Elegimos este alojamiento por tener buena puntuación en booking pero la mayoría destacan por la amabilidad del personal la cual si era cierto ya que nos ayudaron mucho, pero las habitaciones dejaban harto que desear. La piscina era amplia y agradable, la comida del restaurante, desayuno tipo buffet era aceptable.

Nuestra habitaciones era oscura, las ventanas estaban pintadas por lo que no entraba luz natural, había un foco del techo malo y una lámpara de velador mala. La ducha del baño tenía solo una dirección la cual la volvía incómoda, la llave para dar el agua era una llave paso. Ademas ellos nos coordinaron un tour con guía en español y al día siguiente no llegó, nadie nos informó, tuvimos que preguntar y afortunadamente pudieron enviar a otro pero casi 2 horas más tarde.

Teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommene Zimmer, z.B. Fliese gesprungen habe mich am Fuss verletzt. Dauergedudel beim Restaurant. Täglich die gleiche Musik den ganzen Tag. Etwas mehr Engagement um mehr musikalische Abwechslung zu bieten wäre gefragt. Lärmende Gäste im Pool zu später Stunde. Nach meiner Beschwerde vom Balkon aus kehrte sofort Ruhe ein. Es ist Aufgabe des Managements, das Hotel so zu führen, dass Gäste nicht von anderen Gästen gestört werden. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Ort mit Potential; hier und da könnte nachgebessert werden.

10/10 we couldn’t recommend this place enough, the staff were so kind and helpful at every step, the pool was fantastic, the breakfast amazing and it’s in such a great area, you can get everything from laundry, renting a bike, tuk tuk, helping book tours and transportation to other areas, just brilliant.

The first impression when arriving here was how friendly, gentle, and polite the staff were. Thank you for the glass of orange juice — it was delicious. The room was clean, and the atmosphere was warm and cozy. I really loved the classic style of this place, as well as the thoughtful arrangement of everything in the room. Siem Reap is a beautiful city, and it feels even more beautiful because of your sincerity and kindness. Thank you very much. I hope I will have the opportunity to come back again someday.

Zimmer waren für unsere Ansprüche absolut perfekt. Die Lage war ausserdem super. Kurzen Fußweg in Old Town und auch Supermarkt, Restaurant etc alles in der Nähe.

A quiet place and close to the city. We walked around 4 minutes. Amazing staff good food, kind and friendly driver. Good service we can contact and they are waiting to help us 24 hours. They have 3 buildings and 2 pools. You can change the building, because they will upgraded you if possible and enjoy both pools.

Excellent staff and place. They have three buildings and two pools. I booked a small room with a garden view but they upgraded me to the big room with balcony and pool view. It's amazing 😍. I booked only three nights and then I extend 1 month here. The hotel gave me a good price.

The location is very good, the staff are all very nice & very helpful they are all young students sometimes the language barrier was a bit difficult when i was trying to explain my problems, regarding the rooms i was told wen i arrived i had been upgraded to a bigger better room with a balcony that sounded wonderful but i soon found out it was in another building there is 3 different buildings here my room was too far away & up 2 big flight of steep steps the room was lovely but i also had what seemed like local kids running about from the pool making the steps very wet, i asked to see the room i booked i found this to be in the main building on the ground floor, it had two beds which wasnt what i actually booked, so it made the room very small but it was fine i liked it. But after 3 nights out of my 7 i was asked to move to another room building number 3 something to do with water pipes underground i was disappointed to be moved & found communication quite difficult the room i was moved to was massive & had a bath lovely i thought but no hot water infact only a dribble of cold water & above a kitchen so very noisy at 5am so i was moved once again to a lovely room right next to the pool where i was very happy i had everything i needed lots of clean towels, hot water. I had an enjoyable last 3 nights there. Also the food there was very good.

All the moving about & the frustration of not knowing why at first i was been moved, although i do appreciate the students are doing their very best with speaking English & to help anyway they can.

The room design looks good, but the tiles have some stains, likely due to age and wear. A bit of extra maintenance could help make the room feel fresher.

Wonderful, quiet and clean accommodation. Lovely individual rooms with all the amenities needed. Ideally located, it has very good WiFi and is impeccably clean. A real highlight is the first-rate, very professional and friendly staff. They made my time in Siem Reap feel like I was home.

I always come back to stay here when I come to visit Siem Reap. The price is good I can save more money especially when I stay longer. I love all the staff here. They are friendly and wait to help you with everything. At this hotel they have a lot of students come to training here. It is amazing. I like to use all services in this hotel because I got all good prices and safety. I can especially support the students here. I have a lot of memories here. I highly recommend it to all of you if you come to visit in Siem Reap. You can try to stay here.

L’hôtel est très bien situé pas loin du Old Market. Malgré quelques petits problèmes de climatisation et d’eau, je salue les efforts du personnel pour solutionner rapidement. Un grand bravo à eux et pour cela je reviendrai à Wat Damnak. La piscine est un atout avec cette grosse chaleur d’Avril 2026

素晴らしい滞在でした！ホテルもスタッフのサービスもとても良かったです。 パブストリートやナイトマーケットまで歩いて10分ほど、アンコールワットへはトゥクトゥクで20分ほどで行ける好立地です。 予約していたのはヴィラの方でしたが、向かいにあるホテルへと無料でアップグレードしていただきました。 部屋をどちらもチェックさせてもらいましたが、2倍以上の広さのある部屋になりました。シャワーも水圧は弱めではありますがお湯が出ます。 部屋にはセーフティボックスと、無料の水、ポットも用意されています。 朝ごはんも日替わりでとてもおいしかったです。 アンコールワットを巡るためのトゥクトゥク1日チャーターも、信頼できるドライバーを手配をしてくれました。 また、最終日にチェックアウトしたあと、夜22時のバスでホーチミンへ行く予定だったのですが、 それまで荷物を預かってくれた上に空いている部屋のシャワーまで使わせていただきました。 スタッフの方々とホテルのおかげでとても素晴らしい旅になり、シェムリアップが大好きになりました！ またカンボジアへ行く際は是非利用したいと思います。

The staff was very kind and helpful. Bar, restaurant and Pool is in the other garden just across the road. Very nice breakfast. We had the cheaper room which was in one of the lovely cottages in a lush garden.

Inside the room was very tight. The bathroom was even tighter and had a "western saloon" style door, which did not provide any privacy at all. The bedsheet and towels were very worn and did not have a nice, crisp, clean feel. These are facts, no complaints. We loved our stay regardless.

In einer ruhigen Ecke gelegen und trotzdem nur 3- 5 min vom Zentrum und den Restauranta entfernt. Überaus freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Da mein Zimmer ein wenig versteckt und mit vielen Pflanzen umgeben war, hatte ich Moskitos als Dauergast. Einmal angesprochen und sofort hatte ich ein Moskitonetz über meinem Bett. Wirklich nett! Frühstücksbuffett prima mit viel Obst und allem Drum und Dran.

Отдыхали в феврале 2026г. В Сием-Реап по отзывам в чате и на букинг взяли отель - Villa Damnak (он же Residence Damnak). НО!!! НЕ рекомендую. Номер ооочень мал, обшарпан, вдвоём еле обходили кровать, чтоб не столкнуться. Тв нет. Вода в душе еле теплая, нет никаких крючком для полотенец, гигиенический душ тоже лежит на полу. Дверь-это ставни с щелями, комары ночью залетали на свет. Поменять номер не захотели нам. Зубных щеток и шампуней не дают. Полотенца не меняли, не убирали. Матрас старый, белье потрёпанное серое и не свежее. Было очень не комфортно спать и ходить босиком по полу-ощущение,что не мыто(. На улице вместо плафона висит бутылка от пятилитровой банки воды. На кондиционере висел дохлый большой жук. На наш испуг увиденным- персонал ответил "Это не страшно, он мертв". И даже не стали убирать. Завтраки средние, голодными не будете. На выезде на ресепе очень просят оставить на сайте бронирования хороший отзыв. Но я пишу не по просьбе, а для людей). За эти денюшки можно поискать отель с лучшим комфортом. Если приложить немного рук и усилий- можно это место сделать приятным для людей. Но не делают, продают то, что есть.

Did not stay there. Manager email me the night before my departure to inform me they were still doing repairs and would not be able to accommade me. But I could stay at there sister hotel. Then I heard nothing else from them until I was already in Cambodia. Luckly I did not give my credit card.

The hotel is very green and authentic. The staff are helpful, attentive and willing to please. Our family rented three rooms. They were all different, old but clean.

Very poor breakfast, but service like a restaurant. There were few working sockets in the rooms and a refrigerator was only in one of the three rooms.

Le personnel est absolument adorable. L’emplacement est top. Le rapport qualité/prix est parfait. Les piscines sont très agréables, le petit dej est très correct. Ma première chambre était assez sommaire, j’ai demandé à changer, ce qui s’est fait sans problème. Privilégiez quand c’est possible les chambres en étage.

Hôtel bien placé, tout prêt de Pub Street et de l’animation mais suffisamment à l’écart pour ne pas être gêné par le bruit. Personnel aux petits soins. Le prix des activités proposées est correct. Ils se sont occupés de réserver bus et ferry pour nous. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour!
