Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Lo que más nos gustó fue el trato del personal. Además que había una zona comunitaria donde podías sentarte y relajarte. Las camas eran cómodas y hay mucha flexibilidad en cuanto a la hora de entrada y salida del apartamento. Además, te dejan dejar las mochilas o maletas en una parte del apartamento en el caso de que queramos salir y recogerlas más tarde.
El desayuno era tipo buffet pero muy simple. Había café, zumo, té, infusiones. También había cereales y yogurt y pan integral y normal junto con una tablita con salami y queso. También ofrecen bizcocho normal y de chocolate. En sí todo muy bueno, pero poca variedad de charcutería.

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026The place was clean, check in was very flexible and they also kept my luggage when I went on a hike. Staff were very friendly and it was nice to have a private room which was comfortable and clean. The Wifi was good for having video calls.
The place charges a tax that is not included in the booking price. For me it was USD20 for 2 nights. I either did not pay this at other places in town or it was included in the price shown on Booking.com. The hostel is also quite a walk from the centre of town.

Reviewed Feb 23, 2026Teplá voda tekla silným proudem, v místě byl klid, posezení před recepcí, parkování hned u hotelu. Jo to spíš taková horská chata, která trochu skřípe, ale má své kouzlo. Dobrá snídaně.
Zámky oken a dveří jsou už po své životnosti. Některá okna nešla otevřít, jiná zase zavřít. Trefit se do zámku klíčem chtělo šikovnost.

When paying, I asked if a credit card was okay. They said yes but did not mention there is a 20% (!!!) surcharge. They would NOT cancel the transaction and let me pay with cash. The first and only rip-off we experienced in over a month in Chile. There was quite a bit of dust around the edges of the room and bathroom. Walks from the bus depot and to the center are 20 minutes and definitely not scenic.

They allowed us to stay in the meal and rest room till afternoon as our bus leaving Natales was 3pm. Much appreciated!

She helped my mom make some eggs because the offered breakfast did not meet the needs of my mom due to her health condition. Dayana also cleaned our room everyday so we felt like in a hotel :)
The breakfast is not that complete, in my opinion. No salty things to eat, no eggs or sausages. For Latino people just milk and toasts is not a good breakfast. Besides that, there were no many furniture in the room. In the shower there was no place to put the shampoo or soap and there were no many tables to place things.

We arrived really late and left for the airport really early the next morning but the staff was very helpful and accommodating, staying up late to check us in even though we arrived later than expected. It felt very clean and was just what we needed.

Reviewed Jan 11, 2025The price is cheapest in the area, bedroom is quiet clean and enough. Bathroom is clean, but they do not provide enough soap or shampoo, just a small ones. Breakfast is enough, they provide bread with cheese and butter, cereal and milk, also yogurt.
There are walls with some stains, could be improved. Also it’d be nice to have more towel hook and hanger in the bathroom and bedroom.

Reviewed Dec 17, 2024Super comfortable and for us great location, it’s nice to walk into Puerto Natales - you’re there for hiking mostly after all! Excellent shower etc. and coffee and tea all day. Diana is the perfect host.
Would have rated a 10, but we turned up and they told us the card machine wasn’t working (the sign up saying this is quite old so it’s not a new problem…), ended up costing us €10 more with charges to take money out in a small town. If we’d have known in advance we could have taken cash out in Santiago. Please just let people know ahead, no one has cash to pay hotels without knowing in advance and most people are on a tight budget.

Very clean facilities and rooms. Owner kindly let us use the kitchen after a miscommunication. They also kindly helped us pay for a taxi when we didn’t have cash, much appreciated!

A bit far from the city center and there is not much nearby. Regarding the accommodation itself, we have only one minor complain: the toiletry products made available, the soap was no good, take your own.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2023Good size room with a wardrobe and a window. Staff very pleasant and answered all our questions. Good shower with warm water and good pressure. Communal kitchen and fridge if we needed it.
Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Nearly every hostel in South America offers eggs as standard, but not this place, which was a shame. There was plain bread, plain cheese and plain salami (two slices of each) provided. The milk was left on the counter to get warm all morning, and the coffee was instant. Location is a little out a town so a decent walk or an Uber was needed to get into the heart.
