Peut de chose en vérité, si ce n'est l'exposition de la terrasse plein sud, donc, peu utilisable dans la journée à cause d'une chaleur époustouflante, comme rarement nous l'avons connu au Maroc, mais la, personne n'y peu rien.

Emplacement parfait pour visiter centre Marrakech. Riad splendide.

Las instalaciones en general son fabulosas, nosotros especialmente disfrutamos de las piscinas ya que visitamos el hotel en agosto, son tranquilas y tienes servicio de restauración en ellas. Un respiro para cuando quieras descansar del ajetreo de la ciudad. La habitación es espaciosa y cómoda, completamente aislada del ruido del exterior. El personal muy atento y servicial. La ubicación es ideal, justo al lado de la plaza Jemaa el-Fna. En definitiva un hotel perfecto para alojarte si visitas Marrakech.

Hôtel magnifique et idéalement situé. Central et calme. Séjour en mini suites très confortables. Petit déjeuner au bord de la piscine excellent. Restaurant international, restaurant indien au roof top avec piscine, restaurant tapas et cocktail en roof top aussi. Superbe. Personnel aux petits soins. À faire absolument.

Our first impression of the hotel was positive. At check-in, we were told that our room would be ready in about 10 minutes, which was perfectly understandable. After waiting around 20 minutes, I decided to ask for an update myself. Surprisingly, the room was immediately available after I asked. It made me wonder if we would have been waiting even longer had I not checked, but thankfully Majid handled everything quickly and got us into our room right away. A few hours later, we noticed that the air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Someone was sent to check it immediately, but unfortunately the room still didn’t cool down. We were told to call back if the issue wasn’t resolved, which we did after returning from dinner. Without any hesitation, the staff arranged another room for us. And what an upgrade it was! We were moved to a beautiful suite, and the staff even helped transfer all of our luggage. Their willingness to resolve the issue quickly and make sure we were comfortable really impressed us. The breakfast was good. It wasn’t the biggest buffet, but it had everything I needed. The traditional Moroccan pancakes were delicious, and fresh egg dishes were prepared to order. A special thank you to Majid. His professionalism, kindness, and commitment to excellent customer service turned a small inconvenience into a wonderful stay. Because of him and the team’s outstanding service, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.

The only thing we didn’t like was that there was no air conditioning in the lobby or the breakfast area. During the hot summer days, these areas became quite warm, making it a little uncomfortable while waiting or enjoying breakfast.

Bel hôtel au centre de la médina, deux piscines à disposition. Chambres propres.

Problème de température d’eau au niveau de la salle de bain, passant de froid à très chaud. Nous ne recommandons pas le restaurant, et le petit déjeuner est assez restreint.

Le cadre était calme et magnifique, la piscine était top, le restaurant super bon et le lit très confortable.

Le personnel

Le séjour était parfait : l’hôtel est superbe, bien localisé, la chambre est propre, confortable et pleine de charme, le personnel aux petits soins et accueillant.

This hotel has everything. The morrocan themed hotel has lots of character and is positioned very well within Marrakech. Our room was a suite and I would not change anything about it. The service from arrival to the end has been very attentive with nothing an issue. The 2 swimming pools are very peaceful to relax after visiting the souks. We only ate breakfast at the hotel but this was filled with fresh fruit and everything you would require for breakfast, it also has an omelette and pancake station.

Attitude of staff: i was told i cannot enter with fruit the hotel, and when I said, "Fine, where can I throw it away?" I got a "not my problem." The buffet meat selection is low and they look like they stayed in heat for a while (you know when salami dries out around the edges of the slice).

Der var så mange behageligheder ved hotellet! Virkelig mange.

Forbuddet mod at få besøg på værelser. Det virker meget! Outdated. Kun hvis vennen havde husket sit pas med kunne vedkommende indskrives i receptionen. Og i princippet betales for, dersom man kun havde booket værelset til een person. Meget omstændeligt. Og meget begrænsende.

The hotel is beautiful and the location couldn't be better. It is inside the medina, but right at the entrance, which means you can enjoy the atmosphere without too much noise. The staff were extremely friendly and kindly upgraded us to a spectacular suite, which made our stay even more special.

I am not giving 10 because we had one experience that slightly spoiled our stay. We booked a private guide for the medina through the hotel. We do not regret taking the tour, as we learned many interesting things, but we spent a significant amount of time visiting shops where the guide was clearly receiving commissions and where the prices were excessively high. The whole experience made us feel pressured to buy. What was even more disappointing is that we were told the products were high quality handmade crafts, when in reality they were not. We felt misled and, ultimately, scammed. Therefore, if the hotel offers you a guide, I would recommend being cautious and making it clear that you are not interested in shopping stops. Apart from this issue, everything else was excellent and we had a very enjoyable stay.

De airco werkte niet goed in de kamer. Wel vervelend bij 44 graden.

Dans la Médina, près de sites importants. personnel aimable et aux petits soins, chambre grande avec vue sur une belle cour végétale. Deux piscines agréables, rez-de-chaussée et étage, des possibilités de se restaurer à différents endroits de l'hôtel.

Pas de Clim dans les couloirs de l’hôtel et il faisait très chaud. Petit déjeuner assez simple, ils manquaient plus de spécialités locales. Il mérite un petit rafraîchissement en particulier coté hall d’entrée.

Nous avons passé une nuit à la Koutoubia et nous avons apprécié le cadre et le service rapide.

Je pense qu’il serait utile de suggérer aux personnes s’occupant de l’accueil de sourire un peu plus. Néanmoins les personnes de service nous ont prodiguer des soins extrêmement complet et adéquat au cadre que la Koutoubia peut offrir.

Il était compliqué d'avoir de l'eau à température normale pour se laver une fois c'était brûlant une fois c'était froid Nous avons demandé à l'accueil de venir voir le problème a été résolu, mais ce n'était pas encore ça ... Pour ce qui est de la nourriture a la piscine ça peut être encore à revoir même pour l'hygiène du service.

Just wow. Upon arrival while we were waiting we received Morrocan tea and pastries. The concierge were so helpful, arranging us a tour of the souks to telling us how much we should be paying for a taxi. The breakfast, food and drinks were fantastic. Both rooftop and the main pool always had space for us. The hotel is literally situated in the dried fruit and nuts part of the medina. A 5 minute walk to the main square, it could not be better situated. I simply cannot wait to come back here again.

This hotel was wonderful! Beautiful, well appointed rooms. The spa and indoor pool looked great although I didn’t use them. Delicious breakfast, attentive staff. Excellent location. Lots of nooks to hang out in to relax. Even a pool table. I loved the bathroom and all its amenities. We had laundry done and that went well. I would love to stay here again.

You can’t drink the water. We got 1 litre a day from the hotel.. but needed to pay for more, it wasn’t enough for drinking and brushing teeth etc. I spent a lot, breakfast wasn’t included…so we paid for it on a couple of occasions.. it’s not worth it.. they need to upgrade the egg station so that they can do poached eggs, proper omelettes etc. I got locked in the downstairs toilets by the swimming pool. Take a phone in with you.

…And breathe! Such a wonderful place to stay inside the medina, with tranquility found the moment you step through the weathered wooden entrance. The gardens are so soothing, with bird song blending with the mellifluous strains of traditional Moroccan music. Each room is beautifully decorated, but if you can afford to, upgrade to the Sultana rooms which boast vast private terraces. My only recommendation would be to review the breakfast offering, which I felt was a little limited & repetitive. Other than that, I honestly can’t wait to return to this sanctuary.

The hotel is in a great location very close to the medina, with delicious dinner and breakfast offerings. The property itself is beautiful, featuring a lovely pool, elegant garden and lobby design, as well as a beautiful restaurant. The massage experience is so relax and enjoying.

However, we felt the overall service from some staff members could have been warmer and more genuine, as at times it seemed like assistance was expected to be rewarded with tips in return. In addition, for a luxury hotel, the absence of hair conditioner was a small but noticeable detail.
