Reviewed Oct 14, 2026This is a stunning home, very peaceful and serene. The perfect place to stay after a long Camino walk. The hosts were exceptionally pleasant, helpful and kind. The room is a good size, with a kitchenette and bathroom, everything was clean and in good condition

Reviewed Oct 13, 2026This is a wonderful place to stay. It’s clean you get a whole apartment. The husband and wife are very very nice. I would recommend this to everyone. It sits out in the country a little bit off the beaten path, but it’s worth going to it. They were very, very helpful because I went there on a holiday and nothing was open and they ordered me a pizza and gave me a Coke. It made me feel very welcome. I can’t say enough. Highly recommend this place. Beautiful home.

Reviewed Oct 11, 2026The apartment was spotless, with a clean, comfortable bed and everything I needed after a long day of walking — a bathtub, a full kitchen, and a lovely terrace. The hosts are incredibly kind and thoughtful. There is a restaurant in the area, but I was too tired to walk there, so I ordered a homemade sandwich and salad from the hosts — they were delicious, and I’d recommend ordering them if you don’t feel like going out. It’s a peaceful, quiet spot right on the Camino just before Redondela. If you’re walking the Camino Portugués, book this place — you won’t regret it. I’d like to take this opportunity to thank you once again for your warm hospitality.

Reviewed Jul 18, 2025Very nice local accommodation during camino tour. Room is situated in big garden near house of owner. Easy communication with owner before arrival. Owner wait for even we came little bit late. Owner was very polite and she also ordered pizza delivery from local pizza restaurant for us. We could use owners private pool.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2024Very good for a one night stay if walking the Camino, or before going to the airport. Very clean, comfortable beds, kitchen has what you would need. Good garden, views of the valley etc. Great parking. Owners friendly.
Very narrow approach roads for about 2km. Realistically, it's a 1 or 2 night stay place - don't book it for longer. You need to have food & drink with you - nothing nearby within walking distance. Owners maybe a little to friendly - when I want to go I want to go, not stand chatting.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2024The hosts, Susana and her husband, warmly and cheerfully welcomed us. They made sure that we were comfortable. They offered to prepare breakfast for us and even allowed us to use their washing machine. The place is clean, modern and comfortable and had a kitchen that we could use. It’s a relaxing space with lounging chairs outside where you can enjoy the view. There’s even a pool that you can use!

Plus, our baggage was misdelivered to a different location and Suzanne helped us resolve this. I cannot recommend enough. Oh, and the grounds are just beautiful! Such a serene and beautiful property. ❤️

Reviewed Apr 26, 2024The hosts were the best thing about it but the place itself was exceptional as well. Everything looked brand new and super clean. It had everything you would need and more. The hosts even gave us free beer and shared their salad with us :D
The room became damp in the night because of the stone but even with that, I would stay there again. It was lovely.

Reviewed Sep 27, 2023I got sick on Camino and needed a place to rest for a couple days. The hosts here are really exceptional, and took terrific care of me. The apartment is private, quiet, and well equipped with a large comfortable bed, a kitchen, nice bathroom and A/C. It is on the edge of a fruit orchard and has stunning views of the landscape. The apartment is about a 6 minute walk from the Camino path.
The only downside I found was that it is a bit of a walk into town, however, the hosts offered to drive me if I wanted to go there.
