So close to the metro. The owner was really kind, I really enjoyed the offered things! Room was clean, bedsheet was fresh. Even though the room is not too big, we felt good there.

It was hard to open one big suitcase, but that's the only one "problem"

The bed was comfortable, it was quiet at night.

The building itself has a weird shape and not very easy to find in the dark arriving after a 12h long haul flight.

とても快適に過ごせて大満足です。 通常のゲストハウスより良かった点 ・クーラー付き（除湿モードもあり） ・清潔でバストイレは少しカビってる箇所はあるものの、洗面台までピカピカなのは感動 ・排水も問題なし ・BOXテッシュあり（鏡は洗面台のみ） ・服を掛けるハンガーラックにハンガーも7本ぐらいあった ・温冷水サーバーに氷も出る機能あり ・歯ブラシあり（ただし歯磨き粉は共用になる） ・タオルは共用部に置いてあるので、自分で2枚を毎日交換（手拭いサイズのもの） ・洗濯機あるので助かった ・駅やバス停から1～2分と近い（真夏には有難い） ・デスクはあるが椅子はナシ ・共用キッチンにスティックコーヒー、冷蔵庫には食パン、イチゴジャム、牛乳がある 挙げればキリがない程、とっても良かったです。 ゴミの分別もしっかりしされており、本当にキチンと管理されているので清潔安心です。 機会があれば必ずリピします。

・これは仕方の無い事ですが、最寄りの駅はどの出口も階段（しかもまぁまぁ段数あり）

I liked that the guesthouse was very close to the subway, which made it easy to get around Seoul. I also appreciated having a private room with a lock on the door, along with reliable Wi-Fi. I needed to teach online lessons during my stay, so having a quiet room and a good internet connection was very helpful. I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked nice, and I heard good things about it.

The only downside was that there were tiny flying bugs in the room. The owner provided bug spray and suggested using it, but I didn't like the smell, and the room didn't have great ventilation, so I chose not to use it. Fortunately, the bugs were small and didn't seem to live very long, but I occasionally noticed a few dead ones on the bedding.

非対面チェックインでしたが、事前に詳細なメールを何度もいただき安心して辿り着く事ができました。駅から直ぐのロケーションはスーツケース持参時に大変有り難かったです。 また白で統一された室内は清潔で、水回りも磨かれていて、綺麗な室内を保たれている努力を感じることができました。これだけでも誠実なオーナー様だと思いました。冷蔵庫にはあらかじめ冷えたお水が入っており、自分で冷蔵庫をONにする宿もある中で、親切だと思いました。 また泊まらせて頂きたいと思います。

良くない点ではないですが、チェックアウト後の荷物預かりはキッチンで可能と案内がありましたが、私のスーツケースは大きく、キッチンは小スペースなので遠慮しました。小型スーツケースでしたら大丈夫かと思います。

Die Lage war super und die angestellten waren sehr freundlich! Man konnte auch ganz entspannt seine Klamotten waschen. Man hat jeden Tag kostenloses Wasser und frische Handtücher bekommen.

Es ist etwas alt und dadurch sehr hellhörig. Zudem war es manchmal sehr feucht in dem Zimmer.

La taille de la chambre est minuscule et il faut ’ouvrir au Tetris avec les valises pour pouvoir les ouvrir

1.wrong room information on booking - it said bathtub and balcony and non of it was there 2.i forgot few clothes in a see through bag in the room and asked about it few hours later - instead of contacting me earlier as EVERY Hotel would, they told me they threw it in the trash - it was very obvious those were clothes of some worth and not just some old stuff and it clearly wasn’t trash - unacceptable never go here

Из минусов чувствовался сильный запах плесени и в этой комнате, которая мне досталась, окно выходило в коридор из-за тяжело было проветрить. Когда долго находишься в комнате, то постепенно привыкаешь к запаху, но он всё равно достаточно сильный. Но это очень хороший вариант, чтобы остановиться на 1-2 ночи. В целом мне понравилось.

Всегда останавливаюсь здесь. Большие номера, всегда есть бутылки с водой, кофе, зубная паста и щетки и салфетки. Кухня с микроволновкой и плитой. Лучший за свои деньги! Владелец очень хороший, всегда на связи и помогает. 10/10!!!!!!!!

Everything was perfect! Nice large clean comfortable bed! Water provided. Security with numpad lock (No keys or cards to carry). Next to the metro station. I also used the washing machine and the dryer - A polite old lady working there, helped me.

Excellent communication and instructions to the property. The room is small and the owners have made good use of the space, including a place to hang clothing. It had very good ondol which actually warmed the room, (not just patches on the ground). No kettle in the room but there is a communal kitchen and hot and cold water dispenser. There is a window but no view as it is facing a wall. The property has 2 floors and no lift, I was on the bottom floor. Just something to bare in mind if you have large lugguage. It is about a 3 minute walk to the subway station, but if you need the elevator exit/entrance it's more like 15.

The room was humid in spring when it was still relatively cool, this could be very difficult in Koreas humid summers.

it wasn't anything special, but exactly what i expected for the price - facilities were clean - comfortable bed - small kitchen in the lobby - very close to everything - super nice staff recommending us amazing places

- bathroom layout was a bit impractical - water was often everywhere including the main room (i recommend using a lot of towels that are provided)

It's probably related to Book.com, but we wanted bathtub, so we got result with bathtub, but, for an unknown reason, we didn't get it. I checked thr "equipment list" of the room, and it's specified "bathtub/jaccuzi", I'm not crazy, it's written on it! But, I think it's because the hotel was aside a SPA, which itself contain bathtub. It's not clear.

Would recommend for the price, communication was swift and friendly, great location very close to the metro

Only under floor heating so the room will take a while to heat up from cold, the tv inside the room was dated and couldn't watch shows from my phone/laptop as a result

Die Lage ist super, direkt an der U2. Wir konnten kostenlos ein Frühstück bestehend aus Cornflakes, Milch, Toast, Marmelade, Coffee Mix sowie Nudelsuppe verbrauchen. Ebenfalls kostenlos war Waschmaschine und Trockner. Das Personal war nicht zu sehen, jedoch über booking ansprechbar und hat sofort reagiert. Ausserdem gab es hilfreiche Infos für Unternehmungen, Restaurants usw.

Die Sauberkeit war praktisch nicht vorhanden, wir mussten den Müll sogar selbst entsorgen. Das Hotel ist sehr abgewohnt.

The location is absolutely unbeatable—literally a one-minute walk from Sindang Station Exit 2. It offers incredible value for the price, and the room is exceptionally spacious, which is a rare find in Seoul. While it doesn't provide traditional hotel services, the B&B host went above and beyond to make us feel at home. They provided fresh towels and bottled water daily, along with complimentary instant noodles, coffee, milk, and bread. As a first-time visitor to Korea, I was deeply touched by the host's genuine and authentic hospitality. It truly warmed my traveler's heart. Highly recommended!

Just a few minor things to note for future guests: No elevator: You have to carry your luggage up the stairs, but it's only on the second floor, so it's quite manageable. Hot water: The hot water supply for the shower can be a bit limited, so you might need to keep your showers relatively short. Soundproofing: The soundproofing is slightly weak, so you might hear some occasional noise. However, these are very minor issues compared to the unbeatable location and the host's amazing hospitality. I would still highly recommend staying here!

There are many shops there. You can reach everything by train, etc. Connections are very good there, to Gangnam - Iteawon.

Unfortunately, the rooms were not good, very small and dark, resembling a closet. Unfortunately, it's similar to a guesthouse or youth hostel. Suitable for short stays, but not for long ones. Or just for sleeping, yes. .

L’isolation qui est très mauvaise, les gens qui sont irrespectueux et qui lancent la machine a laver à minuit ou qui font des soirées en parlant fort. La salle de bain était extrêmement moisie (des champignons noirs partout, malgré l’aération en continue avec la fenêtre) et un dégât des eaux qui a fait ressortir de la moisissure dans les 4 coins de ma chambre.

Emplacement excellent, le quartier est très sympa, et les transports pratiques. De plus l’établissement dispose d’une terrasse très sympa (bien que les deux seules chaises qui était sur le toit étaient cassé).

L’établissement remplit sa fonction principale (dormir), bien que le lit soit aussi dur que de la brique, mais notre chambre situé au rez de chaussée disposait d’une fenêtre impossible à ouvrir qui ne laissait rentrer aucune lumière, la chambre était extrêmement petite, la salle de bain très peu pratique. Il y avait aussi un taux d’humidité extrêmement élevé, avec la clim qui était sensé déshumidifier ne fonctionnait pas ou mal.
