The quiet location (off the main road), the size of the beds, and the swimming pool and the hot and cold filtered water dispenser.

Toilet near kitchen is smelly, so.we didn't use it.

Определено има нужда от закупуване на ново спално бельо и хавлии/кърпи за баня. Макар и след химическо по тях имаше много и големи петна.

Villa stupenda in ottima posizione a Seminyak, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro e 10-15 dalla spiaggia. La casa ha 3 stanze bellissime affacciate sul giardino/piscina, tutte con bagno privato. Arredamento moderno, piscina bellissima, staff disponibile e affidabile. Qualità prezzo imbattibili.

No hot water in one of the showers

The location was close to beach, shopping & quiet. Travelled with my wife, daughter & her husband & young children. The accomodation was spacious and nicely set out. Extra charge for sturdy pool- fence made it safe for the 3 & 5 year old, was worth it, the owners allowed late check out with extra fee. Bottled water- dispenser meant we did not buy lots of plastic containers. All of the staff very nice.

Villa Nil is located in the heart of Seminyak, but we did not hear any road noise. Easy access to other suburbs - Its location is in the middle of Legian/Kuta on the left side, and Kerobokan/Canggu on the right side. Their hospitality was excellent. They contacted me prior my arrival - to make sure everything was fine. The villa cleaners were friendly, polite and helpful. Thank you, Risthon!

Villa was in a perfect location and the set up of the villa around the pool was lovely. TV in the main area was great for a couple of the nights we didnt fancy going out. Kids loved it. Communication via whatsapp with the host was amazing and so easy.

Nothing - apart from the mosquitos but we invested in some repelant and coils to burn in the living areas and bathrooms

Needs better lighting in the bathroom. Maybe a shaving/ makeup mirror would be good. Too many mosquitoes! Needs fogging or spraying regularly.

The Villa was beautiful, spacious rooms, big pool & beautiful outdoor area! Staff were lovely and very accommodating to our needs, location was also good with a circle k, mini Marts, restaurants, tattoo parlours & spas only a short walking distance.

The villas are close together so you can hear others swimming or having a “party”, the Netflix didn’t work to well in the rooms & the pool was heated.

The picture shown is so much different in reality. The Villa is not as clean as what we see in the picture. The sofa is dirty, we dare not sit on it, the dining table with ants everywhere, kitchen, the sink was dirty too. I can said the villa is not well maintained. The bed was comfortable that I have good sleep. My advice to bring your own towel, the towel is dirty and stain. Overall it not worth it, i can find a better villa for what I pay.

Living the dream!! I spent 5 marvellous days at Nil Villa, and I loved it. As soon as I made the booking, the communication with the manager was on point! Very clear, friendly, easy to reach , and also very good at responding. Once I arrived at the villa I was mesmerised by that place! What a beauty! An amazing 3 bedroom villa with a beautiful outodor area and a great swimming pool. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless,the kitchen was very clean and well equipped, and the outdoor area was also very clean. In regard to location, the villa is right in Seminyak. Therefore, there are restaurants and shops within walk distance. As a matter of fact, there is a supermarket around the corner from the villa, I mean better impossible! I do highly recommend this place if you are looking for accommodation in seminyak!

One of the remotes for the media devices connected to television was not working. Didn't need to use the media devices or television for the whole stay.

Everything! Beautiful stylish villa with clean comfortable beds. We chose to eat out for meals but the kitchen was very well appointed if you wished to cook. Lovely pool and garden with mature trees was very inviting for relaxation. The bedrooms and bathrooms are well set out with wardrobes and good lighting. Location is close to restaurants and shops and very easy to hail taxis if necessary. The housekeeper Riston was fabulous. If anything was needed he was on it straight away. Very friendly and helpful with good English he made our stay more enjoyable. I would recommend this villa to anyone without hesitation. Enjoy!!

This is an open and spacious villa with a nice pool. The beds were really comfortable and the air con good. The staff were really nice and cruisy too. All in all, good value and a pretty central location.

seamless booking & the property was just like the photos. Riston was helpful and responded immediately if he had questions/ needed anything 😊 Super easy to get taxis or walk to restaurants & shops.
