No hot water in A105 room shower

Quiet location but very close to Pub Street and other bars/restaurants. Room was quite large with a balcony overlooking the pool. Very comfortable 4 poster bed.

Shower was a little temperamental difficult to get temperature right.

La localisation ! Proche de tt Le personnel est gentil même s'ils sont très discrets. Les lits sont confortables et la clim fonctionne bien.

Il manque une endroit chaleureux pour partager avec les locaux ou les autres touristiques : il n'y a pas de restaurant ni de Bar ou de café dans l'hôtel donc c'est l'acceuil et les chambres. Il n'y a pas de table ou d'endroits pour se poser. La piscine est petite et froide... Il y a beaucoup de bruit ( on entend l'ambiance de pub street... Si vous êtes au 4eme étage comme nous, les marches sont très grandes et c'est bien fatiguant.

Very nice small hotel not so far away from the party zone. Good air conditioner clean rooms. Quiet in the night, unless you have like we had a group of young teenagers coming home from party at 2:00 in the night. Spacious room and big beds.

Only one towel per person and a big bathtub for showering is not very convenient.

The location was perfect for the night market, pub street and food. The staff are nice and friendly too.

No restaurant or breakfast available, beds are hard and the mosquito s are really bad.

The staff were all friendly and accommodating the room was comfortable, spotless and everything worked as expected. The location was perfect 5 minutes from pub street so quiet with plenty of restaurants, bars and shopping at your doorstep. This hotel is excellent value for money and I would highly recommend it.

The absence of a lift may be an issue for some.

Everything was great about the hotel. Very well cleaned room. Very helpful and kind reception staff. In the center and walking distance to all places. The bed was so comfortable. If I travel back, this is the place to stay.

Central location with restaurants bars and shopping all within walking distance and yet very quiet inside. The people in the front desk are extremely nice and helpful. Rooms very clean and large. The pool was great and an necessity because of the high humidity in Cambodia.

This is the third time I have stayed here over 5 years. Great location! Staff are helpful. Property is very clean. Beds are comfortable. Loved the pool. Very affordable.

The accommodation requires a bit of maintenance. But if you have an issue the staff respond quickly and warmly.

The staff try to scam you for any marks on the pillows or bedding that is basic wear and tear, when it only needs a good wash. Take photos of any damage or wear and tear in your room as they will try and blame you for the most pathetic things, be aware.

Me and a group of friends did a visa run to Siem Reap and we all booked into Rithy Rine. It's perfect - the location is 2 minutes walk from 7-11 (which we love), right next to plenty of restaurants, bars, and spas, and is 3 minutes walk from pub street and the main area. And somehow it is still perfectly quiet! The rooms are big with high ceilings, it's perfectly clean, the beds are comfy, and the pool area is like a little oasis. The staff is also sooooo friendly and extremely helpful. We had everything we needed and more! I would stay here again for sure 👍

No lift

Very nice and helpful staff. I was afraid that it would be too noisy as some reviews said, but it was fine. You could hear some music from nearby bars, but not too loud. I had a balcony, as most rooms do I think. Wifi was working fine too. Location is excellent.

The location is great! Walkable area. It's a cute hotel, with a nice pool area. The room is adequate in size. Nice balcony overlooking the pool. Staff is very friendly and helpful. There is no elevator so you do need to carry your luggage up if you are not on the first floor.

The shower area of the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Not one time but long term cleanliness. The first floor guests were LOUD in the pool. Not the hotel's fault but it was late and they could have said something to their guests. Wifi was not great.

The location is very central, easy walking to markets and Pub Street, but still quiet. The staff were lovely and helpful. Very close to lots of tasty and value for money eateries.

Unfortunately we had problems with the toilet from the second day onwards. Staff were very quick to attend to it each time.

Location was good. Room was very good size with a balcony. The room was clean and service was very good. Young people and reception was really helpful. We didn’t try breakfast this time. An air condition was great. I would say everything was perfectly fine except the shower. The pressure was pretty weak. I would say it’s only one uncomfortable thing in this hotel. Beside that everything is really good. Definitely I would recommend this hotel from my friends. I’m sure next time this hotel will be for my crew.

If you would make good water pressure in the shower, your hotel would be the best to me.

Rithy Rine is a boutique Cambodian owned and run hotel, very well located close to Pub Street. It is very reasonably priced and great value for money. Exceptional staff with great English.

The pool area has mosquitoes, not much that can be done about that. And the hotel does not have a gym.

Central but quite area, big room with great balcony, big shower, comfy bed and amazing value for money. But most: the BEST hotel staff ever! Highly recommended 👌

Perfect location. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and riverside. Clean room, comfortable bed and complete with amenities. Nice swimming pool area to relax. Definitely recommend this place.

Everything, it was perfect. It is clean, in a really good location and the rooms are big. The staff really make this hotel though, they are probably kindest people I have come across whilst travelling! They are all so happy and friendly and it made stayed there a very nice experience so thank you!

Staff very helpful ,always very polite and close to all the restaurants and nightlife if you want it.Room was clean and the room cleaned nicely when I asked for itto be done while I was visiting the temples.

There was only 4 hangars in the cupboard and no shelves to put your clothes and there was plenty space for more clothes storage.Safety box is not bolted down if someone did happen to break in the room they can just pick up the safe and remove it.

The mosquitoes on the balcony of room 308 were awful. Also it’s minor, but having a separate soap for the bath sink would be nice so you don’t have to grab it from the wet shower. Still I really enjoyed my stay.

Hard bed and no elevator

The morning receptionists, Roth and Nit, were very friendly, including the afternoon staff Thida and Kakada; as well as Rado and Meas, who managed the reception at night. All were super friendly and helpful and a great asset to the hotel.

Very nice hotel where I based myself to visit all Angkor area. Quiet at night, comfortable beds, nice AC, great space, even the room had a balcony with nice views although I preferred not to use it because there were a lot of mosquitoes in the area

The room was spacey and comfortable, with a large bed. The pool in the courtyard is a nice addition, especially after a hot day. Most of the staff speaks good English. The location is very convenient, as there are restaurants, shops, and markets around.

Unfortunately, minutes before we left, the staff wanted to check the room and said that there was a bedrunner missing from the room. It was demanded we pay $5 for the bedrunner or unpack our baggage to show we do not have it (which was not possible, as our taxi was about to arrive). This left me with an unpleasant feeling after all the nice days, and I do not think we will return. Also, the windows do not really block the sound from the outside, and the street gets quite noisy - have that in mind when booking!
