Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Booking上雙床房的房間選項及內容跟現場完全不一樣，從訂房時就選擇雙人加大，甚至入住前旅社也有服務人員來電確認訂床資訊，當下也有再次確認床型是否為雙人加大，旅社也有回覆確認，當天到達現場check in 時又再像櫃檯人員確認，但是櫃檯人員一直沒有給予正面回覆，只有確認房型，進到房間看到是兩張小單人床，空間也不像booking上所呈現的坪數，根本小到不行，至櫃檯反應訂單跟給我實際的床型不一樣，竟表示那是booking平台的問題，跟他們沒有關係，他們無法處理！會再跟主管反應…然後就完全沒有後續了，房間裡的枕頭棉被也是很有問題！進去不到一小時就開始鼻子過敏、皮膚癢，隔音也相當差、靠近浴室的地板感覺也是被泡過水的痕跡，地板都翹曲不平，真的沒住過這麼爛的旅社，要住的人真的要三思，同樣價錢會有更好的選項。

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026I needed this location for work and for the price, it’s great value! The breakfast with the vouchers at the brunch shop across the road is also very good! Rooms are very clean, tidy, well maintained with good window views and natural sunlight. Water and coffee machine near reception. I stayed twice in two different rooms.
Check in is 4pm which is fine, but even they told me my room was ready, they wouldn’t let me go into the room at 3pm unless you pay 200nt. I understand these are rules, but I think a little more caring for the customer and flexibility would be suitable in this situation. I also complained on my second stay, because I was placed close to the reception and elevator and it was a little noisier. Staff would not change my room because they said I had walked into my room already and it was ‘used’, and I can get a refund but would take some days. Again, this shows that extra customer service care can make this hotel even better. Overall, the staff are nice people. No problem with them and I had nice, peaceful stays. I would recommend to stay here.

Reviewed May 2, 2026住了那麼多次第一次住到202這麼差的房間而且我還提早就預定的房間隔壁開水整間房間都聽得到 地下室停車只要有車進出整個房間也聽得到機械式在運作的聲音 這次也有預約停車位結果說的停車位都被別人停去⋯ 每次來台中第一選擇就是叮噹旅社這次那麼早就訂房間還被排到這種房間下次不會再當我的第一選擇旅店了
