Good location, easy checkin and decent quality of the room. Value for money.

Broken facilities didn’t get repaired in room when promised

Well, it is in walkable distance to ferries and near all kinds of shops.

The receptionist was not very nice. The room is small, no windows, not very clean. The area around the hotel was super dirty. I would not stay a second time and would not recommend it.

Perfect view, best location Highly recommend this apartment

The elevator is a bit noisy and can be heard in the room. Also not enough hangers hooks in bathroom

We like everything. One exceptional helpful young man name Ali take all the glory. He is charming, kind, helpful, great host. If we back to the same area for holiday again we’ll only choose the duck hotel for Ali. 5stars for Ali.

Room have broken side table n two nails poking out.

the room was warm. Bathroom was spacious. The hotel kept my luggage until evening after I checked out.

The accommodation did not match the description or photos listed on Booking.com and failed to meet basic cleanliness and maintenance standards. The issues observed were not minor but structural and hygienic in nature. Key issues documented with photos include: • Poor maintenance and visible damage to fixtures and wall panels. • Exposed and unfinished areas around fittings, indicating incomplete or substandard installation. • Dirty and marked walls, suggesting inadequate cleaning.

Locația . Personalul .

Un pic la curățenie din număr .

Overall it was a decent place to stay. The room was clean and comfortable and of adequate size. I would happily stay there again.

A minor point, but I had to move to a different room after the first night.

Location, friendly staff

Quality of room. A loose wall socket, a non-working kettle, and wires sticking out everywhere definitely need to be fixed

The location is very nice. The newly renovated cafe at the lobby makes the hotel more cozy and nice.

The really small elevator. It barely fit 2 plus size women.

Hervorragende Lage, bequemes Bett, gute Preis- Leistung-Verhältnis.

Handtücher sind mit alten Flecken, auch Gardinen. Fernseherbedingung ohne Batterien.

Posizione

Pulizia stanza e biancheria.

Central Location.

No internet for over 24hr. Was resolved later.

The location is very nice and popular part of the city

There was a cockroach in the bathroom on my first night. And a couple stains on the blanket.

The location is very central in Kadıköy with easy access to public transport restaurants and shops. The area is lively and convenient for getting around Istanbul.

The sound insulation is extremely poor. In room 201 it felt like there were no walls at all. You could hear conversations footsteps doors and even knocking from neighboring rooms as if it were happening inside your own room. If someone knocked on another door it sounded like they were knocking on ours. This goes far beyond normal city noise. On the third day the air conditioning stopped working during winter and the room became completely uninhabitable. Cold air was constantly coming through the window creating a continuous freezing draft that could not be stopped. With no heating and poor insulation it was impossible to stay in the room and felt like sleeping in freezing conditions. We contacted reception and were moved between several rooms. It became clear that the air conditioning was not working in any of the available rooms. Rooms with windows all had the same problem with cold air and wind entering. The only reason we ultimately settled for a much smaller windowless room was to avoid the freezing wind and make the room barely tolerable. One of the alternative rooms offered had extremely serious cleanliness issues. The bed sheets were dirty underneath with hair and visible stains including what appeared to be blood. In the bathroom despite signage saying it had been cleaned there were urine stains in the toilet and trash left from the previous guest. This was unacceptable. Other rooms offered were either very small and windowless or raised hygiene concerns such as a room found with its door wide open and a half drunk water bottle inside. The staircases are extremely narrow and not practical and the elevator often requires long waiting times with no good alternative. Overall the lack of insulation heating and basic cleaning standards made the stay unacceptable.

You will find all you need in the room - beds are confortable, there is a kettle and teabags, bathroom is fully equipped.

We had to wait a lot for a receptionist to appear at his place. The street is also extremely loud and we could barely sleep

Great location

Room was a bit too warm at night and did not have air conditioning

Goede locatie.

Nedaleký Starbucks má otevřeno i v ranních hodinách

Great location Clean property

Very bad experience no good hotel dirty

Alles war sehr schön

Breakfast was great. Location is fantastic and balcony and view from it are spectacular!

Bathroom was lacking hooks for hanging towels 😀

The location was amazing, right next to Kadikoy and Moda yet in a relatively quiet street. The shower and the beds were good.

Overall it felt that nobody really cared about the hotel. It wasn't in great condition, the staff were not unfriendly but also not really helpful. The room didn't feel super clean and there was no cleaning / service during our 3 night-stay. Our curtain was broken, which we mentioned to the reception but they did not do anything about it. The walls are very thin, you could hear anything that was said in the adjacent rooms and in the hallway.

We booked the most basic, windowless, small room for an overnight stay. The sewer smell was terrible, the room was right across from the elevator—it was noisy, and there was music playing in the hallway, which was also distracting. The outlet in the bathroom was broken, and the overall condition of the room was very poor.

Really great location, good value for money, they held our bags for us when getting in early from overnight travel, hot water, nice shower.

Booked budget room with no window, however, air con was broken and room was insanely hot. Was advised by staff that would be fixed the next day and it wasn’t. Still good value for money for area. If staying again (which I would), I would stay in room with window.

Konumu çok iyi

Bagaj emanet almiyorlar, 6 katli otelde yer yok bahanesiyle.

Kind and very attentive staff. Nice location on a lovely street. close by to some lovely cafés and restaurants. Room was nice enough and cozy.

The room was a little small. Small elevator too. Not a breeze to go up a floor from reception.

Clean beds and well-equipped bathroom. And has a lovely café on the lobby.
