L’appartement était propre et le personnel très gentille. Petit déjeuner très bon. Il y a des boutiques et resto pas cher sur place. Même si on tourne un peu il y a des places pour la voiture.

Beaucoup de monde dans ces résidences du coup piscine bondée et l’eau pas très claire. L’appartement est un peu petit pour 5.

Há restaurantes , supermercado, farmácia, tem seguranças. 15m a pé da Medina. A casa típica marroquina com ar condicionado, gostei ! Pequeno almoço muito bom e a sra que o faz muito prestável! O Sr que nos deu a chave da casa também muito prestável e atencioso!

Nous sommes arrivés sur place avec mon bebe et mon mari pour le check in, y avait personne sur place j’appelle le numero affiché sur booking aucune reponse, on est resté 3h en galere au soleil pour chercher une personne qui peut nous aider pour accéder au logement, apparemment personne n’etait au courant de notre réservation, tres mal organisé la salle de bain sent tres mauvais, tres mal aeré

Le fait de devoir payer de manière opaque 2 petits déjeuners pour mes enfants alors que déjà inclus dans la réservation. La piscine bondée et pas très clean.

Hemos estado alojados 4 días, dos amigos y yo, sinceramente tengo claro que volveré a este mismo alojamiento, el personal muy amable, el desayuno muy bueno y completo, todo muy bonito, recomiendo mucho que si tenéis la oportunidad de venir lo hagáis.🙌🏼

Le lit.

Le personnel était accueillant, Riad très calme et propre.

La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, pas de chaîne tv , Clim de la petite chambre qui fuit . Trop de monde dans la piscine et bruyant Prise électrique de la grande chambre à droite du lit manque une vis.

Le logement en soit n’était pas si mal malgré beaucoup de vice caché trou dans le mur qui donne dans la cage d’escalier ou tout le monde peu vous voir canapé tacher de partout douche ou l’on a pas pu ce doucher car l’eau remonter partout dans la salle de bain ne parlons pas des wc mes enfants faisait leur besoin tout sortez par le trou dans le sol je vous raconte même pas l’odeur obliger de faire intervenir le concierge qui lui d’ailleurs a été très gentil et compréhensif et pour finir petit dej au top jusqu’à ce que mon mari en mangeant du pain retrouve un ongle dans sa bouche !!!!

Sauberkeit

Le point positif reste les personnes qui nous ont préparé le petit dejeuner, elle ont été au petit soin et le petit déjeuner était copieux !

Nous avons été profondément déçus par les conditions de notre séjour, qui ne correspondaient absolument pas à ce qui était annoncé lors de la réservation. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons dû attendre près d’une heure devant la résidence avec nos trois enfants, sous une chaleur avoisinant les 45 degrés, alors même que j’avais communiqué notre heure d’arrivée à l’avance par message. À notre entrée dans le logement, notre déception s’est encore accentuée. L’appartement, qui ne correspondait en rien à l’idée que nous nous faisions d’un « riad », n’était pas adapté pour accueillir cinq personnes. L’un de nos enfants a dû dormir sur un simple canapé qui n’était même pas convertible en lit. La salle de bain était directement installée dans les toilettes, avec la douche collée à la cuvette, comme le montrent les photos. Cette configuration était particulièrement inconfortable et peu adaptée à une famille avec des enfants. Le robinet de la cuisine était également cassé et, durant les cinq jours de notre séjour, les serviettes n’ont jamais été changées, contrairement à ce qui était pourtant indiqué sur le site. Nous avions également demandé un petit-déjeuner pour 8 heures, car nous devions partir en excursion à 9 heures. Cette demande avait été confirmée la veille par message. Pourtant, à 8 h 30, le petit-déjeuner n’était toujours pas prêt, ce qui nous a mis en retard et a renforcé notre sentiment de ne pas être pris en considération. Enfin, la piscine fermait dès 18 h 30 et les personnes présentes devaient commencer à sortir de l’eau à partir de 18 h 15. Sous une température de 45 degrés, cette fermeture aussi précoce est particulièrement regrettable et nous a empêchés d’en profiter pleinement en fin de journée. Nous avons sincèrement essayé de prendre sur nous afin de ne pas gâcher les vacances de nos enfants, mais l’accumulation de ces problèmes a rendu notre séjour inconfortable !

Ontbijt werd elke ochtend super geregeld. Locatie is perfect en het is er veilig. De mensen van de riad zijn erg aardig en je krijgt snel een reactie bij vragen! Ik raad het aan.

The location and security.

The house is beautiful aesthetically but facilities need uprading need new utensils in the kitchen like big cups for coffee,more plates,spoons ,forks and knives,new cordless kettle not a wired one as its quite awkward when filling it with water with cord hanging in the sink. Some flat we rented they even leave some coffee ,tea and sugar left for guests but the flat has nothing to offer even a bottle of water.We arrived past 2am and we have nothing to grab from the kitchen apart from salt.😅There was no Hand wash liquid for bathroom sink ,shampoo ,conditioner and Washing liquid for the kitchen.They gave us a tiny bit when we asked anyway. When we arrived there was unusual smell of the apartment and i feel it was bit dusty though they said it was cleaned.My allergy was triggered ,kept sneezing and nose was itchy when i entered the house and same with my senstive children so I requested for an air purifier but they dont have.I asked them to clean the next day and spray it with air fresher. The place was improved after. Need to fix the bath room the soonest. Shower room should have a full enclosure.Water from shower is splashing everywhere as one side facing the bathroom door was not covered so water can leak up to the kitchen if you will not put a towel barrier near the door. Just let you know if you arrived late they have extra charge of €15 and i find it unusual . Otherwise we have a good stay still the proprietor and Youssef was quick to reapond to our needs.

L’appartement est situé dans une résidence sécurisée avec tous les commerces nécessaires pour ses besoins (restaurants, épicerie notamment). Les piscines permettent aux enfants comme aux adultes de se rafraîchir avec une sortie sous le soleil de Marrakech.

Peut-être l’isolation phonique, on entend un peu tout ce qui se passe à l’intérieur du Riad comme dans l’allée. Mais rien de bien méchant, ça donne aussi du charme à l’ambiance !

Great location and very clean. In a gated community so safe and a bit calmer than the medina. . Youssef was very attentive and helped us arrange a car to the airport.

Sofa bed means bedding for sleeping on the sofa, not a pull out bed. It was ok, but not what we expected.

Había humedades, varios muebles rotos, la puerta del baño prácticamente rota, olía muy fuerte. Las fundas/cojines de los sofá camas llevaban sin lavarse mucho tiempo, el mando de la tele prácticamente roto...

Good location, interesting deco, situated within a riad with security and good amount of cafe/shops, safe at night. Lots of wild cats around.

Weird bathroom as you need to lean under the stairs to get in (probably 4-5 feet high passage, good for hobbits), if you forget about it or going to the toilet in the night in low light, good luck to you, and the toilet seat was broken. The rest was reasonable with bedroom tight but usable, and kitchen with decent space and facilities for a short stay. Seems more like an apartment carved out of extra ground floor space than purposefully built.

The property was lovely. We had a two bed apartment that had plenty of room. The kitchen had a kettle and plenty of pots and pans etc. The shower was hot with plenty of hot water. The terrace was a highlight with lots of seating both in the sun and shaded. A 20 mins walk into the souks. Youssef was great and couldn’t do enough to help us.

Nos encantó la piscina. Fácil para moverse en coche hasta La Medina y otros sitios de Marrakech. El piso tiene todo lo esencial para una estancia corta en familia. No era ruidoso. Hay restaurantes y supermercado dentro del complejo.

Très bien accueillis par Youssef,il nous a mis à l’aise . Si nous avons besoin de quelques choses, il était toujours la pour nous aider . Très bel appartement, propre et agréable.

The host Youseff was really nice and the Riad was very pleasant everything we needed was there!:)

Pas grand chose

Le logement ne dispose pas d’espace ni d’équipement pour 4. Il nous manquait des draps nous avons informé le personnel vers 17h malgré nos relances nous les avons eu seulement à 23h!! De plus certains équipements étaient défectueux : meuble de salle de bain, armoire, table basse, table à manger, tiroirs, tous cassés. Beaucoup de moisissures au plafond et la douche ne s’évacuait pas, nous nous sommes retrouvé toutes la semaine avec de l’eau dans le salon. Également, le propriétaire nous a partagé le fait qu’il pouvait se rendre disponible pour faire le taxis, nous avons donc réservé pour le lendemain à 9h, à 9h10 nous l’avons appeler sans réponse, au bout d’un certain temps il a décroché et nous avons compris que nous venions de le réveiller, il nous a dit qu’il avait oublié mais qu’il appelait un amis à lui pour nous transporter, cette personne nous demandais 10x le prix initialement fixé avec le propriétaire du logement. Seule positif le propriétaire était joignable par WhatsApp 🤷🏻‍♀️

Prévue pour 4 personnes pas plus et nous étions 5… mon fils de 20 ans a dormi dans le canapé ( pas convertible) Faut pas trop regarder es finitions…

Nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt a szállásadó. A Riad nagyon csendes és szép a környezete. Van bolt, étterem még fodrász is a Riadon belül. Közel van a Medinához. A Főtér kb 25 perc gyalog, de végig árusok között lehet sétálni, így közben is lehet nézelődni.

A kanapé nem volt ágyazható, de a gyerekek (13 és 20 éves) így is elfértek rajta.

I had a great stay at this hotel apartment. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made the experience even better. I felt relaxed and well taken care of during my stay. I would definitely recommend it and would happily stay here again

Nice and caring host Yousef, quiet location, nice kitchen and living room. And basic services directly in compound (atm, pizzeria, food store - open till 01:00 !). Very practical on late arrivals…

Mieszkanie ma mankamenty jak choćby zalewający łazienke prysznic ale to są niuanse

Все было нормально, расположение очень близко к старому городу, на территории закрытого оседла с охраной паркингом ретсоранми и магазинами. На двоих места достаточно.

Приходилось нагревать крартиру кондиционерами постоянно потому что было не очень тепло, думаю это не проблема когда на улице тепло, мы были в январе и было немного не комфортно.

L’appartement est bien, l’hôte très sympathique et très compréhensible ! Un peu juste pour 6 personnes (2 adultes et 4 enfants), je pense que 4 personnes max c’est bien ! Mais bon rapport qualité / prix !

Много добра локация. Самият комплекс е много озеленен, чист, има охрана. На 5-10 минути от входа за Медина. Апартаментът е непретенциозен, малък - подходящ за двама или за четирима, ако са семейство. Леглото в спалнята е голямо и удобно. Двата дивана в дневната също са удобни за спане. Youssef беше много любезен, съдейства ни за транспорта - Abdul Ali беше много отзивчив и забавен, непременно се възползвайте.

Банята има нужда от малко ремонт и по-основно почистване. За нас не беше проблем, че няма шампоан, душ-гел и други подобни.

Le calme de la résidence et un sentiment de sécurité

We liked the nice apartment only 30 minute walk through the Medina to Jamaa el fna and koutoubia. The place was very clean and gave us a very nice authentic riad experience it it located in a Residence with everything you will need like shops, restaurants and salons. The room was very spacious and the lounge was very comfortable. The Host Youssef was very friendly and helped us get to the riad from the airport.

Youssef was exceptionable always attentive to any requests. Very very helpful.

On arrival to the gated community it looked really pretty, there is a mosque and shops and places to eat.

Pool shared with while community and closes at 5pm Outside smells of cat urine through long alleys to get to property- stray cats everywhere. Door to bathroom approx 4ft so have to bend forward to get in and then along until able to stand. Shower ran ice cold and by the time it warmed up it overflowed and didn’t drain. Bed had faulty leg sticking out and caused injury on arrival, leaving us to cancel trip the next day. Had to walk in bedroom sideways around the bed - approx 6 inch gap between bed and the rail for clothes. Heard motorbikes the whole night, through to early hours, say 2am and then started again at 5am We checked out and moved elsewhere

I liked the location

I reserved this place for 4 people, but on arrival we were given only one double bed and sofa. The flat was extremely cold and there was no heater. For the amount of money I paid, this was completely unfair. I am very disappointed and would give zero stars if it were possible.

Super propre, calme, confort et pratique pour se garer. Youssef a été très réactif et arrangeant pour l’heure d’arrivée et le Check in, je recommande vivement

Un tout petit peu excentré de la partie plus touristique de la médina, environ 30 min à pied pour arriver au souk. Mais c’est amplement réalisable et cela ne nous a pas dérangé !

Non c'è chiarezza. La porta del bagno rimaneva aperta, camera piccolina, lavandino in bagno senza acqua calda. La doccia piccola con la cornetta da tenere in mano...e Tante altre piccole cose che messe assieme creano insoddisfazione.
