Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Lovely location, the apartment was fantastic it was everything we needed and close to shops and a few minutes walk to angry birds park. Taxi to Santa village and airport both less than 10minutes and never needed to wait more than 5 minutes for one to arrive.
We couldn’t figure out how to turn the heat down we found it a little hot for us, we did try to turn the radiators to cool but they still stayed warm

One of the beds the mechanism broke down and we have to move the day bed out as a replacement. Other that than all is good.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2025Hemos quedado muy contentos con el alojamiento y con el anfitrión. Desde el primer momento respondió siempre muy rápido a mis mensajes y en una ocasión en que necesitamos su ayuda durante la estancia, se personó en el apartamento en menos de cinco minutos. Además, estuvo muy atento con nosotros y nos dio muchos consejos para nuestra estancia y para poder ver las auroras boreales, gracias a sus indicaciones finalmente conseguimos verlas. El apartamento estaba muy bien equipado, cómodo y completo, y se notaba que tanto el mobiliario como los electrodomésticos eran bastante nuevos. Nos hemos sentido muy a gusto durante la estancia. Éramos una familia de 5 (2 adultos y 3 niños) y nos hemos apañado fenomenal.
Como detalle puntual, uno de los días movimos ligeramente el sofá y se notaba que debajo no se había barrido desde hacía tiempo, aunque nada grave. Por otro lado, solicité con varios meses de antelación la posibilidad de entrar antes de la hora de checkin. Me indicaron que no podían confirmarlo hasta pocos días antes de la llegada y, tras preguntar en varias ocasiones, finalmente me dijeron que no era posible porque necesitaban tiempo para limpiar, algo que entiendo perfectamente, pero es cierto que estuve hasta el último momento con la esperanza de poder entrar antes, cuando probablemente ya se sabía que no iba a ser posible. Lo menciono solo como sugerencia de mejora en la comunicación. Por último, el precio nos resultó algo elevado, aunque entendemos que probablemente sea el precio habitual en la zona y en esas fechas. En conjunto, una experiencia muy positiva y un alojamiento totalmente recomendable!
