De locatie en de inrichting

Geen afzuigkap en de afwerking in de badkamer en het innen van de boeg ipv het te reserveren. Ik mocht het gelukkig Cash betalen maar daardoor weer naar het vliegveld. Jammer dat er in de tweede slaapkamer geen mogelijkheid was om je spullen op te hangen. Je bent afhankelijk van wanneer de andere wakkwr is die in de kamer slaapt met de kleding kast. On overzichtelijk met te veel tekst zonder kopteksten.

A coral and coco que administra os apartamentos exige pagamento direto com eles e não com a booking. Depois que pagamos o valor indicado pelo booking, a coral and coco enviou novas mensagens informando mais taxas de limpeza e tarifas locais além da indicada pelo site da booking. No Entanto, apesar de pagarmos mais de 100 dólares pela limpeza, a equipe só limpa o apartamento a cada 5 dias, ou seja nos 8 dias em que ficamos só houve 1 dia de oinpeza e troca de toalhas. Quando chegamos nos foi cobrado mais 400 dólares e a atendente não soube informar que não poderíamos usar cartão de débito somente crédito. O check out é às 11 da manhã e não meio dia. O funcionário da limpeza foi super simpático mas fica na porta do apartamento cada atraso de uma hora cobram 10 dólares a mais.

Debería haber un horno, al menos eléctrico, y cubiertos acorde al lugar. Sería bueno un placard o algún mueble para la ropa en la habitación principal. La luz del espejo del baño no funciona.

Tem bastante movimento na rua, não me incomodou tanto mas para quem tem sono leve o barulho pode ser ruim. Não tem estacionamento, pode ser um ponto bem negativo nos dias lotados, não tem onde parar o carro nas ruas. Alguns eletoônicos e utensílios bem antigos na casa

De locatie was top, het appartement was ook lekker ruim!

Keuken is toe aan vervanging, bij aankomst was het niet helemaal schoon het appartement maar dat was snel opgelost. Jammer ook dat als je je beddengoed wilde vervangen je dat moest wassen en ophangen op balkon omdat er geen vervangende was om meteen op je bed te doen.Ik had eerlijk gezegd meer verwacht van het appartement voor de prijs die je uiteindelijk betaald. Je moet ook rekening houden met de verbruik van de airco etc en het word echt heel heet in het appartement want de zon staat er de hele dag op. Was leuk voor een keer maar niet meer helaas.

Die Lage direkt am Ufer in der Nähe der Königin Emma Brücke. Auch wenn diese im Betrieb deutlich zu hören ist (auch spät abends und in der Früh). Alles war fussläufig erreichbar. Wir saßen oft am Abend auf dem Balkon und haben den Ausblick sehr genossen.

Der Stromverbrauch ist auf täglich 40kw/h beschränkt, darüber hinaus muss extra bezahlt werden. Wäre kein Problem wenn der Stromzähler für uns einsehbar gewesen wäre. So wussten wir keinen Anfangs- bzw. Endbestand der kw/h

La ubicación, la comodidad y la vista

This fabulous, spacious apartment is in a prime location in Willemstad. It overlooks the famous Pontjesbrug and is very close to many great restaurants.

This is the perfect location for us.

Unit 6C needs a very good deep clean. When we arrived our feet got dirty when we walked from bathroom to the bedroom. Pieces of ripped papers on floor, rugs and decorative bedroom pillows needed cleaning. Stove top was not cleaned in a very long time and I spent many hours getting it cleaned. Oven was very dirty, especially the tray had a lot of grease on it. Coffee pot was broken, then replaced with a disgustingly dirty one that required a deep cleaning before use. Mess on bathroom walls and tiles wasn’t cleaned off. Good thing we never sat in the chair in bedroom as it was broken and we would have ended up on the floor. We documented things that were broken, ripped, etc so we didn’t get charged for damages. There needs to be more dishes and cutlery. Pot lids are broken and you need to be careful when using them.

Great Location in Historic Willemstad

There is a nearby convenience store, but a car/taxi is needed to visit supermarkets if you are self catering.

we could not use the tv and the patio was not accessible because the previous tenants lost the key

Place was not properly cleaned

Location is great, right in front Queen Emma bridge, really easy to cross it and see ships in front of your window passing by. Walking distance to Rif Fort and many good restaurants nearby. Good to walk around.

The site was exceptional, just in fromt the bridge, very in the center. 2 bathroom, kitchen to cook, big living room. Free parking at the Fort, 5min walks

As there are some bars just underneath the apartment, when there is music, it is very difficult to sleep, but at the other hand you can also party very closely and have free music from the balcony. Very pity, that they announced us last minute in the morning that we could only leave our luggage at the other location instead of 11 am or earlier.

The property is in a great location. However be aware if u use to much of the air conditioner you will be charged which I think is ridiculous because it’s so hot. I never heard of anything so absurd.
