Heel ruim appartement, er ontbrak niets, alles was er. Hele fijne lokatie midden in het centrum.

De trap omhoog was heel smal en het was onmogelijk om de koffers omhoog te tillen. Het katrol werkte niet, een ruimere trap zou echt een vereiste zijn.

Nos gustó mucho la ubicación. Resulto cómodo para salir a pasear caminando y conocer el centro de la isla. Por otro lado, el estacionamiento fue un problema.

Fueron muy incómodas las escaleras. Las camas eran muy blandas y las habitaciones muy pequeñas con muy poco espacio para circular cómodamente. En toda la propiedad había poca iluminación y luces quemadas, lámparas que estaban pero no se podían conectar por los enchufes diferentes. Muy mala comunicación con los administradores.

Apartamento amplio y comodo en el centro de la ciudad. Totalmente equipado.

La escalera para acceder a la segunda planta es muy incomoda. Un poco descuidado con humedades y no totalmente limpio. El la ducha del baño de la segunda planta desbordaba y hacia que el agua caiga en la primera planta. No aceptan el pago con la tarjeta que se carga en Booking para la reserva, cuando informan que se puede pagar a traves de un link externo informan de un sobrecosto de 4% salvo que se pague con tarjeta de debito. cuando consulté sobre eso despues de muchas idas y vueltas confirman que con tarjeta de debito tambien hay un sobrecosto de 4%. asi que el precio de la publicacion no es real. Hay limite diario de uso de la energia electrica.

Spacious place Central location (Be aware you still need a rental car if you want to go visit anything, even a proper supermarket.)

Dishwasher door doesn't close, which made it unusable. Table lights throughout the house don't have the correct powerplug for the poweroutlet it's close to, so you can never switch the light on. (Especially the lamps at the bed leave you without a bedlight.) On top of that many ceiling lightbulbs are broken, even in the hallway outside the apartment. Combi magnetron/oven too dirty, didn't put any food in there. Easy things to fix if they just take a day to properly review the apartment themselves.

Las escaleras, son super incómodas. Llevábamos un adulto mayor y un niño....nunca leí nada respecto a las escaleras

Great Location , beautiful area

First day bedroom faucet was broken someone fixed, tried to open bedroom window wouldn’t open , no one came to fix, living room window off track could fall out , no one came to fix. Removed cushions from sofa bed MULTIPLE GROSS STAINS ON CUSHIONS! No bed sheets no one brought any sheets. Leak outside our front door next to stairs (from rain) no one addressed leak. Leaked for 2 more days. Hallway was filthy with hair and dirt, the same hair and dirt was there when we checked out. I requested a 2hr late check right after request my phone fell in water , so there was no further contact until my phone turned on morning of check, I gave a $300 deposit so everything should be fine, I thought. Went for breakfast check out morning returned to room to have housekeeping in the bathroom relieving her bowels she had her bags and her belongings on our suitcases and bags, I informed her we have a late check, she ignored and started to throw out our things from the refrigerator , and packing items that we purchased in a bag and put items with her belongings, (I wish I could post video)I wanted to avoid a confrontation so I called management told him what was taking place and he spoke to her in English same language I speak and told her to leave. He then stated housekeeping is a separate company, I guess CORAL & COCO is not responsible for my loss. We left right after that. On 1/9/25 I initially posted my review, CORAL & COCO reached out and stated if I REMOVE MY REVIEW they will compensate me $150, I agreed I figured at least I get back something back . It’s March 1,2025 and I RECEIVED NOTHING! They stated they sent $130 minus $20 late check out fee, smh. To date , it’s been a back and forth I have forwarded bank statement proving nothing was deposited and they continue to tell me “we are looking into it” it’s 2 months later! Don’t stay at this location CORAL & COCO there are so many beautiful places to stay on the island that I have had a phenomenal stay.

The size and location (in the Punda district) of the apartment, which is well equipped. It was very easy to pick-up the keys at the airport office (located across from the arrivals hall exit).

Despite arriving after the check-in time and being given the keys, the apartment was NOT prepared/readied prior to our arrival (no towels, toiletries, no coffee maker present, several non-working light bulbs). The room was extremely hot upon arrival as the A/C was turned off (for energy conservation), blackout curtains being opened, and all the windows being closed (creating a hot house environment). Half the pillows were "flat" while the others were passable.

Location was good - that’s about it though. Place itself was dirty, moldy, broken, etc…

Nearly everything. main AC didn’t work - breaker kept tripping. Panel fell off the wall injured one of us. Mold all over, paint leaking all over, hole in floor, laundry room extensive water damage, coffee maker didn’t function properly, stairs falling apart. Place is a dump. Management completely unresponsive to the issues. Worst place we have stayed in a long long time. If I could give it lower rating I would. Will be fighting the charges with my CC - yes it was that bad. Def far better and cheaper options than this place. Also of note. It’s 3 bedrooms upstairs and only one bathroom - which is in a bedroom - awkward. Also the free parking - is really - try to find a spot in town parking a there is no actual parking associated with the place. The ads are all extremely misleading. Def avoid this place… I’ll be posting pictures as well everywhere I can to hopefully stop others from being taken advantage of by this company. Yes - it was that bad.

its clean has everything … was greeted with drinks in the fridge. it is in the city, easy parking space. big beds spacious rooms.

The bed in master is too soft and caves towards the middle which makes it a little awkward to sleep. also, ceiling fans in both the main floor and upstairs would greatly increase airflow and reduce AC usage. Other than that the place was amazing

we ran out of water twice the staff was extremely racist and rude ( the lady forgot the keys inside the apartment, so upon arrival : which was late, and they were advised about our arrival time) we ended up waiting outside the door like homeless people past midnight to get in the apartment. when the lady showed up. no apologies, no compensation, but she made sure the bring the audacity to tell us that she was doing us a favor by letting us in at that time “ MIND YOU, they didn’t make the necessary arrangements for our arrival after payments and knowing we would be getting in around 10pm) . she told us that she is doing us a favor to open the door because she had been working since 8am with an attitude. something that would have never happened if we were white. As medical professionals, this was heartbreaking to deal with after traveling all day, and on top, been over 80 countries in the world, we have never received or encountered such treatment. DO BETTER !!!

Every other thing was excellent. We Did enjoy our stay, and look forward to stay again in the future. It was Clean, and Just like on the pictures

•Wifi wasn't working properly •The Airco in the living room wasn"t Cooling •The Mattress, in the room with the bathroom, was sagging (The ones in the other rooms were good)

Great location and very spacious apartment.

The staircase to the upper floor was narrow but this was a minor flaw.
