra dagar)

Location was perfect.

code for entry should have been sent the day before. One hour before is not sufficient as poor phone signal meant we had problems getting email information.

"Appartamento" circa 25 mq: camera 12 mq ingresso 3 mq, cucina 6 mq, e bagno 4 mq. Piccolo ma accogliente, al piano terra sul cortile interno, abbastanza vicino al centro storico con una buona dotazione di elettrodomestici e stoviglie.

Il bagno non ha una finestra ma nemmeno un aspiratore. Non cè un box doccia solo una tenda e il pavimento rimane bagnato se non lo si asciuga dopo ogni doccia. La lavastoviglie non ha mai funzionato, di poco conto anche perche in alloggio facevamo solo colazione

Molt mala comunicació amb la propietat, trigan molt a contestar i no són gaire disposats a ajudar en res. No és un APARTHOTEL no hi ha recepció i ho publicitant com si ho fos.

Absolutely great value for money. In the middle of the city close to/ walking distance to all the great attractions, museums. No noice from the stress considering it was on first floor.

It was clean and had everything you needed to cock food and stay comfortably.

Nähe zur Stadt, sehr netter Gastgeber. Alles was man braucht

There was some street noise audible in this ground floor flat.

Flat was nice and location great BUT I wouldn’t stay again until I’d know that host have fixed these 4 things: 1. There was very very bad smell coming from the kitchen sewer. Smell was felt even in the other room. When I tried to contact the host via phone to ask about the smell they wouldn’t answer. (I tried to call 4 times.) 2. Communication was bad. In advance I asked for invoice and told my planned arrival time but didn’t get any replies. 3. I stayed in one bedroom flat by the inner yard. In the lower half of the windows there were nothing to prevent view from outside. And the view outside from the bedroom was straight to carbage bins and smoking place. Also the curtain rail was damaged and about to fall so even for the nights I could cover only other side of the window - luckily it was carbage bins side of the view. 4. There were no numbers on the doors. I first went to wrong flat and noticed it just from the number of the key waiting.

Great location, small but had everything you need. Highly recommend.

The location is one of the best in the city and the neighbourhood is really nice and centrally located. Everything was very close to reach and there was a lot going on in the area.

Very helpful and responsive staff. The apartment is really quiet despite being on the ground floor, adjacent to the main door of the building and facing a small side street. We felt safe here and slept very well (and I'm a sensitive sleeper, so that says a lot).
