Reviewed Mar 31, 2026The apartment is part of a new house, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in a place from which it is easy to reach the city center.
There are no stairs or at least a safety railing to make it easier to get to the apartment in the winter when the access and ascent to the apartment is covered in frozen, slippery ice. That's why I didn't give the apartment a higher score.

Reviewed Jan 30, 2026The host provided clear instructions on how to get to the apartment and was flexible with the check-in time. The apartment was clean, had all the items listed in the description, was more spacious than expected, everything was working well, and the view from the bedrooms was amazing! We even saw amazing aurora right outside the apartment! Overall the apartment was comfortable and very lovely. Highly recommended to stay!

Apartamento muy sucio, pelusas por todas partes y el baño no estaba limpio. Avisamos al propietario y nos contestó que vendrían al día siguiente a limpiar. No apareció nadie. La puerta para cerrar era bastante difícil.

Reviewed Sep 19, 2025We are two couples and the apartment was comfortable and perfect for our group. The kitchenette was well stocked, the washroom was clean, and the location was great - a short 5 minute walk to the Svolvaergaeita trailhead and a 10-15 minute walk to the center of the city. The hosts are very responsive and helpful and provided super clear instructions for check in.
Two minor things - one of the bedsheets had a damp smell (like it was left in the laundry for a bit long). Secondly it would have been great if there was a sponge for washing dishes. Otherwise we had a really time!

Reviewed Jul 14, 2025Kjempeflott leilighet med alt man trengte. Rent og fint og god seng. Likte de store vindusflatene. Var også veldig fint at vertene kunne utvide utsjekkingstiden litt. Så luksus at det var både shampo, balsam og dusjsåpe også.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2025Very nice and comfortable apartment with two bedrooms having big windows facing the amazing view at the snowy hills, not far from the center of Svolvaer located in a quiet area. We would definitely choose to stay at the apartment in a next visit.

It looked bigger on the pictures. So I would probably not recommend it for a long stay with young kids. And bear in mind that the parking is on street parking under the house wall. Other than that nothing to dislike.
