Terra Villas Canggu

Very spacious, I loved the floor plan. The staff so friendly, especially Ditya.

Nothing, everything was great

We had such a wonderful stay at Terra Villas Canggu. Adi, Srya, and all the other staff were absolutely amazing. They were always so friendly, checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed. Their kindness and hospitality really made our stay special. The villa itself was beautiful, clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The breakfast was also incredible — they were happy to listen to our requests and customise it for us, which was such a lovely touch. I’ve honestly never stayed at a villa that was so flexible and accommodating with breakfast before! The location was perfect as well. It’s very close to everything in Canggu, yet once you’re inside the villa, it’s surprisingly peaceful and quiet. It really felt like a little oasis away from the busy streets. We felt so comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it! ❤️

Absolute best staff we had ADI + Surya and they we very friendly and helpful and gave the best service. The villa felt new a fresh but still felt like Bali.

Everything the location the villa itself and the butlers cooking us breakfast every morning

I loved everything

Beautiful villa, even better staff.

ADI , DITYA , AKBAR AND SURYA all the staff are fantastic. They are always avaiable when needed and do everything to make your stay fantastic

na

Super fijn verblijf. Prachtig ingericht.

Alles beviel

The location is perfect, making it very easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. I was also highly impressed by the cleanliness; the rooms and the entire property were absolutely spotless. To top it all off, the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh and high-quality options. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!"

The staff were friendly.

We unfortunately could not check in until after 3pm when check was at 2pm. When we arrived they were still cleaning the villa. On our second night the upstairs toilet was flooding and resulted in not being able to be used. I was also locked in my room on the last morning. The staff had to break the lock in order for me to get out.

Very stylish new villa's tucked away in a great location of Canggu. This is the second time we have stayed on this particular street (different accom) and we love the location. You can easily walk to most places you want to visit but of course can easily order transport as well. The layout of the Villa is a little bit odd like the TV is outside and in direct sunlight, we would have much preferred if the TV was in the bedroom, but otherwise it's a standard stylish Villa and good value. It featured a decent kitchen and living area, the shared walkway to all the villa entrances is rather cool and good for pictures. Aircon in the bedroom was fantastic, the bed was comfy and the bathroom was nothing special but very clean. The private pool was lovely to have but it was just one depth and didn't have anywhere to sit. It felt like it was just a hole in the living area with water in it. The staff are very friendly and attentive. They met us everytime we left and returned with a smile. They also respected our requests such as not cleaning everyday or only replaing towels and not making the bed etc. When booking we asked if they could accomodate us to check-out late as we had a very late flight home. They let us stay till 6pm for a very fair fee.

Like mentioned, placing the TV outside and in direct sunlight is not ideal, it would be much better in the bedroom. The pool is great but theres not much room around it for sitting and it's only one depth, too deep for kids. The front door has to be locked from the inside with the keys and does not latch without being locked which was a bit annoying. Also there was a decent gap in between the two doors that make up the front door, meaning that if people really wanted to, they could easily see into the whole Villa. It didn't worry us though. Technically it was a 2 bedroom Villa but we had no idea it was when booking. When we checked-in they made a huge point of saying oh you only booked it as a 1 bedroom so please don't go upstairs and that the room was locked anyway. We had no reason to use it but the fuss about it made us feel weird. Anyway we had sneaky look and it wasn't even locked, lol.

Clean and spacious

-

Convenient location with a uniquely designed villa.

The air conditioner was leaking, and the water pressure in the bathroom was unstable. As a result, we ended up taking cold showers for the rest of our stay.

Beautifully decorated, spacious and clean villa that has everything you could need. Nice and central location. We loved our stay here and will definitely return!

Nothing!

The villa was gorgeous, so clean and so spacious! Great location too.

Communication from the villa was excellent and despite flight changes and delays they were very accomodating with our changing arrival times. We had breakfast cooked for us in villa which was excellent & a lovely start to the day. The entire team & manager were friendly & welcoming.

Some non slip mats to use around the pool would area would be a great addition - even just for when there are kids also staying.

I stayed at Terra Villa in Canggu, Bali and this stay was absolutely amazing!! Breakfast was served every morning for a small fee, and the staff were the sweetest people ever. They catered to anything we needed and were always so friendly and kind. We also asked for birthday decorations for my sister, and a staff member named Agas made everything look incredible. It truly made her birthday so special. I also have to mention our tour guide, Dio—he was AMAZING. He took us to all our activities and whenever we wanted to stop for shopping or food, he made sure we were taken care of. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond every step of the way. Even at the villa, he made sure we had everything we needed. The entire staff made this stay unforgettable. From the pool decor, to the food, to the massages—everything was perfect. This stay was a 100/10 and I will definitely be visiting again!

Everything was perfect!!

Beautifully and functionally designed. Felt like being in our own private sanctuary. Loved the private pool, massive ceiling fan, and great kitchen setup. Excellent location - quiet, yet close enough to the beach and all the action. Staff are friendly.

Some cleanliness & maintenance issues noticed: One trash can wasn't emptied, which was fixed right after informing them. Free salt provided looked gross, seemed forgotten for a long time. Shower drained very slowly; some mold growing between tiles. Stair rails to the terrace had spiderwebs. Location: hard for Grab/Gojek drivers to find. Signage at the entrance of the alley would be great. Overpriced for the quality and service level.

Amazing villa with a beautiful layout and an excellent location. The two spacious en-suite bedrooms were very comfortable, and the pool was fantastic. The staff were extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. The peace and quiet at night was exceptional, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind.

Nothing major to mention. Perhaps the shower drain was a bit clogged and could benefit from some maintenance. Other than that, everything was excellent and i had a wonderful stay.

Everything.

Quick and smooth check in, Easy communication with the Staff (especially Surya, he was always available via whatsapp!), location was fantastic as well, easy to get to any place in Canggu!

None, it was great!

The whole villa is good.

Location is quite depth and swimming pool needed cleaning if possible every 2 days. The sound proof is weak

Nice pool. Clean rooms with great aircon and comfy beds. Attentive staff who were very contactable an available on site also.

Spacious villa in a good location with comfortable air conditioned bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked well enough for basic cooking needs. The standout was the staff who were always friendly and happy, they greeted us every day and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Cannot fault Surya and the rest of the staff.

Nothing, there were a couple of minor maintenance issues during our stay (for example the aircon stopped working one day) but the staff came and fixed it immediately. We had no complaints at all during our stay.

We could not recommend this place more highly! Surya and the team~ Dio and Adi were the most kind and accommodating staff you could ask for. No request was too small or too large and their care for us was unmatched during our stay. The accommodation was fresh, aesthetically pleasing and always cold. Room service and turn down was offered daily along with special offers for guided tours and offerings of further hospitality. Canggu can be a little overwhelming as a first timer but knowing we could come back to a beautifully maintained and peaceful villa was the absolute best!! Airport transfer and transport in between our accommodation was planned by the team without hassle or stress. Our warmest regards to an amazing team who made our stay safe, pleasant and truly memorable.

We had an amazing stay at Terra Villas in Canggu, and a big part of that experience was thanks to Adi and Surya. From the moment we arrived, they were incredibly helpful, attentive, and genuinely kind. They made sure everything ran smoothly and were always available whenever we needed anything. No request was too small — they handled everything quickly and with a great attitude, which made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The villa itself was absolutely incredible — beautiful, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing. It truly exceeded our expectations. Adi and Surya made a huge difference in our experience, and we’re very grateful for their support and hospitality. We would definitely come back and highly recommend Terra Villas to anyone visiting Canggu.

.

Great experience. Villas are so close to Changgu center that we walked everyday , yet on a small road outside the traffic and noise . We had everything we could ask for. Surya, Adi, Baggash, all went above and beyond to help us and we truly appreciate it. They made the experience ten times better. Keep hospitality at that level and I wish you the best.

great design and location, clean, friendly staff

all was perfect

Staff

Service was geweldig!!

We loved this villa. We usually stay on the main strip but it’s very noisy. We chose this villa as it was off the main strip but close enough to get to where we needed to go on foot. The villa is very clean, well appointed and quiet. We felt instantly relaxed. Staff were next level helpful and nice. We will definitely stay again.

Nothing. My only suggestion would be to have two beanbags by the pool.

Service was excellent

Nothing

The location was accessible and the villa was aesthetic. The staff members were nice and helpful.

There was construction going on right next door which woke us up every morning and the workers had a view directly into our villa.

Excelente estadia! A localização é ótima, super central. Wi-Fi ótimo. Cama super confortável 😊

Estava tudo ótimo!

The villa was amazing with a mini bar ready to go on arrival. Employees were absolutely amazing. Helping us with location to visit and even lending us a phone charger as we forgot an adapter

Not all villas in Bali have staff permanently on site, we very much appreciated that Terra Villas had.

The property is very clean and welcoming. The staff also very welcoming and polite.

The staff were incredible!! And the place is very cool! And shout out to Surya for driving us to the airport, he was great!

Google maps takes you down the wrong street.

Most beautiful stay here, staff were great and very attentive we especially loved Surya. Breakfast was amazing each day and the rooms and amenities were always cleaned/ changed each day. Great location aswell, basically step out the door and you are in the heart of Canggu.

Super well equipped villa with comfortable beds and sheets. Up to 2x daily cleaning per day. Pool very clean and all well maintained especially during rain season when it more difficult. Plenty of shopping and dining options 👌 Stuff is very friendly and helped us organise a rental scooter

From the moment we arrived for our 3 night stay in Terra Villas, everything was amazing. Greeted with a warm welcome from Adi, who also made us a delicious breakfast the next day. The villa itself was beautiful and all our needs were taken care of. The whole Butler team are incredible and they made our stay perfect. Couldn't recommend this place enough.

Everything ! Quiet location. Safe. Great location. The facilities were great !

Nothing by to write

Very new and modern. Great facilities, beautiful pool.

Building work next door unfortunately so concrete dust everywhere. I think I just don’t like Canguu. The villa is very inward looking, no views, but that’s Canguu!

Amazing location, very good facilities, super friendly and helpful staff. They are genuine, not fake professional friendly. The facilities are great and well equipped, and what they don't have in the rooms will be brought on request.

Private Quiet Service

The staff where amazing . Nothing was too much trouble . Breakfast cooked for us in the mornings at our own convenient time .Surya arranged massages for 4 of us at the villa Then he arranged for an amazing chef to come to cook and serve us all night . To say the meals were amazing was an understatement… we where truly blessed and treated like royalty 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻thanks so so much

Didn’t like the fact we only booked 2 nights ! Wish we had longer 🥲🥲oh and a sign might be helpful at the end of the gangway so it’s easier to find . We get lost easy 😂

Everything was amazing! The staff is amazing, the place is beautiful, the rooms are clean

Overall lovely stay in a beautiful villa. The design was beuatiful and modern. Beds were comfortable and the pool was really clean, fresh and inviting! Staff were lovely and helpful and were very attentive to any query that came up during my stay.

Cleaning could be more thorough. Hot water could last longer for showering. Location needs to be updated on google maps to allow grab's and taxis to locate the place easily.

Very friendly and accommodating staff, who go above and beyond to assist at all times.

Despite towels being clean, there were still some stains. Otherwise overall cleanliness is okay.

Lovely stay at Terra Villas Canggu for young family of 4. Nice spacious rooms with comfy beds. Down a quiet little street off a main road. Close to walk to everywhere you want to go. Kids loved the pool.

The only warning is if you have young children the second bedroom is upstairs away from main room. But there was a lot of space in our bedroom to make some beds for the children.

We arrived around midnight and as there is a member of the team present 24 hours a day we were met by them. Location is great - close enough the buzz of Canggu but quiet in the mornings. Breakfast was cooked in our villa on the first day and was substantial in size and delicious. The pool and amenities in the villa are fantastic but the best part is the staff. They were considerate, thoughtful, helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you to all the team!

Nothing, everything was amazing!

Ea gab leider keine Sonnenliegen beim Swimmingpool

everything! super central and so cute!

nothing!

Great stay!!! Loved the private pool. Staff really looked after us and I appreciated their care and swift thinking when my friend fell unwell.

Amazing stay. Only thing that would make it even better would be if each apartment had its own water purifier!
