المميزات: * صاحب الشاليه متعاون جدًا ومتواجد باستمرار، وكان بيرد علينا بسرعة في أي وقت. * حصلت مشكلة في السباكة أثناء إقامتنا، وتم التعامل معها ومحاولة حلها بسرعة. * الشاليه نفسه كويس، والـView جميل جدًا على البحر والـPool. * جميع التكييفات والمراوح والتليفزيون كانوا شغالين بشكل جيد. * الـPool نفسه كان كويس ومفيش أي مشكلة فيه.

العيوب: * أولًا، أنا بحترم جدًا جميع الأديان والمعتقدات، ومفيش عندي أي مشكلة إطلاقًا مع اختلاف الأديان. لكن الشاليه كان به عدد كبير جدًا من الأشياء والديكورات الدينية الخاصة بديانة صاحب الشاليه. من وجهة نظري، بما إن المكان بيتأجر تجاريًا وبيستقبل أشخاص من خلفيات ومعتقدات مختلفة، الأفضل أن تكون الشقة محايدة ومناسبة لجميع النزلاء، سواء كانوا مسلمين أو مسيحيين أو غير ذلك. * بالنسبة للبحر، لو أنت من الناس اللي بتحب تنزل البحر وتسبح، فأنا شخصيًا لا أنصح به. البحر مليء بالصخور والـSea Urchins، ويحتاج إلى ارتداء حذاء مخصص للمياه حتى تقدر تتحرك بأمان. * الوصول للبحر يتطلب عبور الطريق، وعبور الطريق كان خطرًا جدًا، خصوصًا لو معاك كبار في السن أو أطفال. * إحنا كنا مجموعة كبيرة، ومع ذلك، رغم دفع رسوم إضافية للأفراد والأطفال، كان الموجود في الشاليه فقط 4 أكواب و4 أطباق، وده كان غير كافٍ لعددنا. * مشكلة السباكة تطلبت أن أرافق السباك بنفسي لشراء الماسورة المطلوبة، ثم نرجع للشاليه مرة أخرى لتركيبها وإصلاح المشكلة. * بالنسبة للتأمين، تم إبلاغنا في البداية إنه سيتم رده يوم السبت. ولما سألنا لماذا لا يتم رده يوم الجمعة بما إننا كنا قد انتهينا من الإقامة بالفعل، كان الرد أن المبلغ 5000 جنيه وأن صاحب الشاليه ترك لنا الشاليه بمبلغ كبير. من وجهة نظرنا، التأمين له اتفاق واضح، وإحنا قمنا بدفعه بالكامل والتزمنا من جانبنا بكل المطلوب، وبالتالي كنا نتوقع أن يتم رده في الموعد المتفق عليه بدون ربطه بتكلفة الإيجار.وحاجه اخيره إيضاا أن المؤجر لم ياتى لمقابلتنا لأخد المفتاح ولكن ذهبنا إليه لحد مكان سكنه لتسليم المفتاح وقال انو كان مشغول وعنده حجات كتير يعملها

الموقع فقط كان جيدا اما الشاليه وصاحب المكان كانت التجربة الأسوء على الإطلاق! تجربة لن تتكرر ولا انصح بها

تجربة سيئة للغاية ولا أنصح بالإقامة فيهذا الشاليه للأسف، كانت هذه من أسوأ تجارب الإقامة التي مررت بها، خصوصًا من حيث مستوى النظافة، حالة المرافق والأثاث، والتعامل مع إدارة المكان. قبل الوصول، تواصل معي صاحب المكان وطلب مني دفع مبلغ 100 دولار خارج منصة Booking.com بحجة تأكيد الحجز، رغم أنني كنت قد تلقيت بالفعل رسالة تأكيد الحجز الرسمية من المنصة. كما أنني كنت قد أرسلت له مسبقًا بيانات أفراد العائلة والجوازات وعدد الأشخاص بالكامل مع ذلك بعد الوصول فوجئت بمحاولة فرض رسوم إضافية على الأطفال، وهو أمر لم يكن واضحًا أو متفقًا عليه مسبقًا عند إتمام الحجز. قبل الوصول، حرصت على التواصل معه بشكل واضح للتأكد من مستوى النظافة، وطلبت منه تحديدًا التأكد من أن الشاليه نظيف وجاهز للإقامة، فأكد لي أن المكان من أفخم وأنظف الأماكن. إلا أن الواقع كان مختلفًا تمامًا عن هذا الوصف. كانت حالة النظافة متدنية جدًا؛ المياه كانت تنزل بلون بني وأحيانًا أصفر، مع وجود روائح مقززة في دورات المياه، إلى درجة جعلت استخدام الحمام أو الاستحمام أمرًا مزعجًا للغاية. كما أن الأثاث كان قديمًا ومتهالكًا بشكل واضح، ولا يتناسب إطلاقًا مع الوصف الذي تم تقديمه لنا قبل الوصول. أما بالنسبة للتكييف، فكانت هناك مشكلة واضحة في كفاءة التبريد، ومع ذلك تم احتساب مبالغ إضافية بحجة استهلاك الكهرباء، وجرى خصمها من مبلغ التأمين. وهذا الأمر كان محل استغراب بالنسبة لنا، خصوصًا أن التكييفات لم تكن تعمل بالكفاءة المطلوبة، وكانت درجة التبريد ضعيفة جدًا. اما الانترنت فقد فرض عليه رسوم إضافية فلم نستخدمه. كذلك تم إبلاغنا بأنه يوجد خدمة عملاء متاحة وأن الطلبات يتم التعامل معها خلال عشر دقائق، لكن لم يكن هناك خدمة عملاء أبداً. ومن الأمور التي أزعجتنا أيضًا كثرة الرموز والصور الدينية داخل الشاليه بشكل ملحوظ، وهو ما جعل المكان غير مريح بالنسبة لنا من الناحية الدينية والشخصية. نحن نحترم جميع الأديان والمعتقدات، ونرى أن أماكن الإقامة السياحية يفترض أن تكون مهيأة لاستقبال ضيوف من خلفيات ومعتقدات مختلفة، دون فرض طابع ديني كثيف على مساحة الإقامة. والأكثر إزعاجًا أن هذه المشاكل لم تكن واضحة لنا قبل الوصول.

An absolutely wonderful stay! Everything deserves appreciation and excellence, starting with the kind and Mr. Raouf. He is an exceptional host who goes above and beyond to ensure the comfort of his guests. My sincere thanks and appreciation to him for providing everything needed to make guests happy and comfortable. He is always welcoming, with a warm smile and cheerful attitude. 😀 The chalet is fully equipped to the highest standards, spotlessly clean, and beautifully furnished. The décor gives you the feeling of being on a lovely seaside cruise. The chalet also features beautiful artworks created by Mr. Raouf’s talented wife, which add a special touch of joy and elegance to the place. 🤩 All services are conveniently available, including a Best Way Hypermarket in the same complex. The beach is directly opposite the chalet, and there are three swimming pools available for guests. The location offers a high level of privacy, making it perfect for families. It was truly an outstanding experience, and I will definitely be returning many times in the future. Highly recommended!

Unfortunately, the sea is on the opposite side, and this is not preferred for me, and the beach is not paved at the time, and the place in the evening is very boring, but we had a car, so we could move outside the village

The property exceeded expectations in every way. It was spotless, thoughtfully equipped, and clearly well cared for. The two pools were a wonderful bonus perfect for relaxing at any time of day. The beach was equally impressive, while it’s rocky, the water is exceptionally clear and beautiful, making it well worth it. A special mention goes to the host, Mr. Raof, who was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive throughout the stay, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience booking a chalet in Ain Sokhna, Egypt. The chalet was extremely well-equipped, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. The views of the sea and pool were absolutely stunning, and the community was peaceful and welcoming. It’s located next to a very large supermarket, which was very convenient for stocking up on supplies. The chalet was beautifully furnished, and the value for the price was unbeatable. A special thank you to Mr. Raoof and Madam for their exceptional hospitality and attention to detail – it truly made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I had a fantastic stay at the chalet in Ain Sokhna! From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly generous and welcoming — he went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment itself is modern, clean, and beautifully furnished — a perfect place to relax after a day by the sea. Speaking of the sea, it’s absolutely stunning! The water is crystal clear and perfect for both swimming and snorkeling. We spent hours enjoying the vibrant marine life and calm waves. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with great hospitality and amazing seaside experiences, I highly recommend staying at this place. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The owner was very kind and responsive. Everything was amazing, the chalet was very clean and had everything we needed all kitchen utilities, large TV screen and comfortable beds with cold AC's. The location was amazing too, porto sokhna is a 3 minute drive and bestway market is a 2 minute walk. We had SO much fun definitely recommend!!!!

We were asked to check out 2 hours early because other guests were coming. However, we were told that there were specific check in times and we would not be able to check in early on arrival. So it was rather impolite to ask us to check out early.

The chalet was fully very good equipped with a good level of cleaning. The owner was so helpful and decent.

Nothing related to the apartment or the resort itself, just the beach is rockey and needs lots of improvements and caring.

Everything about the chalet was outstanding, from the cleanliness to the amenities to the owner's treatment. The place is very spacious and the location is great, you can walk 3 mins to get to the biggest supermarket in the area (Bestway) and almost 10 mins to the best restaurant in the area (The Grill). Overall 10/10 super clean and the owner is a truly nice person.

I have no negative comments whatsoever on the owner or the chalet. But if there's one thing to be critical about with this resort in general is that you only have access to the beach until 7 PM, which was a bummer. You can still sit by the pool or elsewhere but you can't access the beach.

The location was perfect. The place inside and outside was spectacular . The sea area was clean with chairs to sit on . The pool was well kept clean with a life guard.. owner was extremely nice and welcoming he helped us a lot. The house had everything you needed it was well kept. .

Just the sea was disappointing full of rocks, but we managed to visit elsewhere to enjoy it . Even though we didn't like huge rocks in front of the sea, we sat on the lovely chairs on the sand area and enjoyed the sunset , the place had few people. Watching dolphins in the sea made my children happy.

Huge apartment neat and clean with all the facilities included . The balcony view was amazing. The best part was the swimming pools and private beach which was included in the stay . Overall amazing experience . The owner was very kind to us and even helped us with pick up and drop . Would 100% visit again.

chalet is in lasiesta 3, it was fully equipped, all rooms were air conditioned, all electrical/gas devices were good quality and in a very good condition, view was great overlooking the gardens, pool, and sea, "best way" super market is steps away and it had everything we needed even items we don't easily find in cairo, there are slots to park your car behind the chalet, beach was clean and calm, waves were low and it was much fun, pool was fun as well, owner is very friendly and supportive

as for the majority of ain sokhna beaches, you must have your aqua shoes to avoid urchins and rocks on the beach, also just in case it's crowded the pool might be too small to accomodate for all visitors, however this was not the case for us

The owner was so hospital, and the chalet was so clean and equipped with all necessities and so relaxing... we enjoyed the stay there so much...thanks Mr.Raouf and his lovely wife....

The apartment was spacious and very well ventilated. Free access to swimming pools. Amazing pool and sea view from the apartment. Beds were super comfy. Fully equipped kitchen. A super market on the doorstep. Hosts (Mr and Mrs Rauf) were very polite and courteous. Very walkable compound.

Adding WiFi to the facility could add more value. Approaching other attractions like beach, resorts, restaurants etc. is not possible without a car.
