Very helpful host. Place is located in a vibrant neighbourhood with loads of restaurants and subway station nearby. Room was a decent size and very clean. Fully recommend to anyone thinking of booking.

Nice and helpful staff. Shared kichen with amenities and nice snacks and tea to try. Easy to use. Practical and modest room. Space for luggage.

Window opens directly to street, which is less comfortable in the ground floor apartment. But not noisywhen closed.

3人部屋と4人部屋（ファミリールーム）を使用したが、実質的にベッドがどちらも2台で、なんとなく確認してはいたがその部分の注意は必要だった。サイトの検索ではシングルベッド3台、3人部屋などの選択ができるとよいと思う。

Best area in Seoul with everything super close. Really nice and friendly people at the reception, and clean and comfy rooms. I loved the kitchen with water dispenser and just to prepare some ramen from 7/11 at night.😁 All in all i would come back!🙌🏼

真的找不到不滿意的地方，唯一要說的話，就是當同一層有其他入住客人同時洗澡時，水溫及水壓會很不穩定，但其實整體不影響。

The staff were super friendly and helpful, whether it was through messages before my stay or talking at the front desk for questions. The location was accessible with the closest metro station five minutes away. I asked about their laundry (₩5,000 per load) and was able to use my own laundry sheets even though they do it themselves! They provide two bottles of water in the room to begin with, but they have a water station in the kitchen on the second floor. The bed was comfortable and the space is enough considering the value. They provide you with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom along with a toothbrush and hand soap. They lock their door at 8pm, where you have to use a pin they provide or your card, which makes it feel more secure. Check out was easy since you have to drop off the key card in a designated box at front.

The space was small, but enough space for one person to manage for a vacation. The bathroom is a wet room, which can be difficult for some, but they provide bathroom shoes to help with it.

Room was clean, bed was clean, bathroom was clean. Both staff members I interacted with were great. Neighborhood is one of my favourites in Seoul. Close to multiple metro lines. Laundry service price is reasonable.

Any complaint I have would be nitpicky. They could put a small table beside the bed so you don’t have to put your phone on the floor while it charges. They could put a dehumidifier in the room, after a shower the room gets really wet and stays that way for a while.

The location was perfect for getting around on the metro, very close to Jongno-3 ga, making it easy to get anywhere in Seoul. There were lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and they had a list of recommended places to visit, which were all great! The staff was exceptional, very kind and helpful! Since there wasn't an elevator, he carried our bags up. Above and beyond customer service! The AC kept us cool during the intense heat wave. Room and common areas were kept very clean, and there is a laundry service. I will gladly come back and stay again next time I am in Seoul!

Great location and very friendly staff. We had an issue with the toilet during our stay and they fixed it the same day while we were out. It was perfect for a week on Seoul.

We liked that the hotel/hostel is located in a great location. You are right behind the famous Ikseon-dong hanok village full with amazing eateries. Easy to get around by bus or metro and walking distance from Changdeokgung Palace. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. They do not have an elevator but they helped with the luggage.

Hostel ideal para para descubrir la zona de Ikseon, con todos los restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas que puedas imaginar. Muy cerca del metro y de los autobuses que llevan al aeropuerto de Incheon. El Hostel es cómodo y limpio y la zona común de la cocina está bien equipada. La habitación familiar era amplia y contaba con aire acondicionado. Podías recoger mas toallas limpias en recepción si las necesitabas. El personal es simpático y siempre ofrece buenos consejos.

No hay ascensor, por lo que si tienes problemas de movilidad o te toca una habitación del piso superior y viajas con mucho equipaje lo debes de tener en cuenta.

Ubytovali jsme se už podruhé. Byli jsme velice spokojeni - milý a ochotný personál, skvělé místo obklopené restauracemi, obchody, v dochozí vzdálenosti památky. Ubytování pro nás naprosto vyhovující - čisté, útulné. Dobře vybavená kuchyně. Možnost uložit zavazadla jak při dřívějším příjezdu, tak při pozdějším odjezdu. Možnost si nechat vyprat oblečení.

Large room for 4 people with nice large shower in ensuite bathroom and lots of hot water. Very quiet and a good sleep, kitchen facilities were excellent, and a great location in the heart of dozens of Korean BBQ restaurants.

The location of this place was so good. I picked this hotel totally randomly and it was a pleasant surprise to be living right outside the ikseon market area. Short walk from the airport shuttle stops and the palace. Enjoyed my stay here!

Room a bit small for 2 people

Great location, couldn’t think of a better location. It is close to 3 lines of metro (3 minutes), close to the Palaces. Bed is comfortable, AC is working, the room was clean. Every morning we went for breakfast to the Ikseon-Dong Hanok Village right next to the hotel. In front of the hotel, there is amazing cafe called Lartista.

This is my default place to stay in Seoul. Great location near the pocha tents, invading, etc. Had all my friends book here.

Skvělá lokalita, ochotný personál, dáreček na uvítanou, společná kuchyně s kávou a čajem, možnost si uložit zavazadla. Ubytování malé, ale milé - pro nás naprosto dostačující. Určitě se sem opět vrátíme. Tohle místo je pro nás zkrátka super.

昨年も使用したお部屋を利用いたしました。昨年の時点でも使いやすく、今回リピートしましたが、改善された点が多く、より一層心地良く旅行の時間を過ごせました。 2ベットのお部屋でしたが、各ベットにコンセントがあります。 エアコンの効きもとても良いですし、使い方が簡単なので困ることがありません。 シャワー圧も文句ない水圧と温度調節もスムーズですし、トイレと同じスペースですが、とても広く床の乾きも早い為、不便に感じることはありませんでした。 共同キッチンもオーナーと宿泊者の信頼関係がわかる整理整頓された空間です。 とても静かで過ごしやすいホテルです。

Rooms were too small for the price, we got the first floor which had poor ventilation (either you opened the window but someone could enter the room from the outside or you had to keep it closed) The bathroom could afford a curtain or something to avoid the meds when showering given the space. the airconditioning had a strong noise (not normal) and got turned on automatically at nigth

Even when the window was open, almost no natural light entered the room. Instead, guests must leave their laundry at the front desk between 9:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., after which it is sent to an external laundry service. For most travelers who are out sightseeing during the day, these hours are highly inconvenient, making the laundry service practically useless. 整體心得 不太理解這間住宿為什麼會有這麼高的評分，我們這次入住體驗並不好，之後如果再來首爾不會再選擇入住，也不建議其他人選擇這間飯店。 Overall Experience: I honestly don't understand why this hotel has such a high rating. Overall, we did not have a pleasant stay.

What I loved most about Onu Stay was the exceptional hospitality. The staff were incredibly kind, accommodating, and always ready to help with any request. Chris, Lee and Daniel - they were simply amazing. They helped me book the DMZ tour and ensured I had all the details I needed. They genuinely went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, which made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The location is absolutely unbeatable. Situated right in the heart of Ikseon-dong, it offers easy access to countless cafés, restaurants, shops, and cultural attractions. The street is safe, well-lit, and lively, making it perfect for exploring both during the day and in the evening. Access to the subway and public transportation is excellent, making it easy to reach other parts of Seoul. The property itself was spotless, hygienic, and exceptionally well-maintained. Everything felt clean and fresh, and I especially appreciated how wonderful the property always smelled. It was a comfortable and relaxing place to return to after a busy day of sightseeing. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Seoul.

Honestly, there was nothing I didn’t like about this property. My stay exceeded my expectations in every way, and I genuinely couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay in Seoul. In fact, I enjoyed my experience so much that I tried to book an additional night, but unfortunately the property was already fully booked. I was genuinely disappointed because I would have loved to stay longer. Onu Stay has become my favourite place to stay in Seoul, and I will definitely be returning on my next visit. Highly recommended!

Very convenient location, rooms are very clean and tidy. Bed is super comfy too. Despite the busy area outside at night, it is surprisingly very quiet inside the building. Good value for money as well. Staff was also kind enough to offer free laundry service. I was not expecting my laundry to be neatly folded when returned back so I really appreciate it!

I wish the room was bigger but not a deal breaker since the area itself has small buildings so I understand.

We absolutely loved staying at ONU STAY! The staff were exceptional - when my friend left her bag on the bus they called the bus company and helped her get it back. They were super friendly and kind. The room was great with a comfy bed and enough space for two people and our luggage. Excellent location near a metro stop too! Will definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves back in Seoul.

Everything was brilliant. Only regret is that we didn't stay longer!

The location is convenient as it is next to Ikseondong. Thr subway is also within walking distance. There's alot of street vendors at night near the hostel so for those who wanna try local dishes it would be awesome. The facilities are complete but they dont have self-operated washing machine. But they do offer laundry service at minimum price. Overall it was a good experience and I will definitely come again.

La localización es genial para una primera visita en Seúl, está cerca de una parada de metro y es fácil para moverse a los sitios más importantes de la ciudad. Todo está muy limpio y el personal es muy agradable. Además, tienen servicio de lavandería que siempre es un plus cuando viajas con poco equipaje.

The room was tiny, you could not use the toilet without closing the door because it was clashing with it and it was impossible to move inside the restroom. The hotel is in quite a noisy area so earplugs are needed during the night.

スーツケース余裕で広げられ、ベッドがとても気持ちよく、廊下がいい香り、帰りが遅くても安全で、3駅使えるロケーション。 2階の共有スペースにはコーヒーやお茶パック、ちょっとしたお茶菓子が置いてありました。 冷蔵庫もありますが、ほぼ空でした。 お部屋にもありますからね！ 2日目朝に行ったら袋ラーメンがFreeと書いて置いてあったので、作って食べました。 スタッフさんとてもいい感じでした。 チェックアウトの時に、うるさくなかったですか？と気遣ってくださいました。 私は1階部屋でしたが、音や話し声など全く気になりませんでした。 観光地も近くお散歩が楽しかったです‼︎ また利用したいと思います。

Stayed here for 3 nights and all i can say “this is the best hostel in seoul”, they gave us early check in and free laundry, the staff can speak properly, and there are plenty of snacks in the kitchen that we can eat. The room is spacious, clean, and the location only 300 m from Jongno Station, 100% will be come back if i go to seoul again, thank you so much
